Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁组件,更具体地涉及一种用于将芯部组件(coreassembly)安装于锁壳体内的安装结构。
背景技术
许多种常规锁组件应用于各种应用场合。住宅和商业机构主要通过钥匙致动的销栓锁保护。在典型的锁中,芯部组件容纳具有纵向延伸的钥匙孔的旋转柱形插塞件。诸如凸轮的驱动部件连接于插塞件的背面。驱动部件对插销分离或者锁闩移动机构(bolt-throwing or latch-moving mechanism)进行致动。
插塞件和芯部之间的界面称作切变线。多个径向延伸的平行腔室形成于芯部和插塞件中。弹性偏置销设置于各个腔室中。在正常条件下,驱动器阻碍切变线,以防止插塞件相对于芯部旋转。然而,当将适当成形的钥匙插入钥匙孔中时,驱动器和下部销移动,使得下部销的顶部与驱动器的底部在切变线处接触。然后,可以旋转插塞件,以使驱动部件旋转,并且随后使插销或锁闩缩回或延伸。
锁匠经常给住宅或公司的锁重配钥匙或者将其更换。为此,许多制锁商制造可互换的芯部组件。不利的是,可互换的芯部组件相对复杂。通常,可互换的芯部组件(即使是来自一个制造商的芯部组件)专门用于特定的锁的类型,并且包括专用于该类型的安装结构。例如,旋钮锁组件、杆锁组件和死栓锁组件分别使用专用于旋钮(knob)、杆(lever)和死栓(deadbolt)的芯部组件。此类结构使对住宅和公司的锁进行重配钥匙和更换变得复杂。
因此,期望提供一种用于易于安装到多种锁类型中的芯部组件的安装结构。
发明内容
根据本发明的锁组件包括壳体、芯部组件和保持器。壳体支撑并保护芯部组件。保持器为大致是平的U形部件,具有两个支腿和其间的桥接部。
壳体包括壳体保持器沟槽,该壳体保持器沟槽定位成大致横穿由穿过壳体的孔确定的轴线。壳体保持器沟槽对应于芯部保持器沟槽。当芯部组件安装于该孔内时,保持器沟槽得以对准。将保持器插入所述沟槽中,使得桥接部由接合件接合,以将保持器固定于沟槽中,从而将芯部组件安装于壳体中。
因此,本发明提供了一种用于易于安装到多种锁类型中的芯部组件的简单安装结构。

