背景技术:
现行卧式钢球加工机床尾架的导套导杆润滑结构是,在导套与导杆相接触的表面上有一柱形油腔,出油口在注油口的下方,不能存油,而且油腔的轴向长度小而导套与导杆的配合长度大,导杆只作直线往复运动而不转动,导套导杆间的润滑状态差,运动阻力大,当导杆与油缸的平行度变差时,会导致导杆卡死在导套内而不能移动,此时维修难度大且费用高。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种卧式钢球加工机床尾架的导套导杆润滑结构,这种导套导杆润滑结构可确保导套与导杆的配合面有润滑油膜。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种卧式钢球加工机床尾架的导套导杆润滑结构,包括导套和导杆,其特征在于:在与导杆相配合的导套内表面上设有一柱形油腔,在此油腔的导套内表面上设有环形储油槽与导套上的注油孔相对,在与导杆相配合的导套内表面上均布有轴向储油槽。所述导套内表面上均布的轴向储油槽为三个。本实用新型在导套与导杆的配合面上设有一柱形油腔,在此油腔的导套内表面上设有一个环形储油槽,在导套与导杆的配合面上均布有三个轴向储油槽,因而与现有技术比较导套与导杆的配合面的润滑性能更好的优点。

具体实施方式:
结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细描述,在导套2与导杆1的配合面上设有一柱形油腔3,此油腔的轴向长度小于配合面长度,在该油腔的导套内表面上设有一环形储油槽4,与导套上的注油孔5相对,在导套与导杆的配合面上沿圆周均布三个轴向储油槽6。设置环形储油槽是为了增大储油量,设三个轴向储油槽,可使整个配合表面上始终有油膜,确保导套与导杆的润滑性能。

1、一种卧式钢球加工机床尾架的导套导杆润滑结构,包括导套和导杆,其特征在于:在与导杆相配合的导套内表面上设有一柱形油腔,在此油腔的导套内表面上设有环形储油槽与导套上的注油孔相对,在与导杆相配合的导套内表面上均布有轴向储油槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种卧式钢球加工机床尾架的导套导杆润滑结构,其特征在于:所述导套内表面上均布的轴向储油槽为三个。
