Abstract
本发明提供了一种NGN系统,其包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,网元设备包括:流程跟踪模块,用于根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及协议支持模块,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果;以及网元设备的维护终端包括:操作接口模块,其驻留在网元设备的维护终端上,用于创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口模块。本发明还提供了一种端到端跟踪方法和装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,更具体而言,涉及一种NGN系统和用于该系统的端到端跟踪方法和装置。
背景技术
NGN(Next Generation Network,下一代网络)是一种业务驱动型网络。在以IP(Internet Protocol,互联网协议)网络为核心承载网络的NGN系统中,采用综合、开放、融合的网络架构,通过业务与呼叫控制完全分离、呼叫控制与承载完全分离,从而实现相对独立的业务体系,使业务独立于网络。
NGN网络网元设备多且分布比较分散,一次呼叫要涉及多个网元设备参与。目前在NGN网络的各个设备中,根据自己的命令或者操作菜单创建消息跟踪任务,并以自己独有的方式加以显示提供开发人员分析。这使得各网元设备自行开发的信令跟踪手段仅能跟踪本设备的信令收发情况,无法为用户提供全网的直观信令跟踪手段,再加上这些网元设备自行开发的信令跟踪手段提供的信息往往没有合理地组织,所以用户不能很方便地定位出信令层面的错误。
具体来说,在NGN现有技术的跟踪手段中至少存在以下问题:
1)各设备自行开发的跟踪手段仅能跟踪自身的信令收发情况以及内部消息,无法为用户提供统一的跟踪手段及直观的全网跟踪结果;
2)创建跟踪任务时,对操作人员知识要求较高,必须同时熟悉各个产品的维护特性,不便于统一操作,不能利用现有的IP网络,对于异地产品的跟踪,尤为不便;以及
3)各个产品跟踪结果各自独立,没有统一的规范性,理解、定位困难。
因此人们在NGN中需要一种从端到端的跟踪方案,能够解决上述现有技术中的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种NGN系统以及用于NGN系统的端到端跟踪方法和装置,以解决上述相关技术中无法为用户提供统一的跟踪手段及直观的全网跟踪结果等问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于NGN系统的端到端跟踪方法,NGN系统包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,本方法包括以下步骤:步骤a,利用网元设备的维护终端上的操作接口创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口;步骤b,根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及步骤c,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪方法中,还包括以下步骤:步骤d,将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口显示匹配结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪方法中,操作接口利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示匹配结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪方法中,步骤a包括在操作接口同时创建多个跟踪任务。
在上述的端到端跟踪方法中,网关协议包括MGCP/H248扩展协议。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种用于NGN系统的端到端跟踪装置,NGN系统包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,本装置包括:操作接口模块,其驻留在网元设备的维护终端上,用于创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口模块;流程跟踪模块,用于根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及协议支持模块,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪装置中,还包括:匹配模块,其用于将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口模块显示匹配结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪装置中,操作接口模块利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示匹配结果。
在上述的端到端跟踪装置中,操作接口模块同时创建多个跟踪任务。
在上述的端到端跟踪装置中,网关协议包括MGCP/H248扩展协议。

在上述的NGN系统中,维护终端还包括:匹配模块,其用于将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口模块显示匹配结果。
在上述的NGN系统中,操作接口模块利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示匹配结果。
在上述的NGN系统中,操作接口模块同时创建多个跟踪任务。
在上述的NGN系统中,网关协议包括MGCP/H248扩展协议。
通过上述技术方案,本发明实现了如下技术效果:
1)由于跟踪模块内置在NGN设备中,因此不需外置任何设备,成本低廉,使用方便,跟踪简单快捷。
2)在现有的协议基础上进行了扩展,开发成本小;
3)由于可以在单一设备上完成所有设备的流程跟踪,极大方便了维护人员的日常维护工作,有助于运营商降低维护成本。
4)由于该方案采用NGN通用标准架构,符合NGN运营管理理念,在标准NGN通讯协议的支持下,可以更快更方便的解决网络故障。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
针对上述现有技术中各网元设备自行开发信令跟踪手段所导致的各种问题,本发明提出在NGN各设备中内置流程跟踪模块及相应的协议支持模块,同时在该NGN设备的维护终端上提供为其他设备创建跟踪的操作方式。优选地,同一设备上可以同时创建多个跟踪任务。
图1示出了根据本发明的用于NGN的端到端跟踪方法的流程图,其包括以下步骤:
步骤S102,利用网元设备的维护终端上的操作接口创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口;
步骤S104,根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及
步骤S106,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果。
可选地,还包括步骤S108,将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口显示匹配结果。
可选地,操作接口利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示匹配结果。
可选地,步骤a包括在操作接口同时创建多个跟踪任务。

