Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体涉及一种灯,特别是涉及采用发光二极管的灯。尤其特别是本发明涉及用于自动车辆的多色发光灯。
背景技术
自动车辆的后部通常设置发射三种不同颜色光的分开的灯;例如用于尾灯的红色、用于转弯信号灯的琥珀色或黄色以及用于倒车灯的白色。这些灯安装在自动车辆的开口内并且具有可更换的泡体。过去用于灯的泡体是具有灯丝的白炽灯泡体。近年来,特别是中心高置刹车灯的某些白炽灯泡体通过红色的发光二极管(LED)来代替。这些固态光源效率高并且具有长的寿命;但是,不同于刹车灯的断续操作,例如尾灯所遇到的情况那样,它们在连续操作过程中趋于产生大量热量。为了分散所产生的热量,需要提供可变的散热装置。如果对于所有三种灯的作用来说提供单个灯,在现有技术中将是一个进步。如果车辆本身可以设置散热功能,在现有技术中将是进一步的进步。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于消除现有技术的缺陷。
本发明的另一目的在于提高车辆照明。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种采用车辆主体作为其主要散热装置的灯。
在本发明的一个方面中,这些目的通过多色灯来实现,该灯包括分成多个部段的灯头;可操作地定位在每个部段内的至少一个LED,每个部段内的至少一个LED发射不同于另一部段内的至少一个LED发射光的颜色的光;以及与每个部段中的至少一个LED可在操作上相关以便将发射的光引导离开所述灯头的光管。
在本发明的优选实施例中,灯头包括中心安装开口,开口包括直接固定在车辆主体上的紧固件,由此采用车辆主体作为散热装置。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明及其其它和另外的目的、优点和能力结合以上附图,对于下面的描述和所附权利要求进行参考。
现在特别参考附图,在图1中表示多色灯10,其包括分成多个部段14的灯头12。在所示实施例中,具有隔开120度的三个部段。如果需要可以采用或多或少的部段。至少一个LED16可操作地定位在每个部段14内,每个部段14内的至少一个LED16发射不同于另一部段14内的至少一个LED16发射光的颜色的光。最好是,如果灯用于车辆目的,第一部段内的LED可发射用于尾灯和刹车灯的红光,第二部段内的LED可发射用于转弯信号灯的黄光,并且第三部段内的LED发射用于倒车灯的白光。光管18与每个部段内的LED可操作地相关,以便将发射的光引导离开灯头12。LED16(最好每个部段最好两个)安装在例如倒装(flex-on)铝板的导热印刷电路板12上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,灯头12包括中心安装开口22,该开口包括例如螺栓的紧固件24。
作为选择,灯头12的中心可在中心开口22内设置红外反射器或传感器并且可以设置周边连接开口。
理想的是,灯20直接安装在车辆主体上。例如,金属车辆主体26可设置成形突起30,灯10经由紧固件24连接到突起上。在此实例中,车辆主体本身用作从操作LED16去除过多热量的散热装置。
虽然光管18可单独形成,并且相对于LED连接,在优选实施例中,光管18与灯头12整体形成,如附图所示。用于光管和灯头的适当材料是例如丙烯酸的模制塑料。还可设置各自部段14之间的分离装置18a以有助于颜色分离。
为了进一步确保良好的散热性能,印刷电路板20的下侧可设置升高的凸肋20a以便接合金属车辆主体26。
同样,空间12a可在部段14之间设置在灯头12内,以便提供用于任何所需或希望的电气部件的空间,同时空间12b将容纳LED16。
由于红色、琥珀色和白色需要视觉上分开,光管18实现了这种分离。光管18接收、引导和成形彩色光的输入并且在视觉上不同的方向将其引导,同时防止一种颜色与另一颜色混合。
虽然已经描述和说明了认为是本发明的优选实施例,本领域普通技术人员将理解到可以进行多种变型和改型而不偏离由所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种多色发光灯,包括:
分成多个部段的灯头;
设置在所述各自部段之间的用于颜色分离的多个分离装置;
可操作地定位在每个部段内的至少一个LED,每个部段内的至少一个LED发射不同于另一部段内的至少一个LED发射光的颜色的光;以及
与每个部段中的至少一个LED可在操作上相关以便将发射的光引导离开所述灯头的光管,
其中,所述多个分离装置从所述多个部段所在的平面向上延伸,且所述多色发光灯直接安装在车辆主体上以将该车辆主体本身用作散热装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述LED安装在容易散热的印刷电路板上。
3.如权利要求2所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述部段的数量是三个。
4.如权利要求3所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,第一个所述LED发射红光,第二个所述LED发射黄光,并且第三个所述LED发射白光。
5.如权利要求4所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述灯头包括中心安装开口。
6.如权利要求5所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述中心安装开口包括紧固件。
7.如权利要求6所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述紧固件固定在车辆主体上。
8.如权利要求7所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,光学板设置在所述部段之上。
9.如权利要求4所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述灯头包括多个周边定位的安装开口。
10.如权利要求9所述的多色发光灯,其特征在于,所述灯头包括中心安装的红外源。
