发明背景
由于柴油燃料的压缩比提高和能量密度较高,柴油发动机的效率通常比汽油发动机高。柴油燃烧周期产生微粒,这些微粒通常用设置在排气流中的柴油微粒过滤器(DPF)从柴油排放气体中过滤出来。一段时间后,DPF被充满,于是必须除去捕集的柴油微粒。在再生期间,柴油微粒在DPF内燃烧掉。

一个感知排气温度并产生一排气温度信号的温度传感器;以及
一个根据由从所述质量空气流信号确定的后喷射值和由所述排气温度信号确定的后喷射速率指令后喷射的控制组件。

5.权利要求1的系统,其特征在于,还包括一种预催化剂,该预催化剂从所述柴油发动机接受包括所述后喷射的排气,而且其中所述温度传感器感知离开所述预催化剂的排气的温度。
6.权利要求4的系统,其特征在于,还包括一个从所述柴油发动机接受排气的柴油微粒过滤器,其中所述柴油微粒过滤器氧化被捕集在所述柴油微粒过滤器中的烟炱微粒,而且其中所述温度传感器感知进入所述柴油微粒过滤器的排气的温度。
7.权利要求1的系统,其特征在于,还包括一个感知所述柴油发动机的转速的发动机转速传感器,而且其中所述后喷射值是根据所述质量空气流信号、所述发动机转速信号、气缸数目、所希望的空气/燃料比和最小的氧值确定的。
8.权利要求7的系统,其特征在于,所述后喷射值还由一常数确定,而且其中所述常数可根据一个所希望的单位而选择。
9.权利要求7的系统,其特征在于,所述最小氧值可根据一个为氧化所有后喷射同时余下用于烟炱氧化的过量氧所需的氧值而选择。
10.权利要求7的系统,其特征在于,后喷射值还由一个发动机转矩燃料喷射值和一个后喷射效率值确定。
11.一种调节柴油发动机中柴油微粒再生的后喷射的方法,包括:
由一个质量空气流传感器确定一质量空气流;
由一个温度传感器确定排气温度;
根据所述质量空气流来确定一个后喷射值;
根据所述温度来确定一个后喷射速率;以及
按照所述后喷射值和所述后喷射速率来指令后喷射。
12.权利要求11的方法,其特征在于,所述权利要求11的方法是在所述柴油发动机的过渡运转期间完成的。
13.权利要求12的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
确定一个目标质量空气流;
根据所述目标质量空气流来确定一个所希望的后喷射值;
根据所述目标质量空气流来控制一个节流阀;以及
按照所述希望的后喷射值来指令后喷射;
其中所述控制和指令的步骤是在所述柴油发动机的稳态运转期间完成的。
14.权利要求12的方法,其特征在于,如果所希望的后喷射值小于所述后喷射值,那么按照所述希望的后喷射值完成指令后喷射的所述步骤。
15.权利要求11的方法,其特征在于,还包括根据流出柴油氧化催化剂的排气感知和产生一个温度信号,而且其中确定所述温度的所述步骤包括根据所述温度信号确定所述排气温度。
16.权利要求11的方法,其特征在于,还包括根据流入柴油微粒过滤器的排气感知和产生一个温度信号,而且其中确定所述温度的所述步骤包括根据所述温度信号确定所述排气温度。
17.权利要求11的方法,其特征在于,确定所述后喷射值的所述步骤还包括根据所述质量空气流(MAF)、最小氧值(O2_MIN)、空气/燃料比(AFR)、气缸数目(CYL_NUM)、发动机转速(RPM)和常数K按照下列方程式来确定总燃料(TOT_FUEL):
TOT_FUEL=MAF/(O2_MIN*AFR*CYL_NUM*RPM*K)。
18.权利要求17的方法,其特征在于,确定所述后喷射值的所述步骤还包括按照下列方程式:PoI_VALUE=TOT_FUEL-TRQ_FUEL-PoI-EFF从所述总燃料(TOT_FUEL)中减去发动机转矩燃料喷射值(TRQ_FUEL)和后喷射效率值(PoI_EFF)。