另外,也可在NGN的各个设备中单独提供各自的流程跟踪手段,通过登陆到该设备维护台创建跟踪任务,同时在该维护台上或其他指定地方提供结果显示。
图5示出了根据本发明的用于NGN的端到端跟踪装置500,其中,NGN系统包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,该装置包括:
操作接口模块502,其驻留在网元设备的维护终端上,用于创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口模块;
流程跟踪模块504,用于根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及
协议支持模块506,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果。
可选地,还包括:匹配模块508,其用于将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口模块显示匹配结果。

由上所述可以看出,本发明利用现有NGN系统中网关控制协议,内建流程跟踪模块,方便快捷地在任何一个设备上为其他设备创建跟踪任务,其他设备能接受该任务并能对某个呼叫或者某个用户进行全流程跟踪,跟踪结果能同时在本设备和创建任务设备上清晰显示。
图2示出了根据本发明的NGN系统200,其包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,网元设备包括:流程跟踪模块,用于根据跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及协议支持模块,利用网关协议来上报跟踪结果;以及网元设备的维护终端包括:操作接口模块,其驻留在网元设备的维护终端上,用于创建跟踪任务,以将各网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口模块。
可选地,维护终端还包括:匹配模块,其用于将各个网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口模块显示匹配结果。
可选地,操作接口模块利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示匹配结果。

下面结合图3和图4说明本发明的两个实施例。图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的业务实现流程图。图3流程说明:
●下发跟踪任务:不同的目标设备上创建流程跟踪需要使用不同的任务参数,比如在软交换上创建跟踪任务需要输入该用户的电话号码和区号,软交换根据电话号码和区号把呼叫相关的端口号等信息通过MGCP/H248扩展协议下发给媒体网关;
●返回创建结果媒体网关设备接受到跟踪任务,提取相应参数创建任务,并及时通过MGCP/H248扩展协议返回创建结果;
●定时上报结果:媒体网关根据任务参数定时把结果通过FTP协议上报给软交换以供分析使用,其中,可以将跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口显示匹配结果;
●删除跟踪任务以及返回删除结果:跟踪完毕,软交换通过MGCP/H248扩展协议下发停止消息,媒体网关端删除跟踪任务,并返回跟踪结果及任务删除结果。
图4示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的业务实现流程图。因为该实施例的实现过程类似于图3中所示的实施例,所以下面只给出简略说明:
●网管通过MML协议下发电话号码和国家地区码给软交换;
●软交换通过MGCP/H248扩展协议下发相应端口号给AG和UMG;
●软交换、AG、UMG创建各自的消息跟踪任务,AG、UMG通过MGCP/H248扩展协议向软交换反馈任务创建结果;
●软交换收集各个设备的创建结果并通过MML协议反馈给网管;
●各个设备通过FTP协议直接把跟踪结果定时上报给网管供显示、分析,其中,可以将跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用操作接口显示匹配结果;
●跟踪完毕,网管通过MML协议下发删除任务消息,软交换删除自身跟踪任务,同时通过MGCP/H248扩展协议给AG、UMG下发删除任务消息;
●AG、UMG删除自身跟踪任务并通过MGCP/H248扩展协议返回删除结果给软交换;
●软交换通过MML协议把删除结果上报给网管,网管上显示任务删除结果。
从以上的描述应该可以明白,本发明提出的跟踪方案可以方便快捷地实现NGN网络中各设备(如网管、软交换、AG(AccessGateway,接入网关)、IAD(Integrated Access Device,综合接入设备)、SG(Signal Gateway,信令网关)、SHLR(Smart Home LocationRegister,智能归属位置寄存器)、UMG(Universal Media Gateway,通用媒体网关)、MRS(Media Resource Server,媒体资源服务器)、TMG(Trunk Media Gateway,中继媒体网关)等)的流程跟踪,在不增加外置跟踪设备的情况下,通过MML(Man-Machine Language,人机语言)、FTP(File Transfer Protocol,文件传输协议)、MGCP(Media Gateway Control Protocol,媒体网关控制协议)、H248等协议及其扩展协议,在单一设备(比如网管)端上创建流程跟踪任务到达NGN网络中的各个设备,并在创建设备上显示呼叫全流程的跟踪结果。(能支持如下协议跟踪:H248、MGCP、SIP(SessionInitiated Protocol,会话初始协议)、H323(协议族)、ISUP(IntegratedServices Digital Network User Part/ISDN User Part,ISDN用户部分)、TUP(Telephone User Part,电话用户部分)、PRA(Primary RateAccess,基群速率接入)、BRA(Basic Rate Access,基本速率接入)、R2、V5、SCTP(Stream Control Transmission Protocol,流量控制传输协议)、M3UA(SS7 MTP3-User Adaptation Layer,MTP3用户适配层)、M2UA(SS7 MTP2-User Adaptation Layer,MTP2用户适配层)、IUA(ISDN User Adaptation Layer,ISDN用户适配层)、V5UA(V5User Adaptation Layer,V5用户适配层)、SCCP(SignalingConnection and Control Part,信令连接控制部分)、TCAP(TransactionCapabilities Application Part,事务处理应用部分)、MAP(MobileApplication Part,移动应用部分)、Diameter等)。
另外,本发明的最终产品可以表现为全网信令跟踪工具,这个工具可以独立运行,也可以和设备管理工具集成在一起运行。
本发明通过设备间的消息配合,对整个网络中的信令进行跟踪匹配,以表格形式及流程图形式将呼叫过程中信令的配合关系显示给用户,以方便用户定位出信令层面的错误。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实现了如下技术效果:
1)由于跟踪模块内置在NGN设备中,因此不需外置任何设备,成本低廉,使用方便,跟踪简单快捷。
2)在现有的协议基础上进行了扩展,开发成本小;
3)由于可以在单一设备上完成所有设备的流程跟踪,极大方便了维护人员的日常维护工作,有助于运营商降低维护成本。
4)由于该方案采用NGN通用标准架构,符合NGN运营管理理念,在标准NGN通讯协议的支持下,可以更快更方便的解决网络故障。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。应该明白,这些具体实施中的变化对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的,不脱离本发明的精神保护范围。

