技术领域
本发明涉及一种日常生活所用的盛装物品或液体的中空容器。
背景技术
市场上公开了一项名称为“三维立体画中空容器”的专利,专利号ZL200420080427.9,它的结构是在容器的周身本体上设置有立体画及其光栅板,它利用了光栅的特性,可以看到活动的立体画面和变动的图案,但该种设置使观察者在不同的角度观看中空容器时都有眩目的感觉,因此,需要在此基础上提出进一步改进的方案。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有彩色、反光、折光、光圈效果、立体感强的压纹成形立体画的中空容器。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
提供一种压纹成形立体画的中空容器,容器周身的本体上设置有画面,所述画面设置在膜上,所述膜为激光膜或真空镀铝膜,其特征在于:所述激光膜或真空镀铝膜上的画面与相匹配的模具上的模纹精确对准后,再热压压纹成形。
如上所述的一种压纹成形立体画的中空容器,其特征在于:所述膜和画面依次复合在容器的本体上。
如上所述的一种压纹成形立体画的中空容器,其特征在于:所述的容器周身本体设有中空夹层,所述中空夹层由本体的外层和内层封闭而成,外层呈透明状,夹层内放置有预先复合好的由膜和画面构成的压纹成形立体画。
上述的容器由塑料制成,所述画面可以是植物、动物和山水等图案。本发明将所述画面与盘子、垃圾简、卷纸简及饮水杯等容器有机的结合起来,利用激光膜和真空镀铝膜等的特性,与相匹配的模具上的模纹精确对准后,再热压压纹成形,具有彩色、反光、折光、光圈效果、立体感强、美仑美奂的中空容器。

参见附图1,本发明提供一种压纹成形立体画盘子,由基材5构成的本体1、画面2和激光膜3组成,本体1可选用热塑材料和纸制器等作本体1的基材5,将已设置好激光膜或真空镀铝膜3的画面2直接热压成形为中空容器

参见附图2,提供一种压纹成形立体画饮水杯,由本体1、画面2和激光膜或真空镀铝膜3组成。
实施例3:
参见附图3,提供一种压纹成形立体画饮水杯,它由本体1、本体1外设置的粘合层4、粘合层4与基材5上设置的画面2和激光膜或真空镀铝膜3共同构成其一种压纹成形的结构。
实施例4:
提供一种压纹成形立体画饮水杯,由本体1、画面2、激光膜和真空镀铝膜3组成,本体1包括内层11和外层12,固定成形后形成有中空夹层,画面2与激光膜和真空镀铝膜3设置在基材5上后压纹成形,直接内置于夹层内,外层12可以用与内层11不同材料的塑料材料制作。
所用平面画面2的图像可通过印刷、激光、真空镀铝和计算机软件技术处理,复合在基材5上,利用激光膜和真空镀铝膜等的光的特性,与相匹配的模具上的模纹热压压纹成形,具有彩色、反光、折光、光圈效果、立体感强、美仑美奂的中空容器。

1.一种压纹成形立体画的中空容器,容器周身的本体上设置有画面,所述画面设置在膜上,所述膜为激光膜或真空镀铝膜,其特征在于:所述激光膜或真空镀铝膜上的画面与相匹配的模具上的模纹精确对准后,再热压压纹成形。
