Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于供给燃料电池(11)的氢贮存装置,具体涉及用于机动车辆的氢贮存装置,该装置包括:具有由泡沫制成的轻隔离壳体(2)的液氢箱,该隔离壳体中结合有至少一个金属隔热屏(3,4);和气态氢排出管路(8),该管路连接到燃料电池(11)的氢入口并具有与隔热屏(3,4)成热交换关系的至少一个部分(14;13),该隔热屏同样与由燃料电池(11)供应电流的电制冷机(15)的冷部(16)成热交换关系。本发明可应用于由燃料电池的电力提供动力的机动车辆。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及氢贮存装置,具体涉及用于供给燃料电池的氢贮存装置,更具体涉及用于汽车应用的氢贮存装置。
背景技术
对于车载应用,用于供给内燃机和/或燃料电池的氢可以以气体形式或液体形式贮存,该内燃机和/或燃料电池用于或参与推进或产生车载电力。
以气体形式贮存需要非常高的压力,这导致燃料箱及其配套构造的重量增大。
以液体形式贮存允许在接近于大气压的低压下贮存,但需要理想的隔热/绝缘来将箱中的液体保持在接近20K的温度。迄今为止,必须使用同样复杂且包括带真空套的配套构造的箱,这大大增大了制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种较低成本的贮存装置,以便能够使用隔离(隔热)效率较低的轻箱(储液器),该轻箱由此使用更简单且制造经济,但确保在接近大气压的压力下保持合适的低温以享有液态低温流体的好处。
为此,根据本发明,该装置包括:具有由多孔材料制成的隔离套的液氢箱,该隔离套中结合有至少一个金属的第一隔热屏;用于取出液氢的管道;用于排出气态氢的管路,该管路连接到燃料电池的氢入口并具有与所述第一隔热屏成热交换关系的至少一个部分;和电制冷机,该电制冷机连接到所述燃料电池并具有至少与所述第一隔热屏成热交换关系的至少一个冷部。
根据本发明的其它特征:
所述箱具有也与所述用于排出气态氢的管路的一部分成热交换关系的至少一个第二隔热屏;
所述隔热屏中的至少一个由至少两个金属板的夹层(多层)式组件组成,所述金属板有利地具有变形成槽的区域,所述槽构成所述用于排出气态氢的管路中与相应隔热屏成热交换关系的所述部分的至少一个部分。
本发明还涉及一种具有以上类型的氢贮存装置的车辆,其中燃料电池有利地参与所述车辆的推进。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出的装置包括总体由标号1表示的任意形状的箱,该箱的厚壁由多层热塑性泡沫所形成的块体构成,该块体的形式为具有固有稳定性的壳并且总体由标号2表示,该块体中埋设有至少一个—有利地是至少两个外隔热屏3和内隔热屏4。泡沫的材料有利地是闭孔聚氨酯泡沫(发泡)。隔热屏的材料有利地是基于铜或铝的导电金属合金。
内隔热屏4可以布置成用作抗压包层。在此情况下,隔离块体2的内隔离层与箱1的内腔5中的液氢直接接触,这使得可以避免安装内部金属包层例如6。箱1通常设有用于排出液氢的管道7,该管道7设有阀并且贯穿泡沫的厚度。
根据本发明的一个特征,箱1还包括用于排出位于液氢体上方的气态氢的管路8,该管路8由此具有出现在箱的上部中的内端9和连接到燃料电池11的氢入口的外端10,所述燃料电池11在端子12处提供电力。管路8有利地包括减压阀,以用于在腔5中的压力达到设定的最大值—通常约为3.5巴—时将气态氢排到大气。
管路8包括沿内隔热屏4延伸且与该内隔热屏4有热交换关系的内部部分13、以及沿外内隔热屏3延伸且与该外隔热屏3有热交换关系的下游部分14。
根据本发明的另一特征,与箱1相关联地设有(有利地在箱1上安装有)制冷机15,该制冷机15例如为Stirling或Brighton脉管型制冷机并由来自电池11的输出端子12的电力供电,该制冷机的冷端16进入该箱1的泡沫套中,从而至少与外隔热屏3形成热交换关系。从前面的说明将理解到,隔热屏3和4被通过管路8排放的气态氢流持续冷却,而且还至少暂时地被制冷机15冷却,该制冷机利用由在箱1中气化并供给到燃料电池11的气态氢所“提供”的电力。
因此,根据本发明的装置使得可以容易地制造自由形式(不受压力)的箱1,从而能够很好地结合进车辆内的可用空间中,并且制造成本低(例如通过简单地喷洒泡沫而非小心地用已知技术涂敷许多多层结构来制造)、能够避免产生真空以及对真空的保持进行确认等时间很长且昂贵的传统操作。而且,由于没有真空,箱的热性能在局部冲击的情况下不会显著降低,这样就确保提高了车辆安全性。
隔热屏3和4通常通过组装薄的铝和/或铜板来制成。如图2所示,根据本发明的一个特征,隔热屏—在本例中为隔热屏3—由三个金属板31、32和33的组件构成,靠外的板31和/或33中的至少一个形成有凸起以具有形式为槽34、35的纵向变形部,所述槽34、35与中间板32或—在中间板32具有纵向凹部36的情况下—与另一靠外的板33一起界定通道14A、14B,这些通道14A、14B至少部分地构成所述用于排出气态氢的管路8的部分14。该布置避免了单独的管与隔热屏之间的接合问题,大大促进了循环气体与隔热屏之间的热交换,并加强了隔热屏。

Claims (9)
1.一种氢贮存装置,包括:
具有由多孔材料制成的隔离套(2)的液氢箱(1),该隔离套中结合有至少一个金属的第一隔热屏(3),
用于取出液氢的管道(7),
用于排出气态氢的管路(8),该管路连接到燃料电池(11)的氢入口并具有与所述第一隔热屏成热交换关系的至少一个部分(14),
电制冷机(15),该电制冷机连接到所述燃料电池(11)并具有至少与所述第一隔热屏(3)成热交换关系的至少一个冷部(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述箱具有也与所述排出管路(8)的一部分(13)成热交换关系的至少一个第二隔热屏(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二隔热屏(4)位于所述第一隔热屏(3)内侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二隔热屏(4)是具有固有稳定性的包层。
5.根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述隔离套(2)包括至少两层聚氨酯泡沫。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一隔热屏(3)和第二隔热屏(4)中的至少一个包括由至少两个金属板(31,32)构成的组件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述管路(8)中与所述隔热屏(3;4)成热交换关系的所述部分(14;13)的至少一个部分(14A;14B)由所述板(31;32)的变形成槽(34;35)的区域形成。
8.一种车辆,包括根据以上权利要求中任一项所述的氢贮存装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述燃料电池参与所述车辆的推进。
