Abstract

本实用新型公开一种双向推力调心滚子轴承,其由一个双滚道轴圈、两个座圈、两组非对称球面滚子和两个保持架组成,轴圈上的双滚道之间设有一个内凹的环形槽,两个保持架设置在两个座圈和轴圈之间,两个保持架上均设置有一组非对称球面滚子。本实用新型既能够适应轴的挠曲变形,又能承受双向轴向载荷和一定的径向载荷,满足了轴承的使用要求,解决了安装定位问题,同时使得轴承的整体高度尺寸有所降低,轴承的结构更为紧凑,从而减少了轴承的安装空间,降低了能耗,提高了轴承的承载性能和运转可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型属于轴承技术领域,尤其是涉及一种双向推力调心滚子轴承。 
背景技术
推力调心滚子轴承能够自动调心,主要承受较大的轴向载荷,同时也具有较高的径向载荷能力。推力调心滚子轴承以其承载能力高,抗振性能好,且可以补偿由于安装和轴的变形引起的同心度误差的特点,被广泛地应用于钢铁、造纸、海运、电力、工程机械等行业的各种机械设备中。 
目前,现有的推力调心滚子轴承由一个轴圈4、一个座圈1、一组非对称球面滚子2和一个钢板冲压保持架3组成,如图1所示,虽然具有自动调心功能,但只能承受单向轴向载荷,即只能承受来自一个方向的轴向载荷。在一些工作场合,需要轴承既能够适应轴的挠曲变形,又能承受双向轴向载荷和一定的径向载荷,采用现有的推力调心滚子轴承就无法满足使用要求。而目前已有的双向推力圆柱滚子轴承和双向推力圆锥滚子轴承,不具有自动调心功能。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种双向推力调心滚子轴承,其通过改进现有的单向推力调心滚子轴承结构,使轴承既能够适应轴的挠曲变形,又能承受双向轴向载荷和一定的径向载荷。 
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种双向推力调心滚子轴承,其由一个双滚道轴圈、两个座圈、两组非对称球面滚子和两个保持架组成,轴圈上的双滚道之间设有一个内凹的环形槽,两个保持架设置在两个座圈和轴圈之间,两个保持架上均设置有一组非对称球面滚子。
所述的双向推力调心滚子轴承,其双滚道轴圈的两个端面上分别开设有一个矩形定位槽,两个矩形定位槽间隔90°分布。 
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本实用新型具有如下优越性: 
该双向推力调心滚子轴承,其结构合理紧凑,既能够适应轴的挠曲变形,又能承受双向轴向载荷和一定的径向载荷, 满足了轴承的使用要求,解决了安装定位问题,同时由于两组非对称球面滚子共用一个轴圈,两个滚道之间的距离减小,使得轴承的整体高度尺寸有所降低,轴承的结构更为紧凑,从而减少了轴承的安装空间,降低了能耗,对于轴承的安装使用也更为方便可靠,提高了轴承的承载性能和运转可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图并结合实施例对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步详细说明。 
如图2、3所示,该双向推力调心滚子轴承,其由一个双滚道轴圈4、两个座圈1、两组非对称球面滚子2和两个钢板冲压保持架3组成,轴圈上的双滚道为对称结构,两个滚道之间设有一个内凹的环形槽5,用于将保持架3兜住滚子2后沿圆周凿印锁紧支撑在环形槽5内,两个保持架3设置在两个座圈1和轴圈4之间,两个保持架3上均设置有一组非对称球面滚子2,两组非对称球面滚子分别位于两个座圈与双滚道轴圈的滚道内;双滚道轴圈4的两个端面上分别开设有矩形定位槽6a、定位槽6b,两个矩形定位槽间隔90°分布,用于轴承的安装定位。

1.一种双向推力调心滚子轴承,其特征是:其由一个双滚道轴圈(4)、两个座圈(1)、两组非对称球面滚子(2)和两个保持架(3)组成,轴圈上的双滚道之间设有一个内凹的环形槽(5),两个保持架设置在两个座圈和轴圈之间,两个保持架上均设置有一组非对称球面滚子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向推力调心滚子轴承,其特征是:其双滚道轴圈(4)的两个端面上分别开设有一个矩形定位槽(6a、6b),两个矩形定位槽间隔90°分布。
