本实用新型涉及一种能够承受双向轴向力的单列圆锥滚子轴承。包括外圈、滚子、保持架、内圈,内圈小挡边,其特征在于:轴承外圈小端面安装一个带挡边的挡圈,内圈小挡边与滚子端面的接触处为磨加工面。本实用新型的优点是就可以承受双向轴向负荷,克服了原来只能承受单向负荷的缺陷,就可以使用一个这种新型单列圆锥滚子轴承,替代原庞大的双列或两套的结构,可以缩小体积实现原有功能。

本实用新型涉及一种单列圆锥滚子轴承,特别是一种能够承受双向轴向力的单列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前传统的现有单列圆锥滚子轴承结构是由外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架组成,内圈有一个大挡边,可以承受如图所示的单向的轴向负荷,外圈滚道为锥面没有挡边,所以在另一个方向上不能承受轴向负荷。现在许多的车辆的轮箍使用单列圆锥滚子轴承,但是为了能够承受双向力,就需要用两个单列圆锥滚子轴承并列使用,增加了生产成本,而且遇到小型车辆,其安装空间受到限制将无法使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决原来结构的单列圆锥滚子轴承只能承受单向轴向力而不能承受双向轴向力的问题,本实用新型设计一种能够承受双向轴向力的单列圆锥滚子轴承,包括外圈、滚子、保持架、内圈,内圈小挡边,其特征在于:轴承外圈小端面安装一个带挡边的挡圈,内圈小挡边与滚子端面的接触处为磨加工面。本实用新型的优点是就可以承受双向轴向负荷,克服了原来只能承受单向负荷的缺陷,就可以使用一个这种新型单列圆锥滚子轴承,替代原庞大的双列或两套的结构,可以缩小体积实现原有功能。

具体实施方式
图中包括外圈1、滚子2、保持架3、内圈4,其特征在于:轴承外圈1小端面安装一个带挡边的挡圈5,内圈4的小挡边6与滚子2端面有一接触面7,该接触面为为磨加工面,由于内圈4大挡边8通过滚子2与外圈1滚道锥面形成轴向反作用力产生一个方面的轴向力,另一个方向的轴向力由内圈4小挡边6和通过滚子2与外圈1上安装的带挡边的挡圈5产生,这样这种单列圆锥轴承就可以承受双向轴向力。
