本实用新型涉及一种地板,尤其是涉及一种含有填充物的阻燃防霉蜂窝状电热复合地板。
背景技术
目前,室内取暖通常采用暖气片通过管路与锅炉相连,耗能大、取暖效果差,现有室内取暖通过地板下方设置的PVC管中流动的热水来达到取暖,然而,上述做法,取暖效果不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理,易安装,重量轻,成本低廉,散热效果好的蜂窝状电热复合板。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在蜂窝状基板的蜂孔内穿有电热丝,其两端头接有电源插头,蜂窝状基板上端部位铺设有复合地板。
本实用新型的优点是:
结构简单、设计合理,重量轻,便于运输、安装,易加工,成本低廉,采用蜂窝状电热复合地板采暖效果好,省电、阻燃。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1可知,本实用新型是在蜂窝状基板1的蜂孔2内穿有电热丝3,其两端头接有电源插头4,蜂窝状基板1上端部位铺设有复合地板5。
所述的蜂窝状基板1的蜂孔2内充填有填充物珍珠岩7。
所述的蜂窝状基板1涂有一层阻燃防霉剂6。
本实用新型采用纸材料用专用设备加工蜂窝状基板,在基板上的蜂窝孔内穿有蛇形电热丝,其两端接有电源插头,使用时,将插头接于电源插座上,电热丝受热,使铺设于基板上的复合地板受热散发热量让居室取暖,由于基板采用纸材料加工,所以重量轻、易加工,在基板上设有一层阻燃层,因此,使用安全可靠,在基板的蜂窝孔内有充填物,使基板保温效果好,节约电能,受热均匀。

1.一种蜂窝状电热复合板,包括蜂窝状基板,其特征在于:在蜂窝状基板(1)的蜂孔(2)内穿有电热丝(3),其两端头接有电源插头(4),蜂窝状基板(1)上端部位铺设有复合地板(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝状电热复合板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝状基板(1)的蜂孔(2)内充填有填充物珍珠岩(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝状电热复合板,其特征在于:所述的蜂窝状基板(1)涂有一层阻燃防霉剂(6)。
