发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的是,提供一种具有防静电、耐油、抗弯曲和较高的承重结构综合特性的防静电耐油特种测量电缆。
本发明的目的通过如下技术措施实现:防静电耐油特种测量电缆,由多股铜导体、聚氟物塑料绝缘、TPV热塑性弹性体内护套、镀锌钢丝承载加强层、聚氨酯基外护套组成,其中,在多股铜导体外挤包聚氟物塑料绝缘材料,形成导线芯,将多股导线芯绞合成多芯线缆,在多芯线缆外挤包TPV热塑性弹性体内护套,在TPV热塑性弹性体内护套外编织镀锌钢丝承载加强层,在镀锌钢丝承载加强层外挤包聚氨酯基外护套。
本发明的电缆为弱信号测量电缆,适用于易产生静电、燃油池等特殊工作环境,具有防静电、耐油、抗拉伸,抗弯折特性,电缆最小弯曲半径不小于电缆直径5倍,电缆最大承受拉力200kg,电缆卷绕弯曲收放次数3000次以上。

1,一种防静电耐油特种测量电缆,其特征在于:防静电耐油特种测量电缆由多股铜导体、聚氟物塑料绝缘、TPV热塑性弹性体内护套、镀锌钢丝承载加强层、聚氨酯基外护套组成,在多股铜导体外挤包聚氟物塑料绝缘材料,形成导线芯,将多股导线芯绞合成多芯线缆,在多芯线缆外挤包TPV热塑性弹性体内护套,在TPV热塑性弹性体内护套外编织镀锌钢丝承载加强层,在镀锌钢丝承载加强层外挤包聚氨酯基外护套。