具体实施方式
图1示出锁组件10的总体分解透视图。锁组件大致包括壳体12、芯部组件14和保持器16。应当理解,虽然在所示实施例中公开了具体的元件结构,但是其它布置也将受益于本发明。
壳体12支撑并保护芯部组件14。壳体12包括用于紧固件等的开口17,以将壳体12固定于一结构上。虽然在所公开的实施例中示出了死栓壳体,但是应当理解,用于诸如杆或旋钮的其他锁组件的其他壳体也将受益于本发明。
壳体12包括前表面13和后表面18。应当理解,诸如“前部”、“后部”、“上部”、“下部”、“之上”、“之下”等的相对位置术语是参照正常操作姿态,并且不应当认为是限制性的。纵向延伸孔20穿过前、后表面13、18开放,并确定轴线A。细长的端部开放的沟槽22大致平行于轴线A形成于孔20内。优选地,沟槽22穿过前、后表面13、18开放并平行于轴线A。前表面22内的凹陷表面28绕孔20的周边延伸。
芯部组件14包括柱体(barrel)30和可旋转的锁芯32。钥匙孔34确定于锁芯32的前表面35中,以允许插入钥匙,使得锁芯32可以旋转以操纵该锁。钥匙对插入锁孔部分(pin arrangement)的操作可以采取各种常规的形式,故无需在此详细描述。
芯部组件延伸部36从芯部组件14延伸。延伸部36优选地形成为柱体30的一部分,以接合沟槽22,从而防止壳体12和芯部组件14的相对旋转。延伸部36还有助于将芯部组件14导入孔20中。延伸部36可以形成在一个或多个部分中,以优选地沿着芯部组件14的纵向长度形成导轨结构。应当理解,各种延伸部形状和结构将受益于本发明。
致动部件24位于锁芯32的尾部38(图2),以与延伸通过弹键栓(未示出)的致动板(未示出)接合,这是常规的,故无需在此详细描述。
圆周凸缘40(图2)接纳在凹陷表面28中,以控制芯部组件14插入到壳体12中的轴向深度。
参照图2,壳体12包括大致横穿轴线A定位的壳体保持器沟槽42。壳体保持器沟槽42对应于横穿轴线A定位的芯部组件保持器沟槽44。芯部组件保持器沟槽44优选地横穿延伸部36而形成。
当将芯部组件14安装在孔20内时,保持器沟槽42、44通过圆周凸缘40和沉孔28的相互作用而对准。也就是,将芯部组件14推入孔20中,直到圆周凸缘40与沉孔28接合,使得保持器沟槽42、44对准。
参照图3,保持器16优选地形成为大致是平的U形部件。应当理解,其他形状也将受益于本发明。保持器16包括第一支腿46、第二支腿48和其间的桥接部50。优选地,各个支腿46、48在其端部包括斜面51,以有助于将保持器16安装于沟槽42、44中(图5)。优选地,桥接部50包括开口52。
参照图4,保持部16部分地插入沟槽42、44中,使得桥接部50刚好处于保持器接合件54的上方。优选地,保持器接合件54沿着壳体12的顶部形成并朝向其后表面18延伸。
参照图6,保持器接合件54包括偏置制动件(biased detent)56。所述偏置制动件56平行于轴线A定位。
参照图7,随着保持器16被推入沟槽42、44中,保持器16的桥接部与制动件56接合。制动件56的特定形状允许保持器16的桥接部滑入适当位置,从而停留在部件61上。将保持器16推入沟槽43、44中,直到开口52与制动件56对准。当开口52与制动件56对准时,制动件56将保持器16固定于沟槽42、44中,从而将芯部组件14安装于壳体12内。为了移除芯部组件14,以允许52脱离制动件56的角度提升桥式保持器16,并移除保持器16。

Claims (4)

1.一种锁组件(10),包括:
壳体(12),其确定一轴线(A);
芯部组件(14),能够沿着所述轴线(A)接收在所述壳体(12)内;以及
保持器(16),具有第一支腿(46)、第二支腿(48)以及所述第一支腿(46)与所述第二支腿(48)之间的桥接部(50),
所述壳体包括从所述壳体(12)延伸的保持器接合件(56)和壳体保持器沟槽(42),所述桥接部(50)具有穿过桥接部定位的开口(52),所述保持器(16)能够与所述壳体保持器沟槽(42)接合,从而在保持器(16)横穿所述轴线(A)插入壳体保持器沟槽(42)和所述芯部组件(14)的过程中,最初经过从所述壳体(12)延伸的所述保持器接合件(56),从而将所述芯部组件(14)保持在所述壳体(12)内,所述保持器接合件(56)能与所述开口(52)接合,从而将所述保持器(16)保持在所述壳体(12)内。

3.一种前部装载的锁组件(10),包括:

4.一种将芯部组件(14)安装于具有孔(20)的锁组件(10)的壳体(12)内的方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)沿着轴线(A)将芯部组件(14)插入壳体(12)中的孔(20)内;
(b)将壳体保持器沟槽(42)与芯部组件保持器沟槽(44)对准;
(c)将保持器(16)插入壳体保持器沟槽(42)中,从而在保持器(16)横穿轴线(A)插入壳体保持器沟槽(42)和芯部组件保持器沟槽(44)的过程中,最初经过从壳体(12)延伸的保持器接合件(56);以及
(d)通过偏置从壳体(12)延伸的接合制动件(56),使其至少部分地穿过保持器(16)中的开口(52),而将该保持器(16)选择性地固定到壳体(12)。
