多气仓充气保温层蓬膜,是一种塑料温棚蓬膜,特别涉及带有充气仓增强保温蓬膜。
背景技术:
目前国内旧的温棚采用单层篷膜封顶,外加草帘达到保温效果,单层蓬膜虽然能保持棚内温度恒定,但是较薄,大部分热能在夜间会通过热传递散到外界,在夜间保温效果较差,必须外盖草帘保温,蓬膜加草帘保温不仅保温效果差,而且还有平常繁琐的早卷帘晚放帘工作,耗费时间,劳动力强度大,为发展温棚种植带来极大不便,增大了温棚种植成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型多气仓充气保温层蓬膜发明目的在于:设计制造与现有保温技术不同,不使用草帘覆盖保温的带充气仓保温的蓬膜结构。
本实用新型多气仓充气保温层蓬膜是这样实现的:有棚架横杆、温棚主墙、棚架立柱,还由充气仓、充气间隔、充气开关、高压充气泵、底膜、充气联管、充气仓外膜组成;由棚架横杆、温棚主墙、棚架立柱组成的棚架上铺覆底膜,在底膜上隔开一定宽度的充气间隔和充气仓外膜制造容积互不联通的充气仓(1);充气仓为全封闭气仓体,充气仓一端安装充气开关,每个充气开关通过充气联管和高压充气泵组联;充气仓外膜采用透明塑料薄膜或彩色塑料薄膜制造。
蓬膜是白天利用太阳辐射热升高棚内温度,保持棚内温度恒定,使棚内温度适宜蔬菜生长;温棚主要是利用蓬膜保持棚里热能不致散失,双层蓬膜双层气仓内充气,白天能有效传递太阳辐射热,晚间棚内热量向外传递速度减缓,有效减少热量通过蓬膜向室外散失,增强了保温效果。
本实用新型多气仓充气保温层蓬膜的有益效果:特别适应与昼夜温差大的西北山区,不但保温效果较好,而且还可以节省劳动力,有利于温棚种植技术的大力推广,带动农村经济发展,为农民增创收入。

1.多气仓充气保温层蓬膜,含棚架横杆(3)、温棚主墙(6)、棚架立柱(7),其特征在于:由充气仓(1)、充气间隔(2)、充气开关(4)、高压充气泵(5)、底膜(8)、充气联管(9)、充气仓外膜(10)组成;由棚架横杆(3)、温棚主墙(6)、棚架立柱(7)组成的棚架上铺覆底膜(8),在底膜(8)上隔开一定宽度的充气间隔(2)和充气仓外膜(10)制造容积互不联通的充气仓(1);充气仓(1)一端安装充气开关(4),每个充气开关(4)通过充气联管(9)和高压充气泵(5)组联。
