背景技术
随着塑料的研制和功能的开拓,塑料应用的范围越来越广泛,在建筑材料,工业制品、日用品、地板、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装材料和发泡材料等方面均有广泛的应用。随着塑料的应用量越来越多,同时相应的废旧塑料的产生量也越来越多,废塑料是在民用、工业等用途中使用过且最终淘汰或替换下来的塑料的统称,塑料常常需要500-1000年才能分解腐烂,常常造成大面积的污染。
进入21世纪以来,随着我国经济水平发展的提高,家用电器、电子产品等种类增多。加上材料改革更新,随之产生的塑料垃圾日益增多,由于高分子物质难分解,淘汰的大量塑料不仅会造成白色污染,而且对河流及自然生物等产生危害,因此将产生的塑料固弃物回收,进行合理利用,这对我国经济发展和生态环境均具有重大的意义。
中国专利CN201310430968公开了一种热固性废弃塑料在再加工的方法,将废弃塑料经过粉碎、除杂、催化加氢裂解、改性、真空脱包、定型六个步骤的处理,加入偶联剂1%-2%,相容剂1-2%和无机填料5-10%混合搅拌进行改性,来增强废弃塑料的综合性能。
中国专利CN102423908公开了一种塑料回收加工成塑料颗粒的方法,包括以下步骤:将回收的塑料放入酸池液,浸泡一天后,捞出;将酸化后的废旧塑料,用水洗干净,晒干;将废旧塑料打碎,进入双螺杆挤出机中,进行造粒,即完成废旧塑料的加工;方法简单,原料来源广泛,但是废弃塑料未经任何的助剂处理,综合性能相比原有的聚合物性能,存在一定的不足。
广告宣传时常用PC板和PVC板均为塑料制品,PVC板的使用量较大,且很多是一次性的,造成大量的污染,但是并未见塑料的再生利用在广告宣传板中体现。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种广告宣传用PVC板复合材料及其制备方法,本发明PVC板复合材料以聚氯乙烯回收料为主要原料,利用组分中其他原料的协配作用,具有良好的韧性、强度、抗折抗压性强,同时解决了废弃塑料的回收问题绿色环保。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,包括以下重量份计的原料:
聚氯乙烯回收料30-40份、氯化聚乙烯15-20份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1.5-4份、环氧大豆油2-5份、粉煤灰7-12份、超细白云母4-8份、木屑粉7-12份、凹凸棒土5-10份、发泡剂0.5-1.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.4-0.8份、钙锌稳定剂1.4-2.5份和润滑剂0.8-1.5份。

(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在40-50摄氏度的条件下,高速混合15-20分钟后,放入烘箱中在85-90摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌10-15分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中硅烷偶联剂溶液为硅烷偶联剂、乙醇和水按照2:7:1的质量比混合配制而成。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的双螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为180-185摄氏度,螺杆转速为50-60转/分钟。

(1)本发明PVC板复合材料以聚氯乙烯回收料为主要原料,利用组分中其他原料的协配作用,具有良好的韧性、强度、抗折抗压性强,同时解决了废弃塑料的回收问题绿色环保。
(2)本发明利用氯化聚乙烯和三聚氰酸三烯丙酯和废旧聚乙烯回收料共融挤出造粒,两者配合均有提高聚氯乙烯交联度和韧性的作用,提高聚氯乙烯的柔韧性和抗机械冲击性,改善废旧聚氯乙烯力学性能差的缺点。
(3)本发明材料中通过超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土和粉煤灰等填料的协配作用来增强材料的强度、致密性、抗折抗压性和耐腐蚀性。
(4)本发明发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成,放热型发泡剂和吸热型发泡剂复合应用可以增强材料发泡的效果和气泡的均匀性,同时氧化锌可以提高材料的致密性和稳定性。

实施例1

聚氯乙烯回收料30份、氯化聚乙烯15份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1.5份、环氧大豆油2份、粉煤灰7份、超细白云母4份、木屑粉7份、凹凸棒土5份、发泡剂0.5份、硅烷偶联剂0.4份、钙锌稳定剂1.4份和润滑剂0.8份。
发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
润滑剂为二硫化钼。
本实施例中的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在40摄氏度的条件下,高速混合15分钟后,放入烘箱中在85摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;

发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
润滑剂为石墨。
本实施例中的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在50摄氏度的条件下,高速混合20分钟后,放入烘箱中在90摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌15分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。
步骤(1)中硅烷偶联剂溶液为硅烷偶联剂、乙醇和水按照2:7:1的质量比混合配制而成。

发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
润滑剂为聚四氟乙烯。
本实施例中的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在42摄氏度的条件下,高速混合16分钟后,放入烘箱中在86摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌12分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。

