Abstract

本发明涉及一种锁组件,更具体地涉及一种用于将万能芯部组件(universal core assembly)安装于多种锁壳体内的安装结构。
背景技术
许多种常规锁组件应用于各种应用场合。住宅和商业机构主要通过钥匙致动的销栓锁保护。在典型的锁中,芯部组件容纳具有纵向延伸的钥匙孔的旋转柱形插塞件。诸如凸轮的驱动部件连接于插塞件的背面。插塞件的旋转使凸轮旋转,从而使驱动部件旋转。驱动部件对插销分离或者锁闩移动机构(bolt-throwing or latch-moving mechanism)进行致动。
插塞件和套件(case)之间的界面称作切变线。多个径向延伸的平行腔室形成于套件和插塞件中。弹性偏置销布置于各个腔室中。在正常条件下,驱动器阻碍切变线,从而防止插塞件相对于套件旋转。然而,当适当成形的钥匙插入到钥匙孔中时,驱动器和下部销移动,使得下部销的顶部与驱动器的底部在切变线处接触。然后,可以旋转插塞件,以使驱动部件旋转,并且随后使插销或锁闩缩回或延伸。
锁匠必须经常临时对住宅或公司的锁进行重配钥匙或者更换。为此,许多制锁商制造可互换的芯部组件。不利的是,可互换的芯部组件相对复杂。通常,可互换的芯部组件(即使是来自一个制造商的芯部组件)专门用于特定的锁的类型,并且包括专用于该类型的安装结构。例如,旋钮锁组件、杆锁组件和死栓锁组件分别使用专用于旋钮(knob)、杆(lever)和死栓(deadbolt)的芯部组件和安装结构。此类结构使对住宅和公司的锁进行重配钥匙和更换变得复杂。
因此,期望提供一种用于易于安装于多种锁类型中的芯部组件的简单安装结构。
发明内容
根据本发明的锁组件提供了一种万能芯部组件。该万能芯部组件提供接合部件,该接合部件允许芯部组件安装于各种锁壳体中。根据芯部将要安装于其内的所期望的锁,扭转片(torque blade)或心轴组件(spindle assembly)接纳于锁芯的后部段(rear segment)内。
插塞件的后部段包括设置成大致垂直于第二接合部件的第一接合部件。在对于死栓的组装位置中,扭转片的凹入部安装于第二接合部件上。在对于杆或旋钮的组装位置上,心轴组件的凹入部安装于第一接合部件上。插塞件的旋转使扭转片或心轴组件旋转,从而使适当的锁组件旋转。
因此,本发明提供了一种用于易于安装到多种锁类型中的芯部组件的简单安装结构。

具体实施方式
图1示出锁组件10的总体分解透视图。锁组件大致包括锁壳体12和芯部组件14。正如要进一步进行说明的,芯部组件14是万能芯部组件,其提供了接合部件,以允许将该芯部组件安装于各种锁壳体中。壳体12支撑并保护芯部组件14。虽然该实施例中示出了死栓壳体,但是应当理解,用于诸如杆或旋钮的其他锁组件的其他壳体也将受益于本发明。
壳体12包括前表面16和后表面18(图2)。应当理解,诸如“前部”、“后部”、“上部”、“下部”、“之上”、“之下”等的相对位置术语是参照载体的正常操作姿态,并且不应当被认为是限制性的。纵向延伸孔20穿过前、后表面16、18开放,芯部组件14安装于该孔20中。
参照图2,芯部组件14包括柱体(barrel)30和插塞件32(图3)。钥匙孔22(图1)确定于插塞件32的前表面36中,以允许插入钥匙24,使得插塞件32可以旋转以操纵该锁。钥匙对插入锁孔部分(pin arrangement)的操作可以采取各种常规的形式,故无需在此详细描述。
对于死栓锁组件,扭转片38接纳于插塞件32的后部段40中。后部段40确定具有圆周沟槽34的裙部33,以接纳从截头圆锥形的保持器42内延伸的紧固件43(图4),从而将扭转片38保持于后部段40内(图5)。裙部33优选地设置沉孔,以接纳扭转片38的端部段。
参照图6,插塞件32确定纵向插塞件轴线A。后部段40确定平行于第二平面P2的第一平面P1。平面P1、P2横穿轴线A并沿轴线A偏移(图7)。第一接合部件44至少部分地位于第一平面P1内,而第二接合部件46至少部分地位于第二平面P2内。第一接合部件44设置成大致垂直于第二接合部件46。第一和第二接合部件44、46优选地凹进裙部33内。
第一接合部件44优选地是大致矩形的部件48,其从圆形部件50延伸。第二接合部件46包括圆形部件50和止动件52,止动件52从其径向周边延伸。圆形部件50确定内径,从圆形部件50的周边延伸的止动件52确定外径。
参照图8,扭转片38大致呈柱状。优选地,扭转片38包括凹入部52和杆部54。优选地,凹入部52的直径大于杆部54的直径。杆部54一般与延伸通过弹键栓(未示出)的致动板(未示出)接合,这是常规的,故无需在此详细描述。凹入部52包括台阶部分56(图9)。
在组装位置中,凹入部54安装在第二接合部件46的圆形部件50上。插塞件32在柱体30内的旋转使第二接合部件46旋转至接触凹入部的台阶部分56,从而使扭转片38旋转。也就是,使止动件52旋转至与凹入部54的台阶部分56接触,所述凹入部54至少部分地接纳在圆形部分50上(图10)。
参照图11,另一锁壳体12′与芯部组件14接合。也就是,芯部组件14是万能的,除了上述死栓壳体之外,其可与用于杆和旋钮的心轴组件60接合。芯部组件14一般在门(未示出)的一侧安装于杆或旋钮内,心轴组件60穿过门(未示出),以安装旋钮或杆(未示出),这是常规的,故无需在此详细描述。
参照图12,心轴组件60大致呈柱状。心轴组件60优选地包括凹入部62和杆部64,其中凹入部62与插塞件32接合,杆部64与旋钮或杆相对地安装至旋钮或杆,所述旋钮或杆包括芯部组件14。
凹入部62包括相对的心轴凸起部(cam)66。所述凸起部66优选为轴向局部三角形部件,其朝向轴线A延伸。
在组装位置中,凹入部62安装在第一接合部件44上。确定凹入部内较小直径的凸起部66在由第一接合部件44确定的外径内延伸。也就是,使矩形部件48旋转至与凹入部62的凸起部66接触。插塞件32在柱体30内的旋转使第一接合部件44旋转至接触凸起部66,从而使心轴组件60旋转(图13)。
应当理解,诸如“前部”、“后部”、“上部”、“下部”、“之上”、“之下”等的相对位置术语是参照载体的正常操作姿态,并且不应当被认为是限制性的。

