本实用新型涉及一种家用设施,尤其涉及一种新型组合式发热地板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对生活质量也有了更高的要求,电采暖是近年来开始发展的产品,主要有发热电缆、电热膜、板块状发热片,基本为半成品产品,产品之间的连接方式大多采用锡焊连接或拧线对接缠绕黑胶布的连线方式,需要在施工现场由专业人员进行现场施工,存在着施工中诸多人为不确定因素,而施工起来工艺复杂繁琐。目前,除露出线头的半成品产品外,成品的集成采暖板块只有采用接线合螺钉固定压线方式。缺点是工艺繁琐、安全防水性能差、连接方式难以确保经久耐用。通常用在地暖工程需长时间埋入地坪下,这些缺点和弊端存在事故隐患可能性较大。
发明内容
本实用新型针对以上不足,提供一种并联连接发热暖板,产品结构简单、安装便捷、安全可靠、科学合理、施工简易、可以由用户自行组装的家用地板发热装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:新型组合式发热地板由多片发热暖板单片和电源插座通过电源线插件并联连接组成,发热暖板单片中高分子复合材料制成的发热薄片安装在保温隔热板上,发热薄片的两端引出正、负电源线,并与固定在框架上的插口连接;所述发热暖板单片上插口可以是针孔式圆型插口、方形插口、不规则插口。
本实用新型有益效果:
1、产品结构简单
2、安全可靠。本装置采用高分子复合材料制成的发热薄片,其泄露电流、耐压、阻燃等性能均达到并优于国家标准,所以,安全可靠,不会有触电的危险。
3、安装便捷、施工简便。

具体实施方式
一种新型组合式发热地板由多片发热暖板单片1和电源插座3通过电源线插件2并联连接组成。此装置与220V电源连接,发热薄片4开始发热,此发热薄片4是由高分子复合材料组成发热到50℃可自动限温,发热薄片4安装在隔热板5上,发热薄片4的两端引出正、负电源线,并与固定在框架6上的插口7连接;所述发热暖板单片1上插口可以是针孔式圆型插口、方形插口、不规则插口。

1.一种新型组合式发热地板,其特征在于:多片发热暖板单片和电源插座通过电源线插件并联连接组成,发热暖板单片中高分子复合材料制成的发热薄片安装在保温隔热板上,发热薄片的两端引出正、负电源线,并与固定在框架上的插口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型组合式发热地板,其特征在于:发热暖板单片上插口可以是针孔式圆型插口、方形插口、不规则插口。