发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
润滑剂为密胺氰尿酸。
本实施例中的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在46摄氏度的条件下,高速混合18分钟后,放入烘箱中在87摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌13分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。

发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
润滑剂为氮化硼。
本实施例中的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,具体的,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在48摄氏度的条件下,高速混合18分钟后,放入烘箱中在88摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌14分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。
步骤(1)中硅烷偶联剂溶液为硅烷偶联剂、乙醇和水按照2:7:1的质量比混合配制而成。
步骤(2)中的双螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为184摄氏度,螺杆转速为58转/分钟。
步骤(3)中双辊开炼机的温度为164摄氏度,开炼时间为7分钟。
步骤(3)中平板硫化机的模压温度为178摄氏度,模压时间为11分钟,模压压力为13.5MPa。
对比例1:除氯化聚乙烯和三聚氰酸三烯丙酯不加入外,其余原料和制备方法均与实施例1相同;
对比例2:除超细白云母和木屑不加入外,其余原料和制备方法均与实施例1相同;
对实施例1-5和对比例1-2制得的材料分别进行性能测试,结果如下表:
从上表可以看出,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明PVC板复合材料以聚氯乙烯回收料为主要原料,利用组分中其他原料的协配作用,具有良好的韧性、强度、抗折抗压性强,同时解决了废弃塑料的回收问题绿色环保。
(2)本发明利用氯化聚乙烯和三聚氰酸三烯丙酯和废旧聚乙烯回收料共融挤出造粒,两者配合均有提高聚氯乙烯交联度和韧性的作用,提高聚氯乙烯的柔韧性和抗机械冲击性,改善废旧聚氯乙烯力学性能差的缺点。
(3)本发明材料中通过超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土和粉煤灰等填料的协配作用来增强材料的强度、致密性、抗折抗压性和耐腐蚀性。
(4)本发明发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成,放热型发泡剂和吸热型发泡剂复合应用可以增强材料发泡的效果和气泡的均匀性,同时氧化锌可以提高材料的致密性和稳定性。

Claims (10)

1.一种广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:聚氯乙烯回收料30-40份、氯化聚乙烯15-20份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯1.5-4份、环氧大豆油2-5份、粉煤灰7-12份、超细白云母4-8份、木屑粉7-12份、凹凸棒土5-10份、发泡剂0.5-1.2份、硅烷偶联剂0.4-0.8份、钙锌稳定剂1.4-2.5份和润滑剂0.8-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:聚氯乙烯回收料33-37份、氯化聚乙烯17-19份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2.5-3份、环氧大豆油3-4份、粉煤灰9-11份、超细白云母5-7份、木屑粉9-11份、凹凸棒土6-9份、发泡剂0.7-1份、硅烷偶联剂0.5-0.7份、钙锌稳定剂1.8-2.1份和润滑剂1.1-1.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:聚氯乙烯回收料35份、氯化聚乙烯18份、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯2.8份、环氧大豆油3.5份、粉煤灰10份、超细白云母6份、木屑粉10份、凹凸棒土8份、发泡剂0.9份、硅烷偶联剂0.6份、钙锌稳定剂1.9份和润滑剂1.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、氧化锌和碳氢酸钠按照质量比2.5:1:1.5混合组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为二硫化钼、石墨、聚四氟乙烯、密胺氰尿酸和氮化硼中的一种或几种结合。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粉煤灰、超细白云母、木屑粉、凹凸棒土加入高速混合机中,逐滴加入硅烷偶联剂溶液,在40-50摄氏度的条件下,高速混合15-20分钟后,放入烘箱中在85-90摄氏度下,真空干燥5小时,得组分A;
(2)将聚氯乙烯聚氯乙烯回收料、氯化聚乙烯、三聚氰酸三烯丙酯加入高速混合机中搅拌10-15分钟,投入双螺杆挤出机中共融挤出造粒,粒料置于80摄氏度的真空烘箱中干燥5小时,得组分B;
(3)将组分A和组分B以及剩余原料加入高速混合机中混合均匀后,在室温下陈化4小时后,加入双辊开炼机中开炼成片,然后置入平板硫化机中模压发泡成型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中硅烷偶联剂溶液为硅烷偶联剂、乙醇和水按照2:7:1的质量比混合配制而成。
8.根据权利要求6所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的双螺杆挤出机的挤出温度为180-185摄氏度,螺杆转速为50-60转/分钟。
9.根据权利要求6所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中双辊开炼机的温度为160-165摄氏度,开炼时间为5-8分钟。
10.根据权利要求6所述的广告宣传用PVC板复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中平板硫化机的模压温度为175-180摄氏度,模压时间为8-12分钟,模压压力为12-14MPa。
