Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种光学装置支座,包括:一球接头;该光学装置的一安装装置和把该安装装置固定在该球接头上的装置。
背景技术
EP 0 829 675公开了这样一种支座。该支座包括:一固定球接头;宽度比该球的直径小、套在该球一半直径上的桥接件;和有螺丝和滚花螺栓、把该桥接件锁定在该球接头上的把手。
该公知支座的缺点是:球接头与桥接件之间的接触面受限制;在螺栓轴线方向上的固定力只有一部分作用在球接头上;为获得足够的夹持力球接头具有大直径,从而该支座的重量很重,其使用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是对该支座的这一方面作出改进。
本发明支座与该公知支座比较包括:安装装置,该安装装置具有:两个可相对位移、可活动地装在球接头上、套住球接头的环;以及位于两环之间、连接两环的固定装置,整个结构使得所述环可以同时共同移动。
通过本发明方案,径向夹持力用该安装装置作用在球接头的很大面积上。这样,使用小球接头就可获得重量减轻的紧凑支座,从而可用于各种场合。
本说明书权利要求书和附图示出各优选实施例。
球接头和环的制作材料最好选自金属、塑料和叠层木板。
球接头上最好有一切口以减小其重量。
按照第一实施例,所述环由塑料制成、在引导件上被引导;固定所述环的装置有三个夹紧单元,这些夹紧单元等距分布在所述环中圆上,包括第一和第二齿轮传动装置以及转动齿轮传动装置的齿环。这样,借助齿轮传动装置就可把夹持力作用在球接头的整个表面上。
按照本发明第二实施例,固定所述环的装置有夹紧单元,该单元包括第一和第二齿轮传动装置、转动齿轮传动装置的齿环和两个夹持件。这样可得出一简化、从而成本降低的安装装置。
按照本发明第三实施例,固定所述环的装置为一液压系统,包括三个位于所述环之间的压力缸和经环形管线与各压力缸连通的控制缸。这样取得了所述环的非常灵敏的固定。
按照本发明第四实施例,固定所述环的装置为真空系统,该真空系统包括在所述环之间形成的环形室和与该环形室连通的控制缸。这样可获得了所述环的非常灵敏的固定。
该球接头最好有一支架,该支架包括:带有轴杆的支撑轴承,该轴杆可与球接头连接;以及该轴杆和该球接头的固定装置,该整个结构使得球接头可围绕光轴转动并随该轴杆枢转,从而得出一柔性支架。

具体实施方式
图1所示三角架头部包括球接头1、相机的安装装置2、把该安装装置2固定在球接头1上的装置3、球接头1的支架4和全景摄影装置5。
下面参见示出该安装装置第一实施例的图2-5。
安装装置2包括其滑动面与球接头1的轮廓配合的第一和第二环6和7以及环6和7的三个等距分布在一圆上的引导件9。球接头1可用金属、塑料或叠层木板制成,其上有一盲孔8;所述环的制作材料可选自金属、塑料或叠层木板以减轻重量(图3)。
固定装置3连接所述环6与7,包括等距分布在该圆周上的三个夹紧单元11和致动这些夹紧单元11的齿环12。夹紧单元11包括与齿环12啮合的第一齿轮传动装置13和与第一齿轮传动装置13啮合的第二齿轮传动装置14。第一齿轮传动装置13包括带有旋入第一环6的螺纹孔中的螺纹部16的轴杆15、一个在另一个上面地固定在轴杆15上的具有高齿数的第一齿轮17和具有低齿数的第二齿轮18。第二齿轮传动装置14包括有旋入第一环6中的螺纹部的轴杆21、在第二环7中的圆柱部22和固定在轴杆21上的齿轮23(图4和5)。
图6示出第二实施例,其与图2和5的实施例的不同之处在于固定环的装置的设计。如图6所示,固定装置3包括夹紧单元11,该夹紧单元包括第一和第二齿轮传动装置13,14和两个夹紧件24。该夹紧件包括位于第一和第二环中的杆25、位于该杆上的板簧26和六角螺母27。
图7示出第二实施例,其与图2-5实施例的不同之处在于用一液压系统代替夹紧单元11。该液压系统包括三个公知压力缸33,它们用环形管路34互相连接并与加压的控制缸35连接。压力缸33包括与第一环30连接的第一活塞36和调节位移的在第二环31中可调地设置的第二活塞37。为此,固定活塞37包括有内六角的螺纹突起38。
图8示出安装装置的第四实施例,其与图2-5实施例的不同之处在于它包括第一和第二金属环40,41和两个塑料支承环42;真空系统代替夹紧单元11。该真空系统包括形成在第一与第二环40,41之间的环形室43,该环形室经通道44与产生真空的控制缸45连接。
图9示出安装装置的修正实施例,其与图6实施例的不同之处在于固定装置3有两个夹紧单元11和两个夹紧件24。
如图10所示,支架4包括支撑轴承50和轴杆51。该支撑轴承的一边开槽。轴杆51包括垂直于转动轴线设置的通孔52和从轴杆51的一端一直伸展到通孔52的狭槽53。此外,支架4上设有把该轴杆固定在该支撑轴承中的杆54和把球接头固定在该轴杆中的杆55。
图11示出支架的第二实施例。该支架包括:带有相对该支架底部倾斜的盲孔的底座56;带有螺纹孔的连接部57,球接头1可转动地位于该盲孔中;以及固定该连接部的螺丝58。
图12所示全景摄影装置5包括横截面呈L形、与第一环6连接的环60;可转动地位于该环中的未示出的相机支架的安装件61和该安装件的固定件63。

Claims (9)

1.光学装置的支座,包括球接头(1)、该光学装置的安装装置(2)和把该安装装置固定在球接头(1)上的第1固定装置,其特征在于,该安装装置(2)有两个可相对位移并且也可活动地装在球接头(1)上并且一起套住球接头的环(6,7;30,31;40,41);以及位于两环之间并且连接所述环的第2固定装置(3),整个结构使得所述环可同时地共同移动。
2.按权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于,球接头(1)和所述环(6,7;30,31;40,41)的制作材料选自金属、塑料、叠层木板及其组合。
3.按权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于,球接头(1)设有切口(8)。
4.按权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于,所述环(6,7)在引导件(9)上被引导;固定所述环(6,7)的第2固定装置(3)包括夹紧单元(11),这些夹紧单元等距分布在所述环中一圆上,包括第一和第二齿轮传动装置(13,14),该第2固定装置还包括转动齿轮传动装置的齿环(12)。

8.按权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于,该第2固定装置为真空系统,该真空系统包括:位于所述环之间的环形室(43);连接通道;和一控制缸(45),该环形室经该连接通道与产生真空的所述控制缸连接。
9.按权利要求1所述的支座,其特征在于一种支架,所述支架具有:带轴杆(51)的支撑轴承(50),该轴杆包括垂直于转动轴线设置的通孔,通过插入该通孔将球接头固定在该轴杆内;以及把所述轴杆固定在所述支撑轴承中的杆和把所述球接头固定在所述轴杆中的另一杆。
