Abstract

本发明是在提供一种车辆后视镜雨刷结构，主要是在后视镜的镜座背面设有雨刷传动装置，所述的雨刷传动装置是设有转轴穿伸在后视镜正面的镜面上，在转轴上设有连杆，所述的连杆上设有雨刷，所述的雨刷的刷面是贴靠在镜面上，而镜座的周边是凸设有挡缘，所述的雨刷为软性体，且在雨刷内设有弹性片，雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时，受镜座的挡缘挡持而弯折并贴靠在镜座的挡缘上，使雨刷可确实刷除镜面上的水液。

车辆后视镜雨刷结构
技术领域
本发明是涉及一种车辆后视镜雨刷结构，特别是指一种在后视镜的镜座周边凸设有挡缘，雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时，受镜座的挡缘挡持而弯折并贴靠在镜座的挡缘上，使雨刷可确实刷除镜面上的水液的车辆后视镜雨刷结构。
背景技术
一般车辆在驾驶时，驾驶者须经由搭配左、右后视镜来观看后方来车的动线，以供转弯、超车、变换车道、停车时注意与掌握行车状况；然而，由于车辆后视镜是设置在车体外侧，故每逢雨天行车时，雨水水液会附着在车辆的后视镜镜面上，而使后视镜镜面布满水滴，使能见度大为降低，而影响后视镜的作用，导致驾驶者无法凭借后视镜清楚观看后方来车状况，进而影响行车安全；因此，本发明人有鉴于现有雨天驾驶车辆存在有如上述的缺失，乃潜心研究、改良，遂得以首创出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的，是在提供一种可供雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时被挡持而呈弯折状态，使雨刷可确实刷除镜面上的水液的车辆后视镜雨刷结构。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种车辆后视镜雨刷结构，在后视镜的镜座背面设有雨刷传动装置，所述的雨刷传动装置是设有转轴穿伸在后视镜正面的镜面上，在转轴上设有连杆，所述的连杆上设有雨刷，所述的雨刷的刷面是贴靠在镜面上；
其特征在于：在镜座的周边凸设有挡缘，所述的雨刷为软性体，且在雨刷内设有弹性片，所述的雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时，受镜座的挡缘挡持而弯折并贴靠在镜座的挡缘上。
与现有技术相比较，采用上述技术方案的本发明具有的优点在于：雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时被挡持而呈弯折状态，使雨刷可确实刷除镜面上的水液。

具体实施方式
有关本发明为达上述的使用目的与功效，所采用的技术手段，兹举出较佳可行的实施例，并配合图式所示，详述如下：
首先，请参阅图1～图3所示，本发明主要是设有后视镜1，在后视镜1的镜座10正面设有镜面11，在镜座10的周边是凸设有挡缘12；一雨刷传动装置2，是设在镜座10的背面，所述的雨刷传动装置2是设有一转轴20穿设在镜座10与镜面11上；一连杆3，是设在雨刷传动装置2的转轴20上，在转轴20上设有一固定件30，将连杆3固定在转轴20上；一雨刷4，是设在连杆3上，所述的雨刷4是为软性体，在雨刷4内部设有弹性片40，供将雨刷4弹性撑持，雨刷4的刷面41是贴靠在后视镜1的镜面11上。
当车辆欲刷除后视镜1镜面11上的雨水时，请参阅图3～图5所示，凭借雨刷传动装置2的传动带动转轴20转动，所述的转轴20则带动连杆3旋动，其连杆3遂带动雨刷4随的旋动，雨刷4则以转轴20为轴心呈弧线旋移，所述的雨刷4是设为软性体，且在内部设有弹性片40，当雨刷4旋离在后视镜1的镜座10上方的挡缘12时，雨刷4的外端会受内部的弹性片40呈弹性回复状态而向外伸直(如图4所示)，而当雨刷4贴靠在后视镜1的镜座10下方的挡缘12上时，雨刷4的外端会沿挡缘12之内缘被限制而向上弯折，雨刷4内部的弹性片40则呈弹性弯折状态(如图5所示)，另凭借雨刷传动装置2的传动带动转轴20反向旋转，而带动雨刷4反向向上旋移，当雨刷4向上旋移时，雨刷4得以平整刷除后视镜1的镜面11上的水滴，待雨刷4旋移至镜座10上方的挡缘12时，雨刷4的外端会沿挡缘12之内缘被限制而向下弯折，雨刷4内部的弹性片40则呈弹性弯折状态(如图3所示)，如此的往复旋移动作，凭借受镜座10上的挡缘12挡持，而使雨刷4得以被限制而弯折并贴靠在镜座10的挡缘12上，使雨刷4可确实刷除镜面11上的水液，使车辆后视镜1的镜面11保持明亮，可供车辆驾驶清楚观看到后视镜1内反映的景象，以确保行车安全。

1.一种车辆后视镜雨刷结构，在后视镜的镜座背面设有雨刷传动装置，所述的雨刷传动装置是设有转轴穿伸在后视镜正面的镜面上，在转轴上设有连杆，所述的连杆上设有雨刷，所述的雨刷的刷面是贴靠在镜面上；
其特征在于：在镜座的周边凸设有挡缘，所述的雨刷为软性体，且在雨刷内设有弹性片，所述的雨刷旋移至镜座的上缘或下缘时，受镜座的挡缘挡持而弯折并贴靠在镜座的挡缘上。
