背景技术
目前,在生产出的各类汽车转向器中,因为一些转向器管柱受空间结构的限制,不易采用外形尺寸相对偏大的实体套圈来制造,采用实体套圈制造的轴承,就增大了转向器管柱的结构尺寸,增加了其零部件制造生产成本,同时也增加了轴承采购成本和出厂成本,造成不必要的浪费。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承,具有内圈和外圈,并且所述内圈和外圈之间设有一滚道,所述滚道内设有钢球。 
为了使轴承内油脂溢出和防止外界灰尘侵入,延长轴承使用寿命,进一步的:所述外圈的连接口上设有密封圈。 
为了同时能承受径向和轴向负荷,进一步的:所述钢球与内圈和外圈接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°。 
本实用新型结构紧凑,能同时承受径向和轴向负荷,加工效率高,制造成本低,从而也使转向器的生产成本和采购成本降低,其在满足转向器对轴承的性能要求的同时,还因具有密封性提高了轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。 
如图1所示的一种汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承,具有内圈3和外圈1,并且所述内圈3和外圈1之间设有一滚道,在所述滚道内设有钢球2;在所述外圈1的连接口上设有密封圈4,所述的密封圈4具有防尘,保持润滑脂的清洁度。降低轴承温度,延长轴承使用寿命。为了同时能承受径向和轴向负荷,所述钢球2与内圈3和外圈1接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°,从而能同时承受径向和轴向负荷。 
在本实用新型的制备上,内圈3和外圈1的加工均采用冲压工艺,轴承结构简单,外形尺寸小,冲压加工效率高,其滚道采用精密挤压方法,形成于滚动体良好的接触性,有较小的摩擦力矩,转动灵活。采用碳氮共渗方式获得高硬度滚道,保证了轴承的耐磨性质量。

1.一种汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承,其特征是:所述汽车转向器用冲压角接触球轴承具有内圈(3)和外圈(1),并且所述内圈(3)和外圈(1)之间设有一滚道,所述滚道内设有钢球(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承,其特征是:所述外圈(1)的连接口上设有密封圈(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车转向器用冲压角接触密封球轴承,其特征是:所述钢球(2)与内圈(3)和外圈(1)接触的点形成的直线与轴线的夹角为45°。
