Abstract
一种埋入在基质底物中的鏻化合物,其中该鏻化合物选自三(羟基有机基)膦(THP)、THP+盐(四(羟基有机基)鏻盐)或THP和含氮化合物的缩合物。该化合物可以用来降低工业系统中微生物的数量并且也可以用来减少碳酸铁或铁、铅和锌的水垢沉积。
Description
化合物,例如THP(三(羟甲基)膦)及其缔合的盐,THP硫酸盐和THP氯化物,是有效的杀生物剂和溶垢剂,被广泛的用在水处理和油田应用中来控制微生物和水垢。该微生物包括硫酸盐还原菌、普通异养菌和藻类。这些微生物是造成工业水系统中水垢形成的原因。通常水垢包括碳酸铁或铁、铅和锌的硫化物沉淀。
本发明具有下述优点:
提供了一种化合物的输送系统,其将与杀生物剂的直接接触降到最低;
提供了一种输送系统,其可以用在低技术含量或缺乏机械设备(例如泵)的地方;
含氮化物优选为脲。或者其也可以是蜜胺、胍或双氰胺。
基质底物的熔点在5-80℃之间。优选,熔点在20-70℃之间。更优选,熔点是60℃。
优选,温度为5-100℃,特别是20℃时,基质底物可溶解在水中。
优选,基质底物选自多羟基化合物。优选多羟基化合物是分子量高于600的聚乙二醇。更优选,多羟基化合物是聚乙二醇8000。或者,基质底物选自:乙氧基化表面活性剂、脂肪醇、乙氧基化脂肪醇、乙氧基化烷基酚、乙氧基化脂肪酸、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物、乙氧基化/丙氧基化脂肪醇、聚乙二醇酯、二醇酯、烷基苯磺酸及其盐。
基质底物可以是两种或两种以上上述所选化合物的混合物。
第二个方面,本发明还提供了在第一方面所定义的化合物的应用。
工业系统选自水和燃料的储存容器;燃料和气体管道;气举井;水注入系统;油或气体生产井;冷却塔水系统;造纸水系统和类似物以及其他具有微生物污染问题的水系统。
优选,微生物选自硫酸盐还原菌、普通异养菌和藻类。
根据第一方面的化合物可以与下列物质中的一种或多种进行配制:水垢抑制剂、腐蚀抑制剂、其他的杀生物剂、破乳剂、气体水合物抑制剂、沥青质抑制剂/分散剂、其他的表面活性剂、防沫剂/消泡剂、芳香剂、蜡抑制剂、溶垢剂、胶凝剂、氧清除剂。
本发明的埋入式杀生物剂可以是棍状/烛枝状、珠状、丸状、块状、屑状、薄片状或颗粒状和类似形状。
参考下列实施例来描述本发明的实施方式。
实施例1
用重均分子量为8000的聚乙二醇(PEG8000)来生产含有THPS的基质底物,该基质底物的熔点接近50℃(适于在世界上绝大部分的地区储存)并且在20℃时于5分钟内容易地溶解在水中。
实施例2
如下表1所示,埋入在PEG8000基质中的THPS可以用在有氧清除剂存在的情况下而不阻碍脱气的过程。与使用液体形式杀生物剂时没有脱气(实验2)相比,实验3表明当使用本发明的埋入式杀生物剂时在15秒内完全脱气。
实施例3
对上述的THPS/PEG8000烛枝状物进行了标准定量悬浮试验以测定埋入式杀生物剂的抗微生物活性。该实验涉及将杀生物剂加入到系统水中保持既定的接触时间,在该既定接触阶段后将杀生物剂失活,接着使用工业中熟知的最大机率数法(MPN)对剩余活菌进行计数。
对照说明了当没有接触THPS时的微生物生存力。

Claims (17)
1.埋入在基质底物中的鏻化合物,其中该鏻化合物选自四(羟基有机基)鏻盐、或三(羟基有机基)膦和含氮化合物的缩合物,且其中基质底物的熔点在5-80℃并在温度为5-100℃时可溶解于水中,其中基质底物是分子量高于600的聚乙二醇。
2.如权利要求1所述的鏻化合物,其中四(羟基有机基)鏻盐是四(羟甲基)鏻硫酸盐。
3.如权利要求1所述的鏻化合物,其中四(羟基有机基)鏻盐选自四(羟甲基)鏻氯化物、四(羟甲基)鏻磷酸盐、四(羟甲基)鏻甲酸盐、四(羟甲基)鏻乙酸盐和四(羟甲基)鏻草酸盐。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的鏻化合物,其中含氮化合物是脲。
5.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的鏻化合物,其中含氮化合物是蜜胺、胍或双氰胺。
6.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的鏻化合物,其中基质底物的熔点在20-70℃之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的鏻化合物,其中基质底物的熔点为60℃。
8.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的鏻化合物,其中在温度为20℃时,基质底物可溶解在水中。
9.如权利要求1所述的鏻化合物,其中所述聚乙二醇是聚乙二醇8000。
10.如权利要求1所述的鏻化合物,其中所述化合物与下列物质中的一种或多种进行配制:水垢抑制剂、腐蚀抑制剂、其他的杀生物剂、破乳剂、气体水合物抑制剂、沥青质抑制剂/分散剂、其他的表面活性剂、防沫剂/消泡剂、芳香剂、蜡抑制剂、溶垢剂、胶凝剂、氧清除剂。
11.如权利要求1所述的鏻化合物,其中所述化合物是棍状/烛枝状、珠状、丸状、块状、屑状、薄片状或颗粒状。
12.权利要求1-11任一项所述的鏻化合物的应用,其用来减少工业系统中微生物的数量。
13.如权利要求12所述的鏻化合物的应用,其中工业系统选自水和燃料的储存容器;燃料和气体管道;气举井;水注入系统;油或气体生产井;冷却塔水系统;造纸还原水系统和类似物以及其他具有微生物污染问题的水系统。
14.如权利要求12所述的鏻化合物的应用,其中微生物选自硫酸盐还原菌、普通异养菌和藻类。
15.权利要求1-11任一项所述的鏻化合物的应用,其用来减少碳酸铁或铁、铅和锌的水垢沉积。
16.在工业系统中降低微生物数量的方法,该方法包括将有效量的如权利要求1-11任一项所定义的鏻化合物与工业系统相接触的步骤,从而降低微生物的数量。
17.在工业系统中降低水垢量的方法,该方法包括将有效量的如权利要求1-11任一项所定义的鏻化合物与工业系统相接触的步骤,从而降低水垢量。