Claims (21)
1.一种锁芯组件,包括:
柱体,其确定一轴线;以及
插塞件,其可安装成在所述柱体内旋转,以围绕所述轴线相对于所述柱体旋转,所述插塞件包括后部段,所述后部段确定平行于第二平面的第一平面,所述第一平面和所述第二平面横穿所述轴线并沿所述轴线偏移,至少部分地处于所述第一平面内的第一接合部件,以及至少部分地处于所述第二平面内的第二接合部件,所述第一接合部件垂直于所述第二接合部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁柱组件,其中所述第二接合部件包括从至少部分地位于所述第二平面内的圆形部件延伸的止动件。
3.如权利要求2所述的锁柱组件,其中所述圆形部件确定内径,所述止动件确定外径。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁柱组件,其中所述后部段凹进所述插塞件内。
5.如权利要求1所述的锁柱组件,其中所述插塞件确定一沟槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的锁柱组件,还包括扭转片,所述扭转片包括可与所述后部段接合的凹入端。
7.如权利要求6所述的锁柱组件,还包括保持器,所述保持器可至少部分地安装于所述沟槽内,所述保持器将所述扭转片轴向保持于所述后部段。
8.如权利要求7所述的锁柱组件,其中所述保持器为截头圆锥形。
9.如权利要求1所述的锁柱组件,还包括心轴,所述心轴包括可与所述后部段接合的凹入端。
10.如权利要求9所述的锁柱组件,还包括位于所述凹入端内的相对的心轴凸起部。
11.一种锁组件,包括:
锁壳体;
柱体,其确定一轴线,所述柱体可安装于所述壳体内;
插塞件,其可安装成在所述柱体内旋转,以围绕所述轴线相对于所述柱体旋转,所述插塞件包括凸起后部段;
扭转片,其包括可与所述凸起端接合的凹入端;以及
保持器,其将所述凹入端轴向保持于所述凸起端上。
12.如权利要求11所述的锁组件,其中所述凸起后部段包括垂直于第二接合部件的第一接合部件。
13.如权利要求12所述的锁组件,其中第一接合部件从所述第二接合部件轴向移位。
14.如权利要求11所述的锁组件,其中所述第二接合部件从圆形部件延伸,所述圆形部件确定内径,所述第二接合部件确定外径。
15.如权利要求11所述的锁组件,其中所述凸起端凹进所述插塞件内。
16.如权利要求11所述的锁组件,其中所述保持器与围绕所述插塞件确定的沟槽接合。
17.一种锁组件,包括:
锁壳体;
柱体,其确定一轴线,所述柱体可安装于所述壳体内;
插塞件,其可安装成在所述柱体内旋转,以围绕所述轴线相对于所述柱体旋转,所述插塞件包括凸起后部段;以及
心轴,其包括凹入端,该凹入端具有可与所述凸起端接合的相对的凸起部。
18.如权利要求17所述的锁组件,其中所述凸起后部段包括垂直于第二接合部件的第一接合部件。
19.如权利要求18所述的锁组件,其中第一接合部件从所述第二接合部件轴向移位。
20.如权利要求17所述的锁组件,其中所述第二接合部件从圆形部件延伸,所述圆形部件确定内径,所述第二接合部件确定外径。
21.如权利要求17所述的锁组件,其中所述凸起端凹进所述插塞件内。
