技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种轴承保持架,特别是一种深沟球轴承实体铜保持架,它主要应用于大型号的深沟球轴承实体铜保持架。
背景技术:
轴承是一种应用在转动机构上,用来支撑,减少摩擦以及承受负载的部件。长期以来,对于较大型的深沟球轴承通常采用浪形冲压保持架结构,见图1-图2,现有铆合方法是用装配模具铆合来固定钢球,这种保持架结构的缺点是:
对于大型号的深沟球轴承,由于其浪形冲压保持架在制造上的问题以及本身质量的不稳定,结果造成保持架的强度和寿命都很难达到预期的使用要求,经常出现早期的损坏现象。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述缺点而提供一种结构设计合理,能满足自引导的深沟球轴承实体铜保持架。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是,该保持架包括球兜孔,该球兜孔为通孔,其特征在于:所述的保持架采用双半铆合,在保持架上设有数个铆钉孔,并在外径处开有槽,保持架用铜锌合金制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:结构设计合理,简单,外形尺寸紧凑,且在承受径向力的同时可承受轴向力,承载能力强,额定转速高,并具有高强度和长寿命,且便于加工、装配铆合,被广泛应用于矿山机械、工程机械、轧钢机械、纺织、机床、船舶、火车、冶金机械以及汽车、轿车、电机等低噪音行业。

具体实施方式:
参见图3-图4,本实用新型包括球兜孔2,该球兜孔2为通孔,所述的保持架I采用双半铆合,在保持架I上设有数个铆钉孔1,并在外径3处开有槽4,保持架I采用铜锌合金离心浇铸制作。
本实用新型的结构通过电脑程序进行选择性优化设计,具体来讲就是深沟球轴承采用双半铜保持架的铆合型式,两半同时加工,在外径3处开槽4,其槽4的宽度一般为钢球直径,而槽4的深度要视产品系列并在保证保持架I强度的基础上而定,用球兜孔2来等份并固定钢球7(参见图5),这样就减轻了保持架I的重量,从而减小轴承在运转过程中由于保持架I过重而产生的离心力。
本实用新型属自引导,其两半同时加工打铆钉孔1、在外径3处开槽4、铣球兜孔2,最后采用热铆,使钢球固定在均等的位置上。
参见图5,本实用新型用于装设轴承,该轴承由一个内圈5、一个外圈6和若干颗钢球7构成,把内圈、外圈和钢球组合在一起,便构成一套轴承。
本说明书所称采用自引导是指保持架随滚动体一起转动称为自引导。
