Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括固定架、驱动电源、光源及灯框,光源设置于灯框中,光源包括若干发光二极管及电路板,发光二极管设置于电路板上,驱动电源与电路板电连接以向发光二极管供电,灯框由导热材料制成,其包括一基板,该基板包括吸热面及散热面,基板的吸热面一侧形成一出光窗口,电路板设置于吸热面上,发光二极管朝向出光窗口,固定架设置于基板的散热面一侧并与灯框连接,固定架与散热面共同形成一收容空间,驱动电源设置于该收容空间中。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的驱动电源收容于固定架中,驱动电源与发光二极管及灯框分离,使得驱动电源与发光二极管所产生的热量分离,更加有利于散热。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为新兴光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
业界通常将发光二极管灯具的驱动电源设置于灯框中,使得驱动电源与发光二极管或其模组相邻,然发光二极管与驱动电源都产生较大的热量,使得整个发光二极管灯具产生的热量较多,严重影响整个发光二极管灯具的使用寿命。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效果更佳的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括固定架、驱动电源、光源及灯框,光源设置于灯框中,光源包括若干发光二极管及电路板,发光二极管设置于电路板上,驱动电源与电路板电连接以向发光二极管供电,灯框由导热材料制成,其包括一基板,该基板包括吸热面及散热面,基板的吸热面一侧形成一出光窗口,电路板设置于吸热面上,发光二极管朝向出光窗口,固定架设置于基板的散热面一侧并与灯框连接,固定架与散热面共同形成一收容空间,驱动电源设置于该收容空间中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具的驱动电源收容于固定架中,驱动电源与发光二极管及灯框分离,使得驱动电源与发光二极管所产生的热量分离,更加有利于散热。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,发光二极管灯具10包括固定架11、驱动电源12、光源15、灯框14、反光板13、两个侧盖16及透明灯罩17。
灯框14由铝等高导热材料一体挤压形成,包括基板141、若干散热鳍片145、两个侧壁146及两个连接板140。基板141呈长方体板状,基板141包括相对设置的吸热面142及散热面143。两个侧壁146分别呈外凸弧状,两个侧壁146分别由基板141的横向两侧缘158向吸热面142一侧外凸延伸形成,两个侧壁146的自由端147相对设置并间隔一定距离,两个自由端147合抱形成一出光窗口19。每一侧壁146的自由端147分叉形成上边缘155和下边缘157,上边缘155和下边缘157夹设形成第一卡槽148,透明灯罩17夹置于两个第一卡槽148之间。上边缘155的末端向吸热面142一侧延伸形成一抵靠部154。基板141、两个侧壁146及透明灯罩17共同形成一筒状空间,该筒状空间的两端部分别具有两个相对设置的开口156,于每一侧壁146的长度方向两端分别形成一安装孔149。两个连接板140分别由基板141的横向两侧缘158向散热面143一侧且向内延伸形成,每一连接板140与散热面143之间形成第二卡槽150。基板141的散热面143上设置若干平行设置的散热鳍片145,散热鳍片145由散热面143向上垂直一体延伸而成,该若干散热鳍片145位于两连接板140之间,相邻散热鳍片145之间形成一气流通道。
光源15包括电路板151及若干发光二极管152,电路板151安装于基板141的吸热面142上,该若干发光二极管152间隔设置于电路板151上。电路板151呈长方形,于电路板151的两个对角端分别设置两个接线端口153。
反光板13连接于透明灯罩17与电路板151之间,反光板13分别由透明灯罩17的外缘向内且向电路板151一侧延伸而成。反光板13包括左反光面131、右反光面132、前反光面133及后反光面134,左反光面131与右反光面132分别位于透明灯罩17的长度方向两端,前反光面133与后反光面134分别位于透明灯罩17的横向两端并分别贴附于灯框14的两个抵靠部154上。
