Abstract

本发明是一种红外通讯在自动感应洁具中的应用方法。它通过主板在侧面以脉冲的形式发射红外信号来感应人体,感应到人体后,主板就会产生一组脉冲对码开阀信号来驱动另外一个红外发射管发射此对码开阀信号,从板上的红外接收管接收到对码信号,并转换成脉冲信号,输入给芯片处理。一旦对码匹配,便会控制电磁阀开合,同时返回对码给主电路板,命令其停止发射开阀的对码信号,从而实现红外无线通讯。

本发明涉及一种应用在卫生间自动感应洁具中的红外通讯应用方法。
背景技术:
现有的自动感应洁具中,可以分成二大类:①一种是电子感应部分安装在座便器上,阀体和电子感应部分是一体的,从正面来感应人体,它的弊端就是:座便盖的开合有可能会引起座便器误冲水,并且维修时必须将整个阀体都拆卸下来,很不方便。②一种是电子感应部分与阀体分离开来,电子感应部分安装在座便器侧面的墙壁上,从侧面感应人体,虽然克服了①中的弊端,但是与座便器内电磁阀用导线连接,它的弊端就是:安装施工时布线带来很多不便,且影响美观。
发明内容:
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:独特采用主、从两个电路板,并通过红外通讯来实现自动控制。主电路板为电子感应部分,从电路板为电磁阀控制部分,这样电子感应部分就被独立出来,可以安装在座便器的侧面来感应人体,从电路板安装在座便器上,就避免了座便器盖的开合所引起误冲水的现象。并通过红外通讯技术来连接电磁阀控制部分,这为以后设备的安装、维修和都带来了极大的方便,并省去了安装时布线带来的麻烦。

本发明具体实施的方案是:
一:硬件原理
硬件原理由图1示出.其由两个主要部分:主板和从板组成.主板上的芯片6的RB1脚以一定的时间间隔输出脉冲信号给对人体的发射驱动电路2,再驱动发射管1发射红外信号.一旦感应到人体,接收管3接收到返回的信号,经过人体信号放大电路4处理之后,通过RB2脚输入主电路板的芯片6.芯片6确认是有效感应信号后,由RB3输出一个自身所储存的对码信号,经过发射驱动电路2驱动对码发射管7向从电路板发射对码信号.此时从板的对码接收管8接收到主板发射的对码信号后,通过对码信号放大电路5处理之后,通过RB1输入从板的芯片6,芯片6判别信号和自身储存的对码信号一致后,就确认此信号为正确的开阀信号,于是控制电磁阀9执行开阀动作.同时芯片6通过RB2输出其对码信号,经过发射驱动部分2驱动对码发射管7向主板发射对码信号.主板的对码接收管8接收到从板发射的对码信号后,经过对码信号放大部分5处理后,通过RB4脚输入主板的芯片6.芯片6辨别信号为正确的对码信号后,就停止发射对码信号.主板一旦发现接收的对码信号和自身储存的信号不一致,就会继续发射对码信号,直至接收到正确的对码信号为止.
二:对码的设置
对码的形式由图2示出。每一个产品之前我们都要进行对码设置,出产设置之后都有其唯一的对码,对码是用16位二进制数来表示,由2位起始位、13位数据位、。1位结束位、组成的,而且每一位中间通过软件,添加一个的低电平信号,所以二进制数1由一个高电平和一个低电平表示,二进制数0由两个低电平表示。其中2个起始位都为1,中间13个数据位就是所产生的随机数,每一台产品都不一样,最后一位为结束位,当其为0时,表示主从之间为对码状态,为1时,主从之间为控制电磁阀状态。下面详细讲述一下对码的设置过程:当产品上电后,单片机内的定时器就开始计时,我们给单片机一个外部中断信号,使其计时停止,此时单片机就记录这随机的时间常数,经过处理并储存到自身的EEPROM中,这就产生了我们所需要的对码。由于我们采用的振荡频率是4MHZ,则单片机计时器计时精度为1μs,根据我们对码的表示形式可知,可以产生213个不同的随机数,实际在同一使用场合不可能同时使用213个以上的产品,重合的几率几乎为0,所以产品之间的对码信号不会互相干扰而产生误动作的情况。一旦产品出厂后,不小心将主板与从板混淆了,也可以临时重新进行对码设置,不用为了找原配而浪费时间。
主板的对码产生之后,将对码经单片机处理后,以特定的脉冲形式输出给红外发射管发射脉冲信号,从板的红外接收管接收到此脉冲信号,再进过单片机处理成16位的对码,并储存到自身的EEPROM中,这样主从两板的对码都设置完成。
三:主板与从板之间的通讯
主板与从板之间红外通讯的硬件原理图由图3示出。主板上另外一对红外发射接收管是用来感应人体的,它以脉冲形式发射红外信号,一旦检测到人体有效的感应信号,主板上的单片机就会将EEPROM中的对码信号通过电阻R2输出到达林顿管Q1的基极上,来驱动达林顿管的导通,电流经过限流电阻R1后,驱动红外发射管I1把此对码信号发射出去。从板上红外接收管S1接收到对码信号,经过R3、R4、C1耦合滤波输入到运放的三脚,信号被运放放大处理后,通过R5、R6、C3反馈给运放反向输入脚2脚,运放1脚一级放大出来的信号再经过R7、C4、R8耦合滤波后送给比较器5脚,由R9、R10提供一个合适的比较电压给比较器的6脚,5脚的信号和6脚的比较电平比较后,使得信号最后输出规则的高低电平信号,再送给单片机以1或0的形式来采集,从板的单片机采集完此16位对码信号后,将此对码信号和自身EEPROM所储存的对码信号进行比较,如果一致,说明对码成功,并返回一个同样的对码信号给主板,通知主板对码成功,否则主板会一直不停的发射对码信号,直到接收到从板返回的对码信号为止。在对码成功之后,从板就会控制电磁阀开阀,从而实现了无线红外通讯。
本发明的有益效果:
可以避免座便器盖的开合所引起的误出水,同时通过红外通讯技术控制电磁阀,可以避免安装时布线所带来的麻烦.

Claims (4)

1.一种在自动感应洁具中的红外通讯方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
建立主电路板和从电路板之间的通讯;
主电路板发射红外信号以检测使用者;
根据发射的红外信号检测使用者;
如果主电路板检测到使用者,就发射对码给从电路板;
从电路板接收到对码;
从电路板对接收到的对码和储存的对码比较;
如果由主电路板接收到的对码与在从电路板中储存的对码相匹配,从电路板控制洁具的电磁阀执行动作;
从电路板发射所收到的对码回到主电路板,如果主电路板接收到的对码与发射出的对码相同,主电路板就停止发射对码信号到从电路板;如果主电路板接收到的对码与发射出的对码不同,主电路板继续发射对码信号到从电路板。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,主电路板和从电路板之间采用红外通讯,无线连接。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,在主电路板和从电路板之间的对码交换能够通过以下步骤实现:主电路板的对码产生之后,将对码经单片机处理后,以特定的脉冲形式输出给红外发射管发射脉冲信号,从电路板的红外接收管接收到此脉冲信号,再经过单片机处理成16位的对码,并储存到自身的EEPROM中。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述的对码是用16位二进制数来表示,由2位起始位、13位数据位、1位结束位组成。
