Abstract

使用微波致发热材料作为制氢反应器的床料,用微波辐射贯穿反应器壁,在隔绝外部空气的密闭环境下,加热微波致发热材料,使其温度达到足以使气体态的碳氢化合物分解成氢气并形成碳黑的程度。在保持反应器中微波致发热材料温度的同时,加压通入经预热和去除杂质气体的碳氢化合物气流,使碳氢化合物气流与微波致发热床料充分接触和反应,前者被分解成氢气和碳黑。将分解产物-氢气和碳黑分离,得到这两种产品。本发明可采用连续工艺加工。微波气流床反应器中的微波致发热床料包括两类粉状固体物质碳黑和非碳黑类材料。

背景技术
1.United States Patent Application 20050042168所采用的微波制氢技术是先把固体的(非甲烷等气体原料)含碳化合物炭化后,使用炭和水蒸气在微波介导下进行高温重整反应,产生氢气和碳氧化合物的混合气体(即合成气)。同时用碱金属氢氧化物吸收产物气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳气体,形成相应的甲酸盐和碳酸盐,得到氢气。而且该专利中完全没有微波致发热材料的概念。本工艺使用的原料是气态碳氢化合物,排除了碳水化合物作为原料。不采用水蒸气进行高温重整反应,因此产物气中除了纯净的氢气以外没有碳氧化合物的气体。
2.中国国家知识产权局专利局申请号2006100465042采用了微波致发热材料耦合蒸汽重整气化各种碳基化合物。原料、方法和产物气的组成与United StatesPatent Application 20050042168相似。该工艺是以合成气为目标产品的工艺。因此不同于本工艺。
3.中国国家知识产权局专利局申请号2006100471611采用了微波介导的以各种固体碳基化合物为原料的,以制炭为目标产品的工艺。过程中得到的是含氢气、碳氢和碳氧化合物的混合气副产品。原料、方法、目标产品和副产品气的组成不同于本工艺。
发明内容
采用微波气流床工艺,以气态碳氢化合物为原料,制取高纯度氢气和碳黑。
具体实施方式
微波发生器产生的电磁辐射通过波导和谐振作用,贯穿反应器壁,将能量耦合给反应器中的微波致发热床料。微波致发热床料受微波辐射会迅速发热,达到高温。在反应器下部加压通入气态碳氢化合物,微波致发热床料在与气态碳氢化合物接触时将热能传递给后者,同时催化后者发生热分解反应。在反应器上部出口处得到氢气和碳黑两种产品。
1.作为微波致发热床料,本工艺首选碳黑。因为它既是反应产物又可作为微波致发热床料,驻留在反应器中。随着工艺过程,富余的部分会从反应器顶部“溢出”,自然地保持恒定的床料量。如果在高温时,碳黑出现团聚、结块现象,影响反应效率。当无法克服这些现象时,可以考虑以非碳黑类材料作为微波致发热床料使用。这类材料很多,可在各种半导体材料中选择合适的品种使用。它们多是些金属氧化物,例如氧化锌、氧化钛、微波铁氧体等。这些材料既是微波发热体,也是催化碳氢化合物热解反应的催化剂。它们的相对密度与碳黑差别较大,可以借重力将两者分离。
2.为了尽量增加反应气体与微波致发热床料接触的表面积,本工艺首选粉状微波致发热床料。从工艺的实际效果考虑,也可以采用其它各种形状的床料。
3.为了提高微波气流床的反应效率,可采用原料气与产物气换热的方法,将气态碳氢化合物在进入反应器前,预热至合适的温度.
4.为了保证产物气中氢气的纯度,原料气应预先去除硫化氢等各种杂质气体。
5.反应器壁和外保温材料应采用不吸收微波的材料制作。并在反应温度下保持稳定。

Claims (1)

1.一种微波介导的制取高纯度氢气和碳黑的方法,其特征是:使用微波致发热材料作为制氢反应器的床料,用不吸收微波的材料制成反应器壁,用微波辐射贯穿反应器壁,在隔绝外部空气的密闭环境下,加热制氢反应器内的微波致发热材料,使其温度达到足以使气体态的碳氢化合物分解成氢气并形成碳黑的程度;在保持反应器中微波致发热材料温度的同时,加压通入经预热和去除杂质气体的碳氢化合物气流,使碳氢化合物气流与微波致发热材料充分接触和反应,前者被分解成氢气和碳黑;将分解产物——氢气和碳黑分离,得到这两种产品;微波介导的制取高纯度氢气和碳黑的方法采用连续工艺加工,制氢反应器中的微波致发热材料包括两类粉状固体物质:碳黑和非碳黑类材料,非碳黑类材料是指各种半导体材料。
