本实用新型涉及电磁炉技术领域,特指一种电磁炉加热线盘。包括绕线支架、加热线圈、磁条,加热线圈的绕制结构为持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制且设置于绕线支架上,数条磁条呈辐射状固定在加热线圈背面的绕线支架里,每一磁条至少分成两段,且每段磁条间留有间隔空隙。每一放射线上的磁条分成若干段,在每一段磁条对应的线盘位置产生较强的磁场,从而在若干环的线盘上产生环状均匀分布的磁场。在加热锅具时产生层次感的环状火,火力充足,热效率高,升温快,加热均匀且节能省电。

本实用新型涉及电磁炉技术领域,特指一种电磁炉加热线盘。
背景技术:
电磁炉是利用电磁感应原理所产生的涡流对锅具进行加热的电热设备,其加热装置是电磁炉的加热线盘,现有电磁炉的加热线盘的绕制方法是由多股漆包线在线盘支架绕线面上由内到外持续全面覆盖绕制,由于该结构导致整个线盘在工作时所产生的由内至外的磁场强度不均匀,因而导致锅具底部受热不均匀,亨饪效果差,热效率低且制造成本高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电磁炉加热线盘改良结构,其可获得多环加热之模式,加热均匀,热效率高。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所述的电磁炉加热线盘,包括绕线支架、加热线圈、磁条,加热线圈的绕制结构为持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制,加热线圈设置于绕线支架上,数条磁条呈辐射状固定在加热线圈背面的绕线支架里,每一磁条至少分成两段,且段磁条间留有间隔空隙。
所述分环间隔绕制的加热线圈的空隙与磁条空隙相对应。
所述段磁条空隙至少有一处。
所述电磁炉加热线盘可以为平面线盘,也可以为弧面线盘。
本实用新型技术相比现有技术,具有如下优点:每一放射线上的磁条分成若干段,在每一段磁条对应的线盘位置产生较强的磁场,从而在若干环的线盘上产生环状均匀分布的磁场。在加热锅具时产生层次感的环状火,火力充足,热效率高,升温快,加热均匀且节能省电。
加热线圈的绕制结构采用持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制,通过合理调整线圈环或段磁条的间隔距离达到控制磁场强度的均匀度并且该结构有利于提高散热效果,热效率高,而且还可延长电磁炉的使用寿命,市场潜力较大。

以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
参照附图1、2所示,本实用新型所述的电磁炉加热线盘,包括绕线支架1、加热线圈2、磁条3,加热线圈2的绕制结构为持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制,加热线圈2设置于绕线支架上,数条磁条3呈辐射状固定在加热线圈2背面的绕线支架1里,每一磁条3至少分成两段,且段磁条间留有间隔空隙。
磁条3分成若干段,并呈辐射状安装,这样在线盘上获得多个环状磁场,以致加热时获得层次感的环状火,火力充足,热效率高。
图3所示,加热线圈2分环间隔覆盖对应段磁条,即每一段磁条的上方对应覆盖环形加热线圈2,由此充分利用磁场,获得极佳的发热效果。
图1~3中所述的电磁炉加热线盘为平面线盘,当然,本实用新型的加热线盘也可为弧形线盘,每一辐射线上的磁条3分成若干段,绕线结构同样是持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制,同样达到前述实施例的效果。

1、一种电磁炉加热线盘,包括绕线支架、加热线圈、磁条,其特征在于:加热线圈的绕制结构为持续紧密绕制或分环间隔绕制,加热线圈设置于绕线支架上,数条磁条呈辐射状固定在加热线圈背面的绕线支架里,每一磁条至少分成两段,且段磁条间留有间隔空隙。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁炉加热线盘,其特征在于:所述分环间隔绕制的加热线圈的空隙与磁条空隙相对应。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的电磁炉加热线盘,其特征在于:段磁条空隙至少有一处。
4、根据权利要求1所述的电磁炉加热线盘,其特征在于:所述电磁炉加热线盘可以为平面线盘,也可以为弧面线盘。
