本实用新型涉及柜式空调器离心风扇,是为了解决现有技术存在的离心风扇噪声较大这一技术问题。为了实现上述目的,本实用新型柜式空调器离心风扇包括风扇叶片,其特征在于:所述风扇叶片内侧边上设有锯形齿。由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,离心风扇叶片内侧边采用了锯齿结构,使得叶片表面层流转换成了紊流,避免了共振放大T-S波的产生,有效地降低了风扇噪声。本实用新型制作简单、成本低,降噪效果好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及空调器,具体地说是对现有柜式空调器室外机离心风扇的一种改进。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,柜式空调器已越来越普及。消费者对其质量、性能要求也越来越高。目前,柜式空调器室外机普遍存在噪声较大,该噪声主要是由电机噪声和风机噪声组成。由于柜式空调器室外机一般采用离心风扇进行强制对流换热,风机噪声是由离心风扇产生的,风机噪声与叶轮在空气流动中产生的涡流密切相关,当叶轮尾缘处尾涡脱落产生的声波与叶片表面接近二维的T-S波的频率满足某种关系时,就会形成反馈回路并发生共振放大T-S波,将尾涡脱落频率锁定,在频谱上形成一个比较尖的高峰,形成较大的风扇叶片表面涡流脱落噪声。当满足以下条件时会形成反馈回路造成层流边界层噪声:1、流场波动区位于声源辐射点的上游位置;2、声源辐射点在叶片尾迹线上;3、产生声源的流体波动在物体的流体边界层表面;4、边界层表面在反馈路径的整个表面上保持层流不被破化。因此,为了防止形成反馈回路造成层流边界层噪声,需要对离心风扇结构进行一些改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的离心风扇噪声较大这一技术问题,而提供的一种风扇噪声较小的柜式空调器离心风扇。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型柜式空调器离心风扇包括风扇叶片,其特征在于:所述风扇叶片内侧边上设有锯形齿。
为了达到更好的降噪效果,在本实用新型进一步的细节结构中,还具有以下技术特征:所述锯形齿均匀设置。
本实用新型具有以下优点和积极效果:由于本实用新型采用了上述结构,离心风扇叶片内侧边采用了锯齿结构,使得叶片表面层流转换成了紊流,避免了共振放大T-S波的产生,有效地降低了风扇噪声。本实用新型制作简单、成本低,降噪效果好。

参见图1,本实用新型柜式空调器离心风扇包括风扇叶片2,在风扇叶片2的内侧边4上设有锯形齿3,该锯形齿3均匀设置。这样,使得叶片表面层流转换成了紊流,避免了共振放大T-S波的产生,有效地降低了风扇噪声。
