Abstract
本发明提供一种在激光加工机中除去附着在激光嘴上的飞溅物的装置。在激光嘴(65)上附着在激光加工时飞散的飞溅物(S1),成为仿形控制劣化的原因。激光嘴研磨装置(600)具有加工头(610),驱动成形磨石即加工工具(620)。使激光嘴(65)与成形磨石即加工工具(620)的加工面(622)接触,除去飞溅物(S1)。
Description
技术领域
本发明提供一种当在激光加工机的激光嘴上附着异物时,能够通过利用磨削工具等刃具除去异物,可长时间无人运转的装置。
背景技术
以往的激光加工机,在数控装置(NC装置)中登录有根据材质及板厚预定的标准加工条件。
如果根据标准加工条件进行激光加工,则因装在加工激光枪前端上的激光嘴的异常,发生产生粘渣等加工不良。为了维持最佳的加工条件,操作者事先察觉异常,停止机械,查看激光嘴的异常,在确认异常时,需要手动更换激光嘴,或清洁激光嘴,或修正变形,或者变更加工条件的作业。
在下述专利文献1中,公开了具备用于除去附着在激光嘴上的粘渣的刷子。

在激光加工中,由于随着加工的进行,加工时的熔融物(飞溅物)因辅助气体的压力等,向加工物的上方飞溅,附着在激光嘴下表面,因此激光嘴下表面和加工物上表面的间隙不固定。
在上述专利文献1中,公开了在控制激光加工工具的Z轴方向的高度位置的仿形控制中,使激光嘴与接触式传感器接触,记忆Z轴坐标。
此外,在上述专利文献1中还公开了,为了除去附着在激光嘴上的粘渣等异物,通过使激光嘴头前端与刷子接触,激光嘴进行圆弧插补运动,除去异物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种以停止激光嘴的状态利用研磨装置研磨激光嘴的装置。
适用本发明的激光加工机,具备底座、配设在底座上并支持工件的托板、沿着底座的纵向的轴线即X轴被移动控制的支柱、支持在支柱上并沿着与X轴正交的Y轴被移动控制的滑鞍、支持在滑鞍上并沿着与X轴和Y轴形成的平面垂直的Z轴被移动控制的加工头。
而且,本发明作为基本机构具备熔融物除去装置,利用磨削工具,除去附着在激光加工工具的前端的激光嘴上的熔融物,该激光加工工具安装在加工头上。
本发明,为了使仿形机能稳定,激光嘴下表面和加工物上表面的间隙一定,因此,不会引起产生粘渣等加工不良,加工稳定,能够长时间无人运转。

具体实施方式
图1是表示本发明的激光加工机的整体结构的立体图,图2是俯视图,图3是主视图,图4是主要部位的立体图,图5是侧视图。
由符号1表示整体的激光加工机,具有配设在底座10上的托板(台座)20,用于载置板状的工件W1。在底座10的纵向(长度方向)的延长线上配置托板交换装置12,准备载置有下次加工用的工件W2的托板20a。
在底座10上的两侧沿着纵向安装有一对导轨34,在导轨34上向X轴方向移动自如地装备有支柱30。
支柱30的X轴上的驱动机构,例如,使用线性马达,在设于导轨34上的固定子和设在直动引导件32上的移动子的之间,形成线性马达。
在支柱30上,沿着与X轴正交的Y轴设有导轨44,将滑鞍40移动自如地安装在Y轴上。滑鞍40具备卡合在导轨44上的直动引导件42,在导轨44和直动引导件42的之间形成线性马达。
滑鞍40,在与X轴、Y轴形成的平面垂直的Z轴方向设有导轨,沿着Z轴移动自如地装备加工头50。加工头50具备光学系,用于导入从激光振荡装置72送出的激光。
在加工头50上,交换自如地装备激光加工工具60。用罩90覆盖加工区域,以确保安全。与底座10相邻地配设强电盘70或激光振荡装置72。操作者指示各种驱动的操作盘80,配设在底座10上纵向的端部。在底座10上的接近操作盘80的一方的端部设置激光加工工具的步骤工位100。
图6是从工作台侧看激光加工工具的步骤工位100的主视图,图7是俯视图。
激光加工工具的步骤工位100,具备:工具工位200,其具有激光加工工具的工具更换箱,激光加工工具具有激光枪和激光嘴;激光嘴工位300,其具有激光加工工具的激光嘴更换箱。
图8是激光嘴研磨装置的说明图。
激光嘴研磨装置600,具有加工头610,加工头610旋转驱动成形磨石即加工工具620。加工工具620使用具有与激光嘴65的外形形状对应的加工面622的成形磨石。
如图9所示,通过将装备有附着飞溅物S1的激光嘴65的激光加工头定位在激光嘴研磨装置600上,使激光加工工具整体向Z轴方向降下。使激光嘴研磨装置600的加工工具620旋转,使激光嘴65与该加工面622接触,能够研磨除去附着在激光嘴65上的飞溅物。
图10是表示激光嘴研磨装置的另一例的说明图。
激光嘴研磨装置650,具有在框架652内由螺栓654支持的加工头660。在加工头660内装备马达,在旋转轴662上安装圆筒状磨石670。
采用该圆筒状磨石670的上表面672,研磨除去附着在激光嘴65的下端面上的粘渣等异物。
图11表示激光嘴研磨装置的另一例。
激光嘴65a具备凸缘部65b,有时附着在该凸缘部65b上的飞溅物S1也成为加工不良的原因。
因此,通过使用激光嘴研磨装置650,使圆筒状磨石670的上表面672与激光嘴65a的凸缘部65b接触,除去飞溅物S1。
通过使激光嘴研磨装置650沿着凸缘部65b向箭头R2方向旋转运动,完成飞溅物S1的除去。
另外,在上述实施例中,说明了作为激光嘴的研磨工具采用磨石的例子,但是当然也能够使用超硬工具等适宜的工具。
Claims (4)
1.一种激光加工机的激光嘴研磨装置,该激光加工机具备底座、配设在底座上并支持工件的托板、沿着底座纵向的轴线即X轴被移动控制的支柱、支持在支柱上并沿着与X轴正交的Y轴被移动控制的滑鞍、支持在滑鞍上并沿着与X轴和Y轴形成的平面垂直的Z轴被移动控制的加工头,其中:
还具备熔融物除去装置,该熔融物除去装置,利用磨削工具除去附着激光加工工具前端的激光嘴上的熔融物,该激光加工工具安装在加工头上。
2.如权利要求1所述的激光加工机的激光嘴研磨装置,其中,激光加工工具,具备:激光枪,其具有包括聚光透镜的光学系的机构;激光嘴,其交换自如地安装在激光枪的前端。
3.如权利要求1所述的激光加工机的激光嘴研磨装置,其中,具备装备在熔融物除去装置上的成形磨石。
4.如权利要求1所述的激光加工机的激光嘴研磨装置,其中,具备多个熔融物除去装置,该多个熔融物除去装置具有与激光嘴的种类对应的研磨工具。
