Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种由产品料仓、连接管、滤网、抽风机、引入管和粉尘储存袋组成的PET颗粒除尘装置,料仓顶部通过连接管和抽风机的进风口连通,抽风机的出风口通过引入管和粉尘储存袋相通,连接管内安装有滤网。本实用新型结构简单,应用本实用新型可以大大降低聚酯产品中的粉尘含量。

本实用新型涉及一种清除聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(简称PET)颗粒进入料仓时的除尘装置。
                          背景技术
大家知道,PET颗粒在固相增粘工艺流程中,产品颗粒变脆,颗粒在流动的过程中,颗粒间的摩擦和颗粒与设备间的碰撞,很容易造成产品表面部分剥落而产生聚酯粉尘,粉尘因静电作用吸附在产品上难以自行脱落,粉尘的存在将严重地影响着下游产品的质量和生产能耗。
                          发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种去除聚酯粉尘效果显著、结构简单的PET颗粒除尘装置。
为了达到上述目的,其技术方案是:在料仓的顶部安装一个抽风机,抽风机的进风口与料仓通过连接管连接,且管道内置有滤网,在抽风机的出风口装有引入管道和粉尘储存袋相通。
采用本技术方案的除尘装置,由于使用了抽风机抽风,使因静电吸附在颗粒上粉尘被吸走,这样就可以使聚酯产品中的粉尘含量,从300-500mmp降低到10-20mmp。

结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。产品的料仓1的顶部通过连接管2和抽风机4的进风口连通,抽风机4的出风口通过引入管5和粉尘储存袋6相通,连接管2安装有滤网3。

1、一种PET颗粒除尘装置,它由产品的料仓、连接管、滤网、抽风机、引入管和粉尘储存袋组成,其特征是:料仓(1)通过连接管(2)和抽风机(4)的避风口连通,抽风机(4)的出风口通过引入管(5)和粉尘储存袋(6)相通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PET颗粒除尘装置,其特征是:连接管(2)内安装有滤网(3)。
