Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于耐热处理或热定型处理的热吹型模具(吹模),更具体地,它涉及一种吹塑模具,其加热部件由最少一组互相连接的电阻器管组成。
背景技术
现今,不同的形状和尺寸的塑料容器一比如瓶子-其生产过程通常包含一个吹塑的步骤,其中热塑性材料,可能是预成型件形式(也就是,一个更小的、未铸造前的、的加工件,通常为圆柱型),在一加热模具中吹模形成最终的容器。
到现在为止,一般有两种已知的系统用于加热模具:第一种用薄膜电阻器放在模具内部表面附近,第二种用由放置在模具中的螺旋管里流动的热流体组成的加热部件。
虽然具有薄膜电阻器的加热系统(如美国专利5.007.818和5.234.637所描述的)有极好的温度调节性,但加热值(加热量)很低。结果,这种类型的加热系统必须被放置在尽可能靠近模具表面地方,进而可以接触到被铸造的材料。这个要求的缺点是它必需要有几个模具(比如,需要铸造的每一型号的容器或者瓶子需要一个模具),在靠近部件表面配备一层(多个)薄膜电阻器;很明显,这样增加了成本。
尽管具有循环热流体的加热系统有良好的加热值,但比其他系统有更好的热惯性(thermic inertia)。此外,对于现今的旋转浇铸机器有一个重要的问题:确保固定和旋转部件相连接部位的水密封性及运送热流体(一般为油)到模具的管道的水密封性,它为浇铸提供空间并且可以接近快速卸下成品。这些需求增大了机器的体积,因而意味着更大的尺寸和更高的成本。该系统另一个缺点是热效率低:因为不可能防止运送热流体的管子远离那些排出冷流体的管子,所以造成了弯管部件中热量分散。
因此,现今需要一种简单、有效的用于旋转吹模(塑)机的模具加热系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够解决上述问题和适合用于任何形状的容器或瓶子,易于控制和高能效的单个的电加热系统。
本发明的吹模装置由一个单一的模具固定器组成,它为每一次浇铸提供空间,此模具专门用来浇铸容器(比如一个瓶子)。此外,本装置由一个覆盖于模具固定器和模具之间的加热系统组成。所述系统包含:至少一组互相平行放置的管状电阻器,每一电阻器互相平行并且与容器或瓶子发生器平行,以及其它的一些电阻器,这些电阻器与第一电阻器相互垂直放置在热量分散更多的地方或某些区域需要更多热量的地方。所述管状电阻器能电连接到所述的其它的电阻器。
如果需要,至少一所述的管状电阻器组能被放置在更靠近与模具接触的模具固定器的内表面。
为了限制热量的向外发散,确保模具中的热量更均匀,至少另一所述的管状电阻器组能被放置在更靠近模具固定器的外表面。可以使用一层热绝缘材料来进一步限制热量在环境中的浪费和损耗。

具体实施方式
从以下这些对本发明更详细描述的当前优选实施例,可以明显看出本发明的其它目的和优点,本发明的范围不限于给出的实施例的范围和与之关联的示意图的范围。
在适合本发明的装置的吹塑机中,该模具是分裂类型的模具(也就是说,可以分成两个对称的部分),打开时可提供浇铸空间和拆卸成品,在浇铸时闭合,紧密地夹紧。
图中仅仅为所述两个一半部分中的其中一个,因为认为它和另一部分是完全对称的。这个对称仅限于几何学上。在实践中,因为与外部环境中热交换通常是不均匀的,热量必须以不对称的方式提供给模具的两个部分来保证热量的对称(均匀);这种供给是控制系统自动管理的。这个耐热处理的结果是使整个容器的表面均匀,即使容器的形状不是对称的(比如有手柄的容器)。
图1所示为模具固定器的一半部壳体1,它罩住模具的一半部壳体2,模具的内部腔体形成要做成的容器的形状(比如,一个瓶子)。隔热壁3可减少由电阻器产生的热量流失到外部环境。
图2所示,在模具固定器1和模具2之间,靠近模具2的地方放置了第一组管状电阻器3’,4’,5’,6’,7’,8’,它们互相平行且与一半部壳体的内部腔体的发生器的平行,它们通过电阻器7”,8”,9”,10”,11”互相连接,这些基本上与上述第一电阻器垂直(横向)。所述热电阻间的间距取决于加热模具内部腔体需要的能量,以便吹模浇铸达到最佳的温度。横向加热部件7”,8”,9”,10”,11”或者电阻被放置在靠近模具的末端部分,顶部或底部。这种布置是基于想获得理想的浇铸结果,因为在这些区域,在成型过程中某种程度的冷却(比如,防止容器或瓶子的颈部变形)以及较大量的用于补偿由于容器的明显变形引起的热量较大的散发的热量是必须要有的。
在一半部壳体1内部,第二组电阻器中有另一个管状电阻器3与一横向的电阻器7连接在一起,这在图3中很好地显示;所述第二组电阻器的电阻器的放置类似于所述第一组电阻器地相应电阻器。
如果要制的瓶子的形式不需要,所述第一组电阻器可以被省去或不工作。
图3详细显示了在一半部壳体1的内壁上的各种管状电阻器3,4,5,6和横向的电阻器7,8,9,10的壳体。
如果在浇铸的容器在沿着侧壁比相邻区域要求更多的热量,(比如,要制作的容器或瓶子中的部分要做较大的收缩或变形),其它的横向加热部件可以用在所上述区域里。这些另外的部件能类似于其它的电阻器(7,8,9,10),但是一些电阻器(3,4,5,6)能被适当地做成环。明显的,上述环,正如需要可以毫无问题地能放置在模具的各个区域中。
因此,这容易理解,很如果需要配备上述的环状电阻器,管状电阻器需如何在端部通过横向管状电阻器相互连接从而使得在耐热处理或热定型过程中处理和控制容器特别是瓶子的生产特别简单。

Claims (5)

1.一种使用耐热处理或热定型加工中制造热塑性材料容器的加热吹型模具,其中,一个具有理想厚度的器壁的模具固定器被平分成两个对称相等的壳体,每半部壳体提供半个浇铸特定形状的容器的模具的空间,并包含一加热系统,该加热系统包含一组平行于要浇铸的容器的发生器的一组第一电加热部件(3,4,5,6),其特征在于,所述加热系统包含其它电加热部件(7,8,9,10),这些其它加热部件基本垂直于所述第一电加热部件并放置在需要提供更多热量的地方,其中所述第一电加热部件(3,4,5,6)和其它电加热部件(7,8,9,10)相互电气连接,其中第一电加热部件(3,4,5,6)和其它电加热部件(7,8,9,10)被安放于所述模具和所述模具固定器之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种加热模具,其特征在于所述第一电加热部件是管状电阻器,并且互相平行布置。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种加热模具,其特征在于所述其它电加热部件放置在要制作的容器的末端的顶部和底部。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种加热模具,其特征在于最少一个所述加热系统放置在靠近模具固定器的内表面,同时最少另一个所述加热系统放置在更靠近模具的外表面。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种加热模具,其特征在于在模具固定器的外表面设有一层隔热材料。
