本实用新型公开了一种复合型多层保温墙体砌块,属墙体砌块技术领域,为扁长方体形,它是在轻集料混凝土用模具压制成型后养生,经检测合格后,在轻集料混凝土的中间部位设置的保温材料夹层中装入保温材料,该保温材料在墙体砌块每一块的中间分为三块,中间块为立体长方形,两侧为中间块的1/2分别装在中间块的两端头;空气缝在每一块砌块内设有四条扁长方体的空气夹缝,分别设在保温材料的两侧边,由轻集料混凝土、保温材料和空气缝组成完整的复合型多层保温墙体砌块,它体轻,使用寿命长,施工方便,成本低,在墙体外表面可装饰各种石材和釉面砖,应用范围广,如框架填芯,剪力墙外保温等,各项技术指标符合国家和地方标准,宜推广应用。

背景技术
目前,人们公知的节约能源,节省用地已成为世界性课题,我国现阶段对公共建筑要求强制节能,尤其对传统的红砖生产和使用更是严禁,对建筑物墙体的节能要求越来越高,传统用的墙体砌块红砖,无论是抗压力,抗震力和保温能力都达不到目前要求的水平,将有被逐渐取缔淘汰的可能。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,实现节能,节省土地的要求,达到建筑物墙体砌块的抗压、抗震、保温要求,本实用新型提供一种复合型多层保温墙体砌块,它采用轻集料混凝土为基料,通过成型、养生、复合,制成具有保温材料,空气缝的多层保温墙体砌块。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在轻集料混凝土的中间部位设置了保温材料夹层,夹层内装入保温材料,该保温材料在墙体砌块每一块的中间分为三块,中间块为立体长方形,两侧为中间块的1/2分别夹在中间块的两端头;空气缝每一块砌块内设有四条扁长方体的空气夹缝,分别设在保温材料夹层的两侧边,这样,由轻集料混凝土、保温材料和空气缝组成一块扁长方体的完整的复合型多层保温墙体砌块,该砌块可根据用户所需用的各种标准制成长、宽不等的砌块和相应的辅助砌块。其制作工艺是:首先制成模具,然后用轻集料混凝土制成轻集料混凝土中间留有装保温材料的空隙和两侧留有空气缝的轻集料混凝土的原形,为成型阶段,然后进行养生,养生检测合格后进行复合,装入保温层,制成复合型多层保温墙体砌块。
本实用新型的有益效果是:体积轻,使用寿命长,施工方便,成本低,能在外墙外表面层装饰各种石材和釉面砖等优点,它适用范围广泛,如框架填芯,剪力墙外保温等,各项技术指标符合国家和地方标准。
