Abstract

中空含油轴承,特别是配合与散热风扇的中空含油轴承。包括沿轴向设有通孔的轴承体,通孔的中部直径大于两端直径。本实用新型能减少风扇轴芯与轴承之间的摩擦接触面积,增进风扇的旋转效率,提高风扇的使用寿命,提高含油轴承上下两端的同轴度,有效保障轴芯和轴承的配合间隙,降低运转时的噪音。

Description

一种中空含油轴承
本实用新型涉及中空含油轴承,特别是配合与散热风扇的中空含油轴承。
随着当前IT行业和机电一体化的迅速发展,散热风扇已越来越多的被采用,从而散热风扇的制造量也越来越大;而含油轴承是散热风扇的关键零件。含油轴承的结构和内径精度直接影响着散热风扇的运转噪音和使用寿命等关键特性。一般散热风扇主要由风扇座和风扇组成,其中风扇座中央有一轴承座,在轴承座内压入一个圆桶状含油轴承,风扇轴芯从含油轴承中间的孔穿过,轴芯外径和轴承内径配合;利用轴承座四周电磁线圈的激磁所产生的电磁力,带动风扇产生回转。风扇运转时轴芯和轴承的接触面积较大并产生摩擦,不仅导致轴芯的迅速磨损,同时含油轴承中的油会受摩擦热的影响迅速蒸发、裂解,从而降低了风扇的寿命。此外由于一般轴承内径容易产生变形和上下两端同轴度差等问题,不仅降低了风扇的运转效率,还增加了运转时的摩擦噪音。此外,这种含油轴承在制造过程中容易产生裂纹,内径弯曲等不良,造成报废率高、生产效率低等不利于大批量生产的问题。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种中空含油轴承,能减少风扇轴芯与轴承之间的摩擦接触面积,增进风扇的旋转效率,提高风扇的使用寿命,提高含油轴承上下两端的同轴度,有效保障轴芯和轴承的配合间隙,降低运转时的噪音。
本实用新型包括沿轴向设有通孔的轴承体,其特征在于通孔的中部直径大于两端直径。
上述轴承体两端的外径小于中部外径。
在风扇组装时将本实用新型压入轴承座,轴承座和中空含油轴承形成紧密配合,并在其上端和下端形成空隙。然后风扇轴芯依次从轴承上配合段和轴承下配合段的孔中穿过,并籍由扇叶挡块固定轴芯的上下位置。
通过上述之设计,由于轴芯和中空含油轴承之间的接触因轴承上配合段和轴承下配合段之设计而使相互的摩擦面积大幅度减少,进而降低了轴芯因摩擦而磨损的可能性,同时由于其接触面积减少,运转时的摩擦阻力降低使风扇运转的效率得到了提升;另外因同轴度的提高从而减小了轴芯和中空含油轴承之间的配合间隙,降低了风扇运转时的噪音。
为了加快散热,本实用新型还在轴承体的外表面设置轴向凹槽。

图中,1为轴承体,2通孔,3为凹槽。
轴承体1的中间沿轴向开设通孔2,通孔2的上下端小,中间大。轴承体1的外径呈两端小、中间大,之间以斜面过渡。轴承体1的外径两端也可直接制成锥面。
图3、4,显示了在轴承体1的外表面沿轴向均设三个凹槽3。

1、一种中空含油轴承,包括沿轴向设有通孔的轴承体,其特征在于通孔的中部直径大于两端直径。
2、根据权利要求1所述中空含油轴承,其特征在于轴承体两端的外径小于中部外径。
3、根据权利要求2所述中空含油轴承,其特征在于在轴承体的外表面轴向设置凹槽。
