Abstract

该发明涉及废旧PVC再生产为塑钢I方法。该发明以废旧PVC塑料为主,加入适当活化剂、增塑剂、增白剂、颜料,再生产出优质塑钢。该一种废旧PVC再生为塑钢的生产流程与一般塑钢生产流程相同。全部用收购废旧PVC塑料比用正品PVC原料生产出的产品成本约低30%~35%。

废PVC再生为塑钢I方法
该发明涉及废旧PVC再生产为塑钢I方法。
目前,废旧的、生产、加工和安装中下余无用的塑料,没有理想的再生方法。
我对某塑钢厂的生产流程加以改进过程中发现,对于塑钢在生产过程中,确定塑钢物理性质的化学助剂,主要是硬脂酸(HSt),环氧大豆油(ESO)。在生产过程中这两种助剂挥发去的量大、老化快,而其它通用助剂影响小。使我想到,仅用以上所述两种化学助剂为主,就能够再生为优质塑钢。我借着厂方实验证明是正确的。这个发明称为废PVC再生为塑钢I方法。
这里参照图,申述该发明的实施方法。
附图是实施该发明所需要的生产流程图。
废旧PVC料、破碎、筛选、捏合及怯湿、再生助剂加入于捏合过程,进入成型。
配料方法:(按照重量计)
废旧PVC粉料∶硬脂酸(HSt)∶环氧大豆油(ESO)=100∶1.2∶0.9。增白(KOB)、颜色等适量。