1.一种用于NGN系统的端到端跟踪方法,所述NGN系统包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,所述端到端跟踪方法特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,利用所述网元设备的维护终端上的操作接口创建跟踪任务,以将各所述网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口;
步骤b,根据所述跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及
步骤c,利用所述网关协议来上报所述跟踪结果。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端到端跟踪方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
步骤d,将各个所述网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用所述操作接口显示匹配结果。
3.根据权利要求2所述的端到端跟踪方法,其特征在于,所述操作接口利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示所述匹配结果。
4.根据权利要求1所述的端到端跟踪方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a包括在所述操作接口同时创建多个跟踪任务。

6.一种用于NGN系统的端到端跟踪装置,所述NGN系统包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,所述端到端跟踪装置特征在于,包括:
操作接口模块,其驻留在所述网元设备的维护终端上,用于创建跟踪任务,以将各所述网元设备的消息流程跟踪结果收集到本操作接口模块;
流程跟踪模块,用于根据所述跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及
协议支持模块,利用所述网关协议来上报所述跟踪结果。
7.根据权利要求6所述的端到端跟踪装置,其特征在于,还包括:
匹配模块,其用于将各个所述网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用所述操作接口模块显示匹配结果。
8.根据权利要求7所述的端到端跟踪装置,其特征在于,所述操作接口模块利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示所述匹配结果。

10.一种NGN系统,其包括利用网关协议相互连接的多个网元设备,其特征在于,
所述网元设备包括:
流程跟踪模块,用于根据所述跟踪任务来跟踪本网元设备的消息流程;以及
协议支持模块,利用所述网关协议来上报所述跟踪结果;以及
所述网元设备的维护终端包括:

11.根据权利要求10所述的NGN系统,其特征在于,所述维护终端还包括:
匹配模块,其用于将各个所述网元设备的流程跟踪模块上报的跟踪结果进行消息匹配,并利用所述操作接口模块显示匹配结果。
12.根据权利要求11所述的NGN系统,其特征在于,所述操作接口模块利用表格形式和/或流程图形式显示所述匹配结果。
13.根据权利要求10所述的NGN系统,其特征在于,所述操作接口模块同时创建多个跟踪任务。
