面筋成型机技术领域本实用新型涉及食品加工设备,尤其是涉及一种面筋成型机。 背景技术面筋是面食的一种,家常可做主食或副食,也可加工成各种口味的风味小吃。 传统的面筋是将生面筋手工缠绕在一固定物(如筷子)上煮熟定型后,取下即可, 但不足之处在于: 一是手工操作产量低,二是手工绕制的成品直径不均,不利于 成型后产品的产业化深加工。 实用新型内容本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、合理,工作效率高的面筋成型机。 为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:本实用新型所述的面筋成型机,包括机体,所述的机体包括挤压装置和加热 装置;该挤压装置为支撑架体以及设置在所述支撑架体上部的压力器和下部的带 有出料口的缸体,所述压力器为由动力源通过传动件驱动的螺杆以及与所述螺杆 相匹配的螺母和由所述螺母带动的压力架,所述压力架的底板与所述缸体的内壁 滑动配合;所述的加热装置为带有进、出水口的容器和加热所述容器的热源,在 所述容器的内部放置有底部与所述容器内腔相通的内胆,其内胆外侧壁上环绕有 通管,该通管的进口与缸体的出料口相连通,其出口延伸至容器外。为保持压力架的垂直运行以及在工作时的阻力最小,所述压力架的水平支撑 杆通过滚珠与对应设置在支撑架体上的导向杆滚动配合;在其缸体内壁纵向设置 有导向条,该导向条与压力架底板上设置的凹槽相匹配。为便于工作时的监控,在所述容器的上部设置有溢水口和水位观察窗,其侧 壁上设置有温控器。为降低生产成本,所述容器的热源为设置在容器下部的燃煤灶和容器上方的 排烟道。当然也可以采用其他热源,如电加热装置或热蒸汽装置。本实用新型的优点在于采用这种方式可以将传统人工操作变为机械加工,不
仅提高了生产效率,也使生产出的面筋直径均匀,为将来面筋的进一步深加工实 现产业化创造条件。本实用新型的工作过程为:将和好的生面筋放入缸体内,启 动动力源,通过传动件使螺杆旋转,与螺杆相匹配的螺母带动压力架向下运动, 至缸体内后压力架的底板将生面筋从出料口压入通管内,当通管内充满生面筋后, 压力架向上返回,将适量的生面筋再次放入缸体内备用,同时热源将容器内的水 加热,待通管内的面筋煮熟后,再次启动动力源,压力架向下,压力架的底板将 生面筋下压,生面筋将通管内的熟面筋顶出,被收集起来,这时利用容器内的热 水再次煮熟通管内的生面筋;当然,也可采取其他方式单独把已熟的面筋挤压出 来。工作流程简单、易操作,生产出的产品规格一致,可实现面筋深加工生产的 产业化。 附图说明图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。 具体实施方式如图所示,本实用新型所述的面筋成型机,包括机体,所述的机体包括挤压 装置和加热装置;该挤压装置为支撑架体1以及设置在所述支撑架体1上部的压 力器和下部的带有出料口的缸体2,所述压力器为由动力源3通过传动件驱动的 螺杆4以及与所述螺杆4相匹配的螺母5和由所述螺母5带动的压力架6,所述 压力架6的底板7与所述缸体2的内壁滑动配合;所述压力架6的水平支撑杆13 通过滚珠14与对应设置在支撑架体1上的导向杆15滚动配合;在其缸体2内华 纵向设置有导向条16,该导向条16与压力架底板7上设置的凹槽相匹配;所述 的加热装置为带有进、出水口 8、 9的容器10和加热所述容器10的热源,为降低 成本,热源可为设置在容器10下部的燃煤灶19和容器10上方的排烟道20;在 所述容器10的内部放置有底部与所述容器内腔相通的内胆11,其内胆11外侧壁 上环绕有通管12,该通管12的进口与缸体2的出料口相连通,其出口延伸至容 器10外;为便于正常生产时的监控,在所述容器10的上部设置有溢水口 17和水 位观察窗18,其侧壁上设置有温控器。
Claims (4)
1、 一种面筋成型机,包括机体,其特征在于:所述的机体包括挤压装置和加 热装置;该挤压装置为支撑架体(1)以及设置在所述支撑架体(1)上部的压力 器和下部的带有出料口的缸体(2),所述压力器为由动力源(3)通过传动件驱动 的螺杆(4)以及与所述螺杆(4)相匹配的螺母(5)和由所述螺母(5)带动的 压力架(6),所述压力架(6)的底板(7)与所述缸体(2)的内壁滑动配合;所 述的加热装置为带有进、出水口 (8、 9)的容器(10)和加热所述容器(10)的 热源,在所述容器(10)的内部放置有底部与所述容器内腔相通的内胆(11),其 内胆(11)外侧壁上环绕有通管(12),该通管(12)的进口与缸体(2)的出料 口相连通,其出口延伸至容器(10)夕卜。
2、 根据权利要求1所述的面筋成型机,其特征在于:所述压力架(6)的水 平支撑杆(13)通过滚珠(14)与对应设置在支撑架体(1)上的导向杆(15)滚 动配合;在其缸体(2)内壁纵向设置有导向条(16),该导向条(16)与压力架 底板(7)上设置的凹槽相匹配。
3、 根据权利要求1或2所述的面筋成型机,其特征在于:在所述容器(10) 的上部设置有溢水口 (17)和水位观察窗(18),其侧壁上设置有温控器。
4、 根据权利要求1所述的面筋成型机,其特征在于:所述容器(10)的热源 为设置在容器(10)下部的燃煤灶(19)和容器(10)上方的排烟道(20)。
