Abstract

本实用新型公开了这样一种电袋复合式除尘器，为解决已有电袋复合式除尘器存在的因气流直接冲刷靠近电除尘装置的滤袋，易产生损坏的问题。本实用新型采取在电除尘装置(2)的上部设置有能使气流方向垂直向下的进口烟箱(1)，在电除尘装置(2)与布袋除尘装置(3)之间设置有隔板(7)。从而具有制造简单、维修方便、运行费用少等优点。

Description

电袋复合式除尘器
所属技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种治理大气污染的除尘装置，尤其涉及一种由进口烟箱、壳体、出口烟箱、灰斗组成的电袋复合式除尘器。
背景技术  中国专利200420040846X公开了这样一种电袋复合式除尘器，其结构特点是：在靠近进口烟箱的壳体内沿气流方向依次设置有电除尘装置、烟气均流装置和布袋除尘装置。采用这种结构后，待处理烟尘从出口烟箱经气流均布后进入电场，经初步净化后的烟气通过设置在除尘器壳体中部的烟气场流装置进入布袋除尘装置作进一步的净化处理，可延长滤袋使用寿命。但由于气流经过电场后，其前进方向仍垂直于滤袋、靠近烟气均流装置的滤袋易受气流直接冲刷，产生破损。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种能更有效保护滤袋，提高除尘效率的电袋复合式除尘器。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的电袋复合式除尘器由进口烟箱、壳体、出口烟箱、灰斗组成，在壳体内沿气流方向依次设置有电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置，在电除尘装置的上部设置有能使气流方向垂直向下的进口烟箱，在电除尘装置与布袋除尘装置之间设置有隔板。
隔板底边与灰斗之间留有能使气流从电除尘装置流向布袋除尘装置的空间。
采用这种结构后，由于烟尘从电除尘装置上部流向下部，再从电除尘装置下部流向布袋除尘装置的下部，经滤袋处理后从出口烟箱排出，避免了气流直接冲刷滤袋，进一步延长了滤袋的使用寿命。

具体实施方式  附图所示电袋复合式除尘器由进口烟箱(1)、壳体(5)、出口烟箱(4)、灰斗(6)组成，在壳体(5)内沿气流方向依次设置有电除尘装置(2)和布袋除尘装置(3)，在电除尘装置(2)的上部设置有能使气流方向垂直向下的进口烟箱(1)，在电除尘装置(2)与布袋除尘装置(3)之间设置有隔板(7)；隔板(7)底边与灰斗(6)之间留有能使气流从电除尘装置(2)流向布袋除尘装置(3)的空间。
当电袋复合式除尘器处于工作状态时，电除尘装置(2)中的阴极系统连接高压供电装置负高压出线端，与接地的阳极系统在壳体(5)内前半部分形成一个高压静电场，待处理烟尘人进口烟箱(1)进入电场，粉尘颗粒在高压静电场中被荷电，并在电场电力的作用下向异极驱进，沉积在阴阳电极上，当电极表面所捕集的粉尘达到一定厚度时，分别通过阴阳极振打装置振打，使捕集在电极上的粉尘层脱落至下部灰斗(6)。经初步净化后的烟气经过隔板(7)下面的空间进入布袋除尘装置(3)内，作进一步的净化处理。干净烟气从出口烟箱(4)排出，完成烟气净化过程。

Claims (2)

1、一种电袋复合式除尘器，由进口烟箱、壳体、出口烟箱、灰斗组成，在壳体内沿气流方向依次设置有电除尘装置和布袋除尘装置，其特征在于：在电除尘装置(2)的上部设置有能使气流方向垂直向下的进口烟箱(1)，在电除尘装置(2)与布袋除尘装置(3)之间设置有隔板(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电袋复合式除尘器，其特征在于：隔板(7)底边与灰斗之间留有能使气流从电除尘装置(2)流向布袋除尘装置(3)的空间。
