本实用新型属于温室大棚保温膜的改进,特别是温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,包括在温室大棚骨架上面覆盖固定着塑料薄膜,在大棚骨架的下方并列均布安装着长方体状的充气保温膜,充气保温膜为由两层塑料薄膜构成封闭夹层空间,在每只充气保温膜上分别设置着充气嘴。用本实用新型的充气式复合保温膜构成得温室大棚,其大棚骨架上面安装的塑料薄膜具有保温和保护充气保温膜的双重作用,在大棚骨架的下方并列均布安装的充气保温膜充气后,体积膨胀,相互挤压紧贴在一起构成一个空气隔热层。用本实用新型构成的温室大棚,不仅保温效果好,减少热量的损耗,而且结构简单,易于制作,充气保温膜使用寿命长,不易破损。

本实用新型属于温室大棚保温膜的改进,特别是温室大棚充气式复合保温膜。
背景技术
目前。温室大棚的保温膜普遍使用塑料薄膜作为保温膜。现有的塑料保温膜大多是单层结构,用单层塑料膜建造的大棚保温效果差。为了解决这一问题,推出了一种日光温室充气膜,其结构是由两层塑料薄膜构成,由数个气室构成拱形气囊,气囊的一侧边缘处设有一充气道,充气道通过数个通道分别与气室连通,充气道上设有充气孔。采用日光温室充气膜修建的温室大棚,保温效果好,减少热量的损耗,有利于农作物的生长。但是,该充气膜结构复杂,制作成本高,充气膜易损坏,破损后保温效果显著降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,采用该复合保温膜修建的温室大棚,不仅保温效果好,减少热量的损耗,而且结构简单,易于制作,充气保温膜使用寿命长,不易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,包括在温室大棚骨架上面覆盖固定着塑料薄膜,在大棚骨架的下方并列均布安装着长方体状的充气保温膜,充气保温膜为由两层塑料薄膜构成封闭夹层空间,在每只充气保温膜上分别设置着充气嘴。
用本实用新型的充气式复合保温膜构成得温室大棚,由于在温室大棚骨架上面覆盖固定着塑料薄膜,在大棚骨架下方并列均布安装着长方体状的充气保温膜。充气后,并列安装的充气保温膜发生体积膨胀,使相邻的充气保温膜相互挤压紧贴在一起相互连接,使大棚内和大棚外形成一个空气隔热层。位于温室大棚骨架上面覆盖的塑料薄膜,既具有保温的作用,又具有保护充气保温膜的作用。既使外层塑料薄膜破损,也不会影响充气保温膜的保温效果,提高了充气保温膜的使用寿命。因此,用本实用新型的充气式复合保温膜构成的温室大棚,不仅保温效果好,减少热量的损耗,而且结构简单,易于制作,充气保温膜使用寿命长,不易破损。

具体实施方式
一种温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,如图1、图2所示,包括在温室大棚骨架1上面覆盖固定着塑料薄膜2,在大棚骨架1的下方并列均布安装着长方体状的充气保温膜3,充气保温膜3为由两层塑料薄膜构成封闭夹层空间,在每只充气保温膜3上分别设置着充气嘴4。如图3所示,在长方体状充气保温膜3的两层塑料薄膜之间均布设置着纵向连接带5,将夹层空间的两层塑料薄膜连接为一体。将充气保温膜3充气后,可以使充气保温膜3夹层空间的两层塑料薄膜保持平行。长方体状的充气保温膜3的宽度为80cm-100cm。

1.一种温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,包括在温室大棚骨架(1)上面覆盖固定着塑料薄膜(2),其特征是:在大棚骨架(1)的下方并列均布安装着长方体状的充气保温膜(3),充气保温膜(3)为由两层塑料薄膜构成封闭夹层空间,在每只充气保温膜(3)上分别设置着充气嘴(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,其特征是:在长方体状充气保温膜(3)的两层塑料薄膜之间均布设置着纵向连接带(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温室大棚充气式复合保温膜,其特征是:长方体状充气保温膜(3)的宽度为80cm-100cm。
