背景技术
[0002]静电除尘器是一种高效、节能的工业废气治理设备,其运行效率可达99.5%以上,具有运行稳定、维修量小、运行阻力低等诸多优点,是工业废气治理行业的主导装备之一。常规电除尘器主要依靠放电极和集尘极这两个系统来完成,即采用高压电离技术,通过高压静电(V = 7.2万伏〜10万伏)使电场内空气电离,并通过电离产生的正负离子和电子高效捕捉粉尘,使进入电场的中性粉尘几乎100%变成带电粉尘,从而在电场力的作用下向其极性相反的电极移动,并被吸尘极(阳极板、阴极线)吸附,释放电荷后,通过振打装置进行清灰,积灰脱落至灰斗而被回收。
[0003]现有的静电除尘器采用的清灰方式有机械振打式、低频声波清理式等,机械振打通常是在每个电场内设置一个阴极线振打装置和一个阳极极线振打装置,这类清灰方式在其清灰过程中都会有较严重的扬尘现象发生,特别是使用低频声波清灰时扬尘现象尤为严重,这是目前使用的电除尘器普遍存在的又未能克服的致命缺陷:即在振打清灰过程中产生二次扬尘,由于电场内烟气流速较高一般在lm/ s左右,产生的二次扬尘不能够完全被吸尘极吸附,随着流速较高的烟气被带走,特别是在最后一个电场中,不能被吸尘极吸附的二次扬尘通过风机、烟囱直接排入大气中,使得静电除尘器的除尘效率只能达到大于等于98.5%,以至于难以保证国家环保标准的最新要求。目前国家工业废气排放的含尘指标已经由过去的300mg/Nm3提高到50mg/Nm3,现在重点城市已将这一标准提升至30mg/Nm3以下,这样静电除尘器产生二次扬尘的特点已决定了其自身性能无法满足这一环保排放要求,因此静电除尘器面临被行业淘汰的危险,然而又没有一种更理想的除尘装备能够作为它的替代产品。一些企业不得不选用布袋除尘器、电袋组合除尘器来取代静电除尘器,然而这两种除尘器运行阻力大、布袋易破损、维护不方便且运行成本高,使用起来给用户带来诸多的不便。为增大集尘面积降低烟气流速,也可以将静电除尘器体积增大,这样就会造成除尘器占地面积及电耗大大增加,从而投资与运行成本也将大幅增加,目前没有一家企业采用这种除尘方案。
发明内容

[0012]本发明设计的微单元横流式阳极系统,从降低烟气流速的角度,采用斜弓型组合式极板,实现横流式气流方式,增强了气场的稳定性,使气流更加均匀地进入电场,延长含尘气体在电场内的停留时间;在相同电场空间内增大集尘面积,同时振打清灰时由于集尘面处风速低,解决了静电除尘器的二次扬尘的问题,因此提高了除尘效率。本发明与现有技术相比的主要优点是:
[0013] 1、本发明将传统的阳极板改为弓型组合以百叶式固定的阳极板,含尘气体进入电场通道后,纵向通道被密封,烟气通过微单元极板以横向流动形式进入下一通道,其横向流速降低为纵向流速的近十分之一,一般为0.1〜0.3m/S ;
[0014] 2、在相同空间内,微单元极板比传统极板的收尘面积增大1.3〜2倍,微单元极板在清灰单元内风速降低为传统静电除尘器的1/5〜1/4左右,有效地抑制了电除尘器因振打清灰而产生的二次扬尘现象,显著降低了出口排放,使除尘器的除尘效率达99.9%以上;
[0015] 3、本发明微单元式极板清灰振打时,振打力几乎垂直于微单元极板表面,粉尘容易脱落;
[0016] 4、本发明特别适合于老机组电除尘器的改造,在很多场合,只需将后面电场改造成微单元横流式阳极系统,不需另占场地,最大限度地为电除尘器长期高效运行提供条件;
[0017] 5、本发明与电袋组合除尘器和布袋除尘器相比,阻力损失小,维护费用低。

具体实施方式
[0026]如图1、图2所示,本发明所设计的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其结构是:在除尘器壳体10中设有从进口 4到出口 9顺序排列的若干个电场,进口 4封头中设置气流均布装置,出口 9封头中设置迷宫式槽形板。壳体中电场的顺序排列为:第一电场I和第二电场2,第一电场I为普通电除尘器电场,该电场主要构成:阳极系统、阴极系统、阳极振打与阴极振打装置。紧靠第一电场I并位于除尘器出口 9端是第二电场2,第二电场2装有微单元横流式阳极系统8;根据除尘场地以及相关技术指标,第一、第二电场分别设置为I个或2个顺序排列,或者多个顺序排列;如I个第一电场、I个第二电场顺序排列,2个第一电场、2个第二电场顺序排列,或者多个第一电场与出口末端第二电场顺序排列。
