本发明涉及一种含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法及其铸焊模,该制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模设置有与嵌件匹配的铸焊腔和固定螺栓,铸焊模上设置有定位孔,嵌件、定位孔、固定螺栓相互匹配;该含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法采用制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模并包括以下步骤:嵌件装入铸焊模并用固定螺栓固定到位,铸焊极柱和极群组,拧松固定螺栓取出铸焊好的极柱和极群组。本发明增加了极群组、极柱、嵌件三者一体化一次成形的强度和连接效果,极大地提高了蓄电池通过大电流的能力,工作步骤节省,生产成本下降,自动化程度和质量得以提高。

含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法及其铸焊模
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法及其铸焊模,主要用于大容量蓄电池的生产。
背景技术:
现有技术中蓄电池极柱的通常做法是将嵌件铸焊成含嵌件的极柱头,再将该极柱头与极群组焊接。当蓄电池容量比较大且工作电流超过一定范围时,由于焊接时极群组与极柱的连接效果比较差,导致连接牢度差、接触电阻大,当输出功率比较大时容易烧坏蓄电池,且焊接工艺复杂,生产成本高,自动化程度低,影响了蓄电池的质量和输出功率。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法及其铸焊模。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模,其特征在于设置有与嵌件匹配的铸焊腔和固定螺栓,铸焊模上设置有定位孔,嵌件、定位孔、固定螺栓相互匹配。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案还包括一种含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法,其特征在于采用制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模并包括以下步骤:嵌件装入铸焊模并用固定螺栓固定到位,铸焊极柱和极群组,拧松固定螺栓取出铸焊好的极柱和极群组。
本发明所述铸焊极柱和极群组包括以下步骤:铸焊模浸入铸焊液中,取出铸焊模并冷却至铸焊温度,极群组浸入铸焊模中的铸焊液,铸焊模中的铸焊液冷却成铸焊层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:由于极柱一次成形并与极群组铸焊在一起,增加了极群组、极柱、嵌件三者一体化一次成形的强度和连接效果,极大地提高了蓄电池通过大电流的能力,最大输出功率比原来的最大输出功率提高30%左右,工作步骤节省,生产成本下降,自动化程度和质量得以提高。

具体实施方式:
参见图1、图2,本发明实施例生产出来的极柱6设置有嵌件6-1和一次铸焊成形的铸焊层6-2,嵌件6-1上设置有连接螺纹6-3,该连接螺纹6-3与用电器连接件匹配,嵌件6-1采用铜材,外面的一层铸焊层6-2是铅合金。此时由于连接螺纹6-3朝上,用电器连接件可以很方便地旋入,由于极柱6一次成形并与极群组5铸焊在一起,增加了极群组5、极柱6、嵌件6-1三者一体化一次成形的强度和连接效果。假如极柱6的输出方向需要从其它方向输出,此时可加上转换件进行方向转换。
参见图2,本发明的技术方案包括用来铸焊如上所述极柱6的铸焊模12,该铸焊模12设置有与嵌件6-1匹配的铸焊腔13,铸焊模12上设置有定位孔16,嵌件6-1、定位孔16、固定螺栓15相互匹配,当嵌件6-1通过固定螺栓15固定在定位孔16上时,能保证嵌件6-1完全盖住定位孔16。
参见图3,本发明的技术方案还包括如上所述极柱6的制作方法,包括以下步骤:嵌件6-1装入铸焊模12并用固定螺栓15固定到位,铸焊极柱6和极群组5,拧松固定螺栓15取出铸焊好的极柱6和极群组5。其中嵌件6-1装入铸焊模12并用固定螺栓15固定到位包括:嵌件6-1的连接螺纹6-3朝下对准定位孔16,固定螺栓15穿过定位孔16与连接螺纹6-3拧紧,使得嵌件6-1的连接螺纹6-3端面与铸焊模12的底部紧密接触、定位准确且完全盖住定位孔16。
本发明所述铸焊极柱6和极群组5可以包括以下步骤:铸焊模12浸入铸焊液中(此时温度在铸焊温度以上的铸焊液充满铸焊腔13),取出铸焊模12并冷却至铸焊温度(通常在375℃左右),极群组5浸入铸焊模12中的铸焊液,铸焊模12中的铸焊液冷却成铸焊层6-2。
参见图4,用本发明实施例制成的蓄电池包括电池盖1、电池壳2、极群组5、极柱6,由于极柱6一次成形并与极群组5铸焊在一起,增加了极群组5、极柱6、嵌件6-1三者一体化一次成形的强度和连接效果,极大地提高了蓄电池通过大电流的能力,该电池的最大输出功率可比原来的最大输出功率提高30%左右,工作步骤节省,生产成本下降,自动化程度和质量得以提高。

Claims (3)

1.一种制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模,其特征在于:设置有与嵌件匹配的铸焊腔和固定螺栓,嵌件上设置有连接螺纹,铸焊模上设置有定位孔,嵌件、定位孔、固定螺栓相互匹配,嵌件通过固定螺栓固定在定位孔上时完全盖住定位孔。
2.一种含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法,其特征在于:采用制作含嵌件一次成形极柱的铸焊模并包括以下步骤:嵌件装入铸焊模并用固定螺栓固定到位,铸焊极柱和极群组,拧松固定螺栓取出铸焊好的极柱和极群组。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含嵌件一次成形极柱的制作方法,其特征在于:所述铸焊极柱和极群组包括以下步骤:铸焊模浸入铸焊液中,取出铸焊模并冷却至铸焊温度,极群组浸入铸焊模中的铸焊液,铸焊模中的铸焊液冷却成铸焊层。
