双咪唑啉季铵盐,无特殊的刺激性气味,热稳定性好,毒性低,具有良好的生物降解性,利于环保,合成的双咪唑啉季铵盐其分子覆盖能力强,缓蚀效率高;
聚环氧琥珀酸,是一种无磷无氮的绿色水处理剂,它是在聚马来酸类阻垢剂的分子中插入氧分子,使其具有良好的阻垢性能,对钙螯合能力强,又无磷无氮、易于生物降解,适用于高碱、高硬、高PH值条件下的冷却水系统,该类分散剂是一种兼具缓蚀性能的高效阻垢分散剂。
苯并三氮唑(BTA),它的负离子和亚铜离子形成一种不溶性的极稳定的络合物,这种络合物吸附在金属表面上,形成了一层稳定、惰性的保护膜从而使金属得到了保护,它对抑制铜腐蚀具有很好的效果,尤其是在闭路水系统中缓蚀效果最佳。

基于上述实施例,在不同配方下的碳钢腐蚀率如下表:

从上表可以得到的结果看各组配方都具有良好的阻垢效果。
基于上述实施例,生产现场采油输油设备除垢实验:

在上述水质条件下,生产现场水温60-70℃之间,使用本发明复合剂,进行现场跟踪实际使用效果,运行时间28天,对碳钢腐蚀速率可达0.0359mm/a,并打开循环水运行管道查看并未发现结垢想象,现场使用效果良好。
本发明的优点是:
各组分之间具有良好的协同性,使得复合药剂具有优异的缓蚀和阻垢性能。
特别适用于高炉闭路水质条件为高硬度、高碱度、高温度的水质。
本发明的复合剂组分容易复配,稳定性好,成本低,在操作和管理上十分方便,有利于确保处理效果。
本发明的复合剂属于无磷药剂,兼有抑制微生物作用,在高温条件下性能稳定,另外复合剂不含有毒物质,因此本发明复合剂有利于环境保护。
本发明针对采油输油设备析垢除垢,既适用高硬度、高碱度和高温度水质条件,又具有很高阻垢性能和缓蚀效果,对于常规采油输油设备使用缓蚀阻垢剂很难达到这样的效果,只有本发明的复合缓蚀阻垢剂能满足这种要求并达到很好的效果。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于采油输油设备析垢除垢的缓蚀阻垢剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助溶剂为醋酸和异丙醇组成,醋酸和异丙醇的配比为2:1。
