本实用新型为常压两用超导燃气锅炉,由燃烧腔、热交换腔构成,在燃烧腔中,设有燃烧炉盘、燃气管、进风管及点火器;热交换腔包括内胆和外胆,外胆罩在内胆外,之间留有烟气换热通道,内胆、外胆上分别设有进水管和出水管,内胆为气水混合容器,通过相应的管路连接到炉体外,下部埋设有若干根外露的热交换筋,内胆内还设热电偶与燃气管道控制装置连接。采用内胆和外胆双水循环系统,可同时提供饮用开水、饱和蒸汽和供热水,一台锅炉即可以满足用户对于饮用开水和供热用水的不同需求;金属导热介质的热交换筋,热交换率高,常压运行安全可靠,炉体结构紧凑,占地空间小,是一种广泛应用于宾馆、酒店、洗浴中心、医院、工厂等场所的小型现代化锅炉。

背景技术:
现有的热水锅炉为普通夹层单一结构,采用水作为热交换介质,由于水的特性限制,因此,在实际使用过程中,锅炉的热交换率无法得到进一步提高,热效率偏低;采用夹层单一结构只能提供一种热水源,无法满足用户的饮用开水和供热热水的不同多种用途,锅炉的使用范围受到很大的限制。
发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种常压两用超导燃气锅炉,解决了采用水作为交换介质的热水锅炉热交换率低的缺欠。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:锅炉炉体由燃烧腔、热交换腔两大部分构成,在燃烧腔中,设有燃烧炉盘、燃气管、进风管及点火器,燃烧腔的上部为热交换腔,热交换腔包括两个夹层的内胆和外胆,外胆罩在内胆外,之间留有烟气换热通道,顶部设有排烟口,内胆、外胆上分别设有进水管和出水管,内胆为气水混合容器,通过相应的管路连接到炉体外,下部埋设有若干根外露的热交换筋,热交换筋内充填有金属钠热交换介质,内胆内还设热电偶与燃气管道控制装置连接。
本实用新型使用时,燃气通过燃气管、燃烧炉盘在燃烧腔内燃烧,燃烧的燃气与内胆、热交换筋及外胆进行热交换,内胆和外胆为两个独立的水循环系统,内胆为气水混合容器,温度较高,可将水烧开,作为饮用开水和蒸汽源使用,外胆内的热水作为另一供热水使用。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:采用内胆和外胆双水循环系统,可同时提供饮用开水、饱和蒸汽和供热水,一台锅炉即可以满足用户对于饮用开水和供热用水的不同需求;燃气作为燃料,燃烧充分,无烟、无尘,金属导热介质的热交换筋,热交换率更高,更加节能,常压运行安全可靠,炉体结构紧凑,占地空间小,成本降低,是一种广泛应用于宾馆、酒店、洗浴中心、医院、工厂等场所的小型现代化锅炉。

根据图1所示,本实用新型由燃烧腔12、热交换腔19两大部分构成,在燃烧腔12中,设有燃烧炉盘13、燃气管11、进风管10及点火器8,燃烧腔12的上部为热交换腔19,热交换腔19包括夹层的内胆5和外胆3,外胆3罩在内胆5外,之间留有烟气换热通道18,顶部设有排烟口1,内胆5、外胆3上分别设有进水管9、14和出水管15、2,内胆5为气水混合容器,通过相应的管路连接到炉体外,下部埋设有若干根外露的热交换筋7,热交换筋7内充填有金属钠热交换介质,内胆5内还设热电偶6与燃气管11的控制装置连接,在外胆3内壁上还埋设有若干根超导热管4,外露烟气换热通道18中。

1、一种常压两用超导燃气锅炉,锅炉炉体由燃烧腔、热交换腔两大部分构成,在燃烧腔中,设有燃烧炉盘、燃气管、进风管及点火器,燃烧腔的上部为热交换腔,其特征在于:热交换腔包括两个夹层的内胆和外胆,外胆罩在内胆外,之间留有烟气换热通道,顶部设有排烟口,内胆、外胆上分别设有进水管和出水管,内胆为气水混合容器,通过相应的管路连接到炉体外,下部埋设有若干根外露的热交换筋,热交换筋内充填有金属钠热交换介质,内胆内还设热电偶与燃气管道控制装置连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃气锅炉,其特征在于:外胆内壁上埋设有若干根超导热管,外露在烟气换热通道中。
