Abstract

一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承,外圈(1)设置外挡边(1.1)和内环形凹槽(1.2),内圈(2)设置内挡边(2.1)和外直角环形沟槽(2.2),内挡边上还设置有凸状外环(2.3),外挡边靠在外直角环形沟槽上但不与其接触,内挡边的凸状外环嵌入内环形凹槽内但不与其接触,在外圈的半圆弧滚道和内圈的1/4圆弧滚道内装入接触球(3)和保持架(4)。外挡边和外直角环形沟槽以及嵌入到内环形凹槽内的凸状外环之间形成很窄的回形间隙可以有效阻挡外界灰尘侵入到轴承内部,而内圈转动时不与外圈产生摩擦,其防尘效果比具有防尘盖的防尘效果更好,比设有防尘盖的刚度更好,避免了在有防尘盖时所出现的松动和脱落现象,密封效果良好。

本实用新型属于轴承设计技术领域,尤其是一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承。 
背景技术
带防尘盖的角接触球轴承是使用最广泛的一类滚动轴承,其使用安装都非常简单,又具有比较好的环境适应性。 
带防尘盖的角接触球轴承是将冲压的防尘盖和带弹簧钢丝卡圈的防尘盖卡内圈或是外圈的卡槽里,也有直接均防尘盖压到卡槽的结构。 
具有防尘效果但不具有防尘盖的角接触球轴承还不多见。 
发明内容
 为解决上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承,该角接触球轴承通过在外圈的径向设置内挡边并在轴向设置内环形凹槽和与之相配的内圈的结合,使外圈和内圈形成一条很窄的回形间隙,通过在回形间隙涂抹润滑脂使角接触球轴承在无防尘盖设置下具有防尘功能,从而起到良好的防尘效果。 
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承包括外圈、内圈、接触球和保持架,外圈的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,内圈的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,1/4圆弧滚道的接触角为α°,接触球通过保持架安装在所述半圆弧滚道和所述1/4圆弧滚道之间。
将外圈的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为外挡边,外挡边呈内环状,在外圈的另一端面上设置有内环形凹槽,外圈的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,该半圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球的直径相匹配;将内圈的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为内挡边,内挡边呈外环状,内挡边的最外环处设置有凸状外环,在内圈的另一外径端面上设置有外直角环形沟槽,外直角环形沟槽的直径为WD,外直角环形沟槽的宽度为WK,内圈的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,该1/4圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球的直径相匹配,该1/4圆弧滚道背靠内挡边处; 
外挡边的内径大于所述WD,外挡边的宽度小于所述WK,外挡边靠在外直角环形沟槽上但不与其接触,内挡边的凸状外环嵌入内环形凹槽内但不与其接触,在外圈的半圆弧滚道和内圈的1/4圆弧滚道内装入接触球和保持架。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本实用新型产生如下积极效果: 
1、在内圈上设置了外直角环形沟槽和内挡边、在外圈上设置了外挡边和内环形凹槽,外挡边和外直角环形沟槽互配,内挡边的凸状外环嵌入内环形凹槽内并互配,从根本上避免了在有防尘盖设置下所其出现的松动和脱落现象。
2、具有内圈挡边和外圈挡边的内圈和外圈,其结构新颖独特,加工简单,提高了角接触球轴承的使用性。 
3、内挡边和外挡边所起的防尘效果比具有防尘盖的防尘效果更好,同时内挡边和外挡边具有更好的刚度,可以有效阻挡外界灰尘侵入到角接触球轴承内部。

  具体实施方式
本实用新型是一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承。 
通常情况下角接触球轴承具有外圈1、内圈2、接触球3和保持架4,外圈1的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,内圈2的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,接触球3通过保持架4安装在所述半圆弧滚道和所述1/4圆弧滚道之间,所述1/4圆弧滚道对接触球3产生角接触,其接触角为α°。 
本实用新型只对角接触球轴承的外圈1和内圈2结构产生改进设计,角接触球轴承的其它参数不变。 
结合图1,本实用新型将外圈1的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为外挡边1.1,外挡边1.1呈内环状,在外圈1的另一端面上设置有内环形凹槽1.2,外圈1的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,该半圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球3的直径相匹配。 
本实用新型将内圈2的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为内挡边2.1,内挡边2.1呈外环状,内挡边2.1的最外环处设置有凸状外环2.3,在内圈2的另一外径端面上设置有外直角环形沟槽2.2,外直角环形沟槽2.2的直径为WD,外直角环形沟槽2.2的宽度为WK,内圈2的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,该1/4圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球3的直径相匹配,该1/4圆弧滚道背靠内挡边处; 
外挡边1.1的内径大于所述WD,所述WD是外直角环形沟槽2.2的直径,外挡边1.1的宽度小于所述WK,所述WK是外直角环形沟槽2.2的宽度,安装时外挡边1.1靠在外直角环形沟槽2.2上但不与其接触,内挡边2.1的凸状外环2.3嵌入内环形凹槽1.2内但不与其接触,在外圈1的半圆弧滚道和内圈2的1/4圆弧滚道内装入接触球3和保持架4。
外挡边1.1和外直角环形沟槽2.2以及嵌入到内环形凹槽1.2内的凸状外环2.3之间形成很窄的回形间隙,在该回形间隙内涂抹润滑脂可以有效阻挡外界灰尘侵入到角接触球轴承内部,该回形间隙能能使内圈2转动时不与外圈1产生相互摩擦,内挡边2.1和外挡边1.1所起的防尘效果比具有防尘盖的防尘效果更好,同时内挡边2.1和外挡边1.1比设有防尘盖的刚度更好,从根本上避免了在有防尘盖设置下所其出现的松动和脱落现象,起到良好的密封效果。

1.一种具有防尘效果的角接触球轴承,基本构成包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、接触球(3)和保持架(4),外圈(1)的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,内圈(2)的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,1/4圆弧滚道的接触角为α°,接触球(3)通过保持架(4)安装在所述半圆弧滚道和所述1/4圆弧滚道之间;其特征是:将外圈(1)的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为外挡边(1.1),外挡边(1.1)呈内环状,在外圈(1)的另一端面上设置有内环形凹槽(1.2),外圈(1)的内径端面配置有半圆弧滚道,该半圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球(3)的直径相匹配;将内圈(2)的一端沿径向至轴线方向延长使其成为内挡边(2.1),内挡边(2.1)呈外环状,内挡边(2.1)的最外环处设置有凸状外环(2.3),在内圈(2)的另一外径端面上设置有外直角环形沟槽(2.2),外直角环形沟槽(2.2)的直径为WD,外直角环形沟槽(2.2)的宽度为WK,内圈(2)的外径端面配置有1/4圆弧滚道,该1/4圆弧滚道的曲率半径与接触球(3)的直径相匹配,该1/4圆弧滚道背靠内挡边(2.1)处;外挡边(1.1)的内径大于所述WD,外挡边(1.1)的宽度小于所述WK,外挡边(1.1)靠在外直角环形沟槽(2.2)上但不与其接触,内挡边(2.1)的凸状外环(2.3)嵌入内环形凹槽(1.2)内但不与其接触,在外圈(1)的半圆弧滚道和内圈(2)的1/4圆弧滚道内装入接触球(3)和保持架(4)。