[0027]参见图2、图3,在壳体中的第二电场2是由若干并行排列的阴极线排6.1组成的阴极系统6以及若干排收尘阳极排8.1组成的阳极系统(即微单元横流式阳极系统8)组成,阳极排8.1由若干列微单元极板即弓形板8.6按一定规律排列,由联接板(管)固定组合为一组阳级排,弓形板结构能使气流达到横流运行方式,可增强气场的稳定性,使气流更加均匀地进入电场,延长含尘气体在电场内的停留时间。由阳极排8.1以及置于阳极排之间的阴极线排6.1组成电场通道,含尘气体在该通道流动,粉尘粒子被荷电。阴极线排(放电极排)与阳极排交错排列;阴极线排6.1与高压绝缘吊挂7的电源连接,阳极系统8安装在壳体10顶部的大梁上,位于除尘器壳体10底部的每个电场布设有灰斗3。在第二电场2中并行排列着若干列阳极排8.1与阴极线排6.1,在每两列相邻的阳极排8.1之间为电场通道,阴极线排6.1位于电场通道中(见图3)。在放电阴极线排6.1侧面装有对应于阴极线排的阴极振打5,对应于阳极排8.1设有阳极振打11。
[0028]如图3所示,在出口9末端电场的阳极排8.1之间的电场通道交替设置为浊气通道12(待处理烟气)以及净气通道13,在浊气通道12出风端部装有阳极排后挡板8.3,净气通道13进风端部装有阳极排前挡板8.5,前、后挡板(8.5、8.3)交错布装,前、后挡板采用悬挂门式钢板密封。如图4所示,出口末端电场(第二电场2)的每列阳极排8.1由若干件弓形板8.6(弓形板之间的间距为25〜30mm)对称排列组合而成;弓形板(8.6)设计为倾斜状,相邻两列阳极排(8.1)中弓形板的倾斜方向相反,弓形板的倾斜角度设计为10〜25°。弓形板8.6通过外围框架固定组合成一列阳级排(8.1),与外围框架平行且与其连接有阳极振打杆8.2,在振打杆的振打端部装有阳极振打砧铁8.4。阳极振打杆8.2分别位于每列阳极排8.1的中部与底部共两组(见图2),并且单组振打杆组装为对阳级排的振打整体,以便使振打力得到均匀传递。
[0029]参见图3,在微单元横流式阳极系统8中,微单元阳极排8.1和阴极线排6.1构成高压电场,使电场内空气电离,荷电后的粉尘粒子随烟气从弓形板8.6之间流过,在电场力的作用下,荷电粉尘被极板吸附捕捉同时释放电荷,变为中性粒子,通过振打从板面上脱落掉入灰斗3。参见图4,在电场力作用下带电粉尘粒子在集尘区被极板吸附捕捉,振打清灰时由于该区域风速很低,不会发生两次扬尘现象,从而提高收尘效率,保证排放要求。
Claims (6)
1.一种电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,包括在壳体(10)中设有从进口(4)到出口(9)顺序排列的若干个电场,每个电场主要由若干并行排列的阴极线排(6.1)组成的阴极系统(6)以及阳极排组成的阳极系统(8)构成,阴极线排与阳极排交错排列;阴极线排与高压绝缘吊挂(7)电源连接,阳极系统安装在壳体(10)顶部的大梁上,在每两列相邻的阳极排(8.1)之间为电场通道,阴极线排(6.1)位于电场通道中,其特征是:在出口末端电场的阳极排(8.1)之间的电场通道交替设置为浊气通道(12)及净气通道(13),在浊气通道(12)出风端装有阳极排后挡板(8.3),净气通道(13)进风端装有阳极排前挡板(8.5),前、后挡板(8.5、8.3)交错布装;所述的出口末端电场的每列阳极排(8.1)由若干件弓形板(8.6)排列组合而成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其特征是:所述的弓形板(8.6)为倾斜状,相邻两列阳极排(8.1)中弓形板的倾斜方向相反。
3.按照权利要求2所述的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其特征是:所述的弓形板的倾斜角度为10〜25°。
4.按照权利要求1所述的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其特征是:所述的弓形板(8.6)通过外围框架联接组合成一列阳级排(8.1),与框架平行且与其连接装有阳极振打杆(8.2),在振打杆的振打端部装有阳极振打砧铁(8.4)。
5.按照权利要求4所述的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其特征是:所述的阳极振打杆(8.2)分别位于每列阳级排(8.1)的中部与底部,由单组振打杆组装为对阳级排的振打整体。
6.按照权利要求1所述的电除尘器微单元横流式阳极装置,其特征是:所述的壳体中电场的顺序排列为:第一电场(I)和第二电场(2),第一电场为普通电除尘器电场,第二电场为所述的出口末端电场,该电场装有微单元横流式阳极装置;第一电场为I个或多个与出口末端第二电场I个或多个顺序排列。