两个侧盖16分别封闭灯框14的两个开口156,螺钉穿过侧盖16并与灯框14的安装孔149相配合从而将侧盖16固定于灯框14上,左反光面131及右反光面132分别贴附于两个侧盖16上。灯框14、透明灯罩17及两个侧盖16共同形成一收容光源15的密闭空间。
固定架11设置于灯框14的上方,固定架11用于将整个发光二极管灯具10悬挂固定。固定架11包括一安装板111、两个连接壁112及两个固定部114,安装板板111呈长方形板体,安装板111上设置两个相对的安装孔115。两个连接壁112呈外弯弧状,连接壁112分别由安装板111的横向两侧缘向灯框14一侧延伸而成,每一连接壁112的末端向灯框14一侧且沿横向向外延伸形成一固定部114,固定部114嵌入灯框14的第二卡槽150中并与连接板140相抵靠,固定部114与连接板140螺接固定。固定架11与灯框14形成一收容空间113。驱动电源12设置于收容空间113内,并悬挂固定于固定架11的安装板111上。驱动电源12与电路板151的接线端口153电连接以向发光二极管152供电。
灯框14由高导热材料采用挤压成型工艺一体成型,灯框14不仅起到保护整个发光二极管灯具10内部元件的作用,而且灯框14的基板141及散热鳍片还可同时作为发光二极管152的散热装置,制造工艺简单且成本较低。驱动电源12悬挂于固定架11的顶端,驱动电源12与发光二极管152及灯框14分离,使得驱动电源12与热源分离。灯框14的连接板140与散热面143形成第二卡槽150,第二卡槽150用于收容固定架11的固定部114,这使得固定架11与灯框14的安装工艺简化,并且固定架11与灯框14连接更牢固。反光板13倾斜地设置于电路板151与透明灯罩17之间,这使得发光二极管灯具10的出光面无暗区。现有技术中通常将接线端口153设置于电路板151的中央位置,这会导致灯具的出光面的中央位置出现暗区,本具体实施方式的电路板151的接线端口153位于电路板151的两个对角端,故避免出光面出现暗区,使得发光二极管灯具10出光均匀。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括固定架、驱动电源、光源及灯框,光源设置于灯框中,光源包括若干发光二极管及电路板,发光二极管设置于电路板上,驱动电源与电路板电连接以向发光二极管供电,其特征在于,灯框由导热材料制成,其包括一基板,该基板包括吸热面及散热面,基板的吸热面一侧形成一出光窗口,电路板设置于吸热面上,发光二极管朝向出光窗口,固定架设置于基板的散热面一侧并与灯框连接,固定架与散热面共同形成一收容空间,驱动电源设置于该收容空间中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,该灯框的散热面设置若干散热鳍片,相邻散热鳍片之间形成一气流通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,该出光窗口设置一透明灯罩。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,灯框的基板的横向两侧缘向吸热面一侧且外凸延伸形成两个相对设置的侧壁,该两个侧壁的自由端相对设置并间隔一定距离,该出光窗口由该两个自由端合抱形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,每一自由端分叉形成一卡槽,该透明灯罩夹置于该两个卡槽之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,还包括两个侧盖,透明灯罩与灯框形成一筒状空间,该筒状空间分别具有两个开口,该两个侧盖分别封闭该筒状空间的两个开口。
7.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,还包括反光板,该反光板连接于电路板与透明灯罩之间,该反光板自透明灯罩的边缘向内且向电路板一侧延伸而成。
8.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,该固定架的相对两末端分别形成一固定部,灯框还包括与该二固定部相对应的两连接板,该两连接板分别由基板的横向两侧缘向散热面一侧且向内倾斜延伸形成,每一连接板与散热面之间形成另一卡槽,每一固定部嵌入相对应的另一卡槽中并与连接板固定连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,该驱动电源悬挂于固定架的顶端。
10.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,电路板包括两个接线端口,该两接线端口位于电路板的两个对角端。
