Abstract

本实用新型公开一种充气生态温室,其由内外两层充气膜及粘附于内层充气膜中空部的一圈拉筋组成的充气单体,根据不同的用途和地形,将上述充气单体热粘合固定连接而成不同形状、不同规格、不同风格的充气生态温室。由于采用空气的支撑和圆拱状结构,大幅度地加强了充气生态温室的抗风雪雨的能力,多充气单体的组合结构,大大地增加了温室的抗险能力。无框架结构,大大提升了温室的有效作业面积。由于充气单体采用多边形圈状,该多边形圈状的不规则外切面可采集不论来自哪一方位的光照,能使温室内的光照效果最优化。使用质优价廉的充气膜,可大大节省了施工成本,节能、环保,且安装更为简易、结构更为稳固,极具安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种建筑幕墙,其更适用于一种生态温室,该生态温室的幕墙为一种无框架式充气幕墙。
背景技术
随着塑料薄膜的的运用,温室是当前农业发展运用中最为普及的设施,大力发展生态温室已成为当前农村农民发家致富与发展现代农业的重要基础工程。从上世纪90年代开始,全国各地到处发展温室产业,规模档次也越来越高,玻璃温室与联栋温室已成为各地现代化农业园区建设的重要工程。据农业部全国农业技术推广中心的统计:1999年我国的园艺设施栽培面积已达139.6万公顷,其中日光温室已超过20万公顷;预计到2010年,全国园艺设施面积将超过166.7万公顷。面对高速发展的农业商业化,高投入的现代温室不仅前期投入大,而且运行管理成本极高。基于这些问题,我们在分析研究的基础上,把取之不尽用之不竭的太阳能,通过生态温室的充气膜结构,给我们带来光和热;研究开发了无框架充气结构温室,大大减少资金的投入,同时也大大地简化了工程的投入和运行管理的消费。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种节能环保型充气生态温室,其不仅施工简便、结构简单,且极具安全性,建筑造型更为美观、实用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案为:
一种充气生态温室,其于一个或一个以上的充气单体热粘合固定连接而成一圆拱状生态温室,该生态温室底部设有与基地锚定的锚接部。
所述的充气单体由一多边形圈状充气膜充气而成,该多边形圈状充气膜由内外两层充气膜构成,于内层充气膜的中空部还粘附一圈拉筋。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本实用新型以由内外两层充气膜及粘附于内层充气膜中空部的一圈拉筋组成的充气单体,根据不同的用途和地形,将上述充气单体热粘合固定连接而成不同形状、不同规格、不同风格的充气生态温室。由于采用空气的支撑和圆拱状结构,大幅度地加强了充气生态温室的抗风雪雨的能力,多充气单体的组合结构,大大地增加了温室的抗险能力。由于大胆地设计开发无框架结构,大大提升了温室的有效作业面积。由于充气单体采用多边形圈状,该多边形圈状的不规则外切面可采集不论来自哪一方位的光照,其至少有一个切面与光照方向垂直,能使温室内的光照效果最优化。使用质优价廉的充气膜,可大大节省了施工成本,节能、环保,且安装更为简易、结构更为稳固,极具安全性。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本实用新型。
如图1、3所示的一种充气生态温室,其于一个或一个以上的充气单体1热粘合固定连接而成一圆拱状生态温室,该生态温室底部设有与基地锚定的锚接部。
如图2所示,所述的充气单体1由一具有中空部4的多边形圈状充气膜充气而成,该多边形圈状充气膜由内外两层充气膜2、3构成,于内层充气膜3的中空部还粘附一圈拉筋5。
所述的充气膜采用环保的PVC、TPU或ETFE或PTFE膜制作,具有重量轻、保温隔热性能好、抗风能力强、节省能源、采光性能好、自洁效果好、拆装简便、适应性强、投资少见效大等是生态科技发展的趋势。该充气生态温室是以往传统式充气网球场的基础上,结合奥体游泳馆水立方和国内外二十多年的的成功经验,综合现代温室的优点和不足,大胆设计创新的一个生态温室的实施方案。该无框架生态温室为空气支撑设施,同传统固定的木制,砖制和水泥制建筑物以及钢结构水立方相比较的话,体现出快速建造和低廉的价格,具有多次和多用途的使用性能和环保、节能、移动简便、适用性强保洁性能好等优点。
