Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器端子,可用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其设有基部及自基部侧面弯折而出的弹性片。弹性片设有支撑部及设于支撑部一端的弹性部,该弹性部包括第一平面延伸部、第二平面延伸部、连接第一、二平面延伸部的弯折连接部及其设置于弹性部末端的弧形接触部。其中,固持部至少一侧设有倒刺,该倒刺包括弹性臂式主倒刺以及定位小倒刺,固持部末端的相对两侧还设有导向斜面。

【技术领域】
本实用新型关于一种电连接器端子,尤指一种将晶片模组电性连接至印刷电路板的电连接器端子。
【背景技术】
LGA电连接器用于将晶片模组电性连接至印刷电路板,晶片模组一侧设有呈片状结构的导电体,该LGA电连接器一般具有薄板状且组接于印刷电路板上的绝缘本体,该绝缘本体中部为导电区,于导电区容置有若干电连接器端子,该电连接器端子具有较好弹性且部分凸伸于绝缘本体外,电连接器端子与晶片模组导接时,借助按压外力使电连接器端子发生弹性变形而弹性抵接于晶片模组的导电体上,从而达成晶片模组与印刷电路板的电性导接。
如图4所示,一种现有的电连接器端子9′,其包括基部8′、自基部8响下延伸的固持部10′、固持部10′末端水平弯折形成的尾部7′及自基部8′的一侧弯折而出的弹性片6′。其中固持部10′的两侧分别设有第一、二倒刺101′、102′。弹性片6响上弯折延伸形成弹性部,该弹性部设有弯曲部60′及接触部62′。
然而,上述第一、二倒刺101′、102′自固持部10′的两侧向外凸出形成,属于固定式倒刺,其刚性较高。在将电连接器端子组装至电连接器的绝缘本体的过程中,由于电连接器端子相对刚性地强行插入绝缘本体中,绝缘本体容易产生对端子的较大插入阻力,从而导致电连接器端子扭曲变形,甚至使绝缘本体破裂,进而影响晶片模组与印刷电路板的导接性能。
故,有必要设计一种新型电连接器端子,克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器端子,特别是提供一种能避免电连接器端子插入绝缘本体的过程中发生扭曲变形且具有较高保持力的电连接器端子。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种电连接器端子,可用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括基部及自基部向下延伸的固持部,固持部至少一侧设有弹性臂式主倒刺,该主倒刺包括弹性臂和尖端。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点为:电连接器端子的倒刺为弹性臂模式,插入绝缘本体受到阻力时倒刺变形闪开,插入阻力变小,从而避免电连接器端子插入时发生扭曲变形;且电连接器端子的倒刺会刺入绝缘本体中,可确保电连接器端子有较高的保持力而不易退出。

【实施方式】
请参阅图1、2所示,本实用新型电连接器端子1,可用于电性连接晶片模组(未图示)至印刷电路板(未图示),其包括基部10、自基部10向下延伸的固持部11、固持部11向下延伸设置的尾部12及自基部10的一侧弯折而出的弹性片9。
弹性片9包括连接部91、于竖直方向延伸的支撑部92及连设于支撑部92一端的弹性部93,其中弹性片9通过连接部91连设于基部10的一侧,且该连接部91具一弯折使弹性片9与基部10之间形成有一夹角。该弹性部93包括第一平面延伸部931、第二平面延伸部933、连接第一、二平面延伸部931、933的弯折连接部932及其设置于弹性部93末端的弧形接触部934。
固持部11上设有倒刺12,该倒刺12包括弹性臂式主倒刺120以及定位小倒刺123,其中弹性臂式主倒刺120大致呈月牙状,其包括弹性臂121和尖端122。定位小倒刺123设置于主倒刺120的同侧,固持部11末端的相对两侧还设有用于导引电连接器端子1插入绝缘本体2中的导向斜面110。
请结合参阅图3所示,图3是电连接器端子1收容于绝缘本体2中的示意图。绝缘本体2大致呈矩形状结构,其设有若干大体呈方形的端子孔3,电连接器端子1在导向斜面110的引导作用下缓慢的插入端子孔3中,由于电连接器端子1设置有弹性臂模式的主倒刺120,故在插入的过程中,绝缘本体2施加于电连接器端子1的阻力会迫使主倒刺120的弹性臂121变形闪开,以便减小插入阻力,从而避免电连接器端子1插入变形;而当电连接器端子1退出时,原来变形的弹性臂121便会恢复原状和定位小倒刺123一并刺入绝缘本体2中,确保电连接器端子1有较高的保持力。
组装完成后,主倒刺120大致呈月牙状,自其弹性臂121的外侧向固持部11中央凹设有一容屑槽21以便收容电连接器端子1插入绝缘本体2中产生的屑;电连接器端子1的弹性部93和尾部12分别伸出绝缘本体2上、下表面一定高度以与晶片模组及印刷电路板电性连接。
根据需要,电连接器端子固持部的两侧可以对称的设置主倒刺和定位小倒刺,此外,定位小倒刺还可以设置于主倒刺的弹性臂上。

Claims (7)

1.一种电连接器端子,用于电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括基部及自基部向下延伸的固持部,其特征在于:固持部至少一侧设有弹性臂式主倒刺,主倒刺包括弹性臂和尖端。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:固持部上与弹性臂式主倒刺同侧或异侧上设有定位小倒刺。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:固持部末端至少一侧设有导向斜面。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:自基部的一侧弯折而出设有弹性片,该弹性片包括连接部、于竖直方向延伸的支撑部及连设于支撑部一端的弹性部。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:主倒刺大致呈月牙状,自其弹性臂的外侧向固持部中央凹设有一容屑槽。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:弹性部包括第一平面延伸部、第二平面延伸部、连接第一、二平面延伸部的弯折连接部及其设置于弹性部末端的弧形接触部。
7.如权利要求2所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:定位小倒刺还可以设置于主倒刺的弹性臂上。
