Abstract

背景技术
已知的攀山锁扣(locking carabiners)一般装有螺旋型或卡口型的环,其同轴地安装在可移动的扣口上。在螺旋型的环的情况下,从第二开锁位置到第一被锁住位置的行进要求所述的环被拧几圈而使其移动沿着所述扣口平移超过行程几个毫米,使得有效地覆盖所述本体的固定部分。该螺旋紧固操作很单调且要花相当长的时间来完成。当为使所述环从所述第一锁住位置到第二开锁位置而旋开时,同样产生这样的缺陷。在卡口型的环的情况下,通过所述环抵制着一个弹簧的力的第一向上的平移运动、随后的通过第二限制转动运动来完成将所述扣口锁在该被闭合位置上。在其被释放后,由所述弹簧的弹性力,所述环受到一个微小的反冲运动并且被保持在第一被锁住位置。但是仍然存在由于绳索施加的摩擦力无意中将所述环开锁的可能性。
欧洲专利申请文件826890中描述一种带有一个锁环的锁扣,该锁环围绕所述可转动的扣口转动地被安装。一个球锁(ball-lock)与所述扣口一体并且与所述转动环结合地进行操作以当所述环在行进的端点处被激励时确实地完成将所述锁扣锁定在所述被闭合位置。仅在所述锁被预先受到压制后,才能手动地将所述环旋转地从第一被锁定位置移动到第二开锁位置。因此打开所述被锁定的锁扣的扣口要求第一锁释放操作、所述环到所述第二开锁位置的第二转动运动、及所述扣口到所述打开位置的第三旋转运动。将所述环开锁的所述第二转动运动延长所述锁扣的打开程序并且使锁扣的操作复杂。
也存在一种锁扣,其具有一环,当所述扣口到达所述被闭合位置时,由于返回弹簧的作用,该环将所述扣口的自动地锁住。只要所述扣口被打开,所述环可以转动或滑动并且保持在所述开锁的位置。其自动地返回到在所述扣口的闭合行程的端点的被锁住位置。当所述环在开锁位置和被锁住位置间运动时,能够被观察到所述环的摩擦力可能会防碍扣口的完全闭合,从而损害其安全性。
德国专利申请文件DE 4237263中提及一种锁扣。其带有一个直接操作的锁并且由一个弹簧将其偏置以将扣口锁住在闭合位置上。所述的锁一体地结合在所述扣口内,并且要求一个强的力来开锁以打开该锁扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的包括提高一个带有所述扣口自动锁的锁扣的安全性和其操作。
根据本发明的锁扣特征在于所述锁定部被安装成仅限于在所述栓锁部附近转动,与一个操作环(actuating ring)联合,仅用于打开所述锁扣以将所述扣口旋转到开锁位置,及所述固定的本体的第一端包括用于在所述扣口到达闭合行程的端点之前自动地将所述锁定部开锁的装置。
所述锁定部可以与所述扣口或所述操作环结合为一体,所述操作环在不作用时用于锁住而在作用时用于使所述锁扣开锁。
根据本发明的一个优选地实施例,所述锁定部由折叠成U形的钢丝装置来实现,其与可移动的扣口结合为一体并且包括两个在其端部的偏置的半轴(half-spindle)以形成一个柔性连接。所述锁定部的旋转轴垂直于所述扣口,在所述环的作用下能够快速地手动使锁定部开锁以打开所述扣口。
所述操作环优选地被同轴地滑动安装在所述扣口上,其具有插入的第二返回弹簧,该弹簧将所述锁定部和扣口偏置到所述扣口的被锁住位置。

具体实施方式
在图1到图10中,一个用于攀登和登山的锁扣10包括一个C形金属本体11和一个可移动的扣口12,该扣口被绕着一个位于所述本体11底端的轴13可旋转地安装。所述本体11的顶部第一端设置一个凸固定部14,当由于第一返回弹簧16的作用返回到锁住位置时,其能够与所述扣口12的凹栓锁部啮合。所述凸固定部14表现为例如一个颠倒的T形结构,包括一个短突出部,其以一个帽的形式凸起延伸。在所述凸固定部14的顶部第一端设置一个斜面17。所述扣口12的凹栓锁部15被布置在所述枢转轴13的对面,并且包括一个与所述凸部14的形状配合的凹部。
所述锁扣10拥有一个将所述扣口12自动锁定在所述闭合位置的锁装置18。其包括一个锁住件19,其被安装成通过一个柔性连接而受限于在所述栓锁部15附近转动,当所述扣口12位于所述闭合位置时,该柔性连接将所述部件偏置到一个锁定位置。
例如,所述锁住件19通过一个折叠成U形的钢丝而实现,所述钢丝包括其两端的偏置的半轴20、21。它们径向地接合于所述可移动扣口12的轴座上以形成所述柔性可转动连接。所述锁住件19的枢转轴垂直于所述可移动扣口12而延伸
在所述闭合锁定位置(图1到图4)中,所述锁住件19面对所述凸部件14的突起,所述凸部件14防止当相对所述扣口12的纵向垂直地施加一个推动作用时所述扣口向内的任何转动。一个微小的间隙将所述扣口12和所述折叠的钢丝的中间部分分开,使得当所述锁住件19以较小的摩擦力在锁定位置和不锁定位置之间转动运动,且反之亦然。
所述锁住件19有利地被设置一个抓握装置OP以便于将所述扣口转动运动到开锁位置。所述抓握装置OP可以例如由一个被同轴安装在所述扣口12上滑动的操作环23来形成,其具有一个被插入的第二返回弹簧24,当所述扣口12被闭合时所述弹簧24将所述环23偏置到锁住位置。所述第二返回弹簧24由一个压靠在一个嵌入所述扣口12内的固定挡块25上压簧构成。
为了打开所述扣口12,所述操作环23简单地被向下拉以通过按压一个栓头26使所述锁住件19在与开锁位置(图6和图7)方向的相同方向上手动地转动。通过一个按压动作所述钢丝释放所述凸部分14的突起允许所述扣口12被打开,使所述扣口12绕所述轴13转动到图8所示的打开位置。在该位置,一旦所述手动开锁动作被解除,所述锁住件19就柔性地返回到所述锁定位置(图9)。
随着所述第一返回弹簧16在所述扣口被释放后的扩张,所述可移动的扣口自动地被重新闭合。所述斜面17使得所述锁住件19在所述扣口12到达闭合行进的端点之前自动地向下转动(见图10)。
在该闭合位置(图3和图4),所述锁住件19面对所述凸部件14的突起向上运动以将所述锁扣10锁定在该闭合位置上。
根据本发明另一个实施例的锁扣100如图11到图18所示,其中相同的附图标记用于指示相同或相似的部件。
在本例中,所述锁住件19不是被安装在所述扣口12上,而是与同轴地环绕所述扣口12的所述操作环2结合成一体。
根据图11到图18的所述锁扣100的操作如下。
在所述扣口12的闭合锁定位置(图11到图14),所述操作环23位于升高位置,并且所述锁住件19面对所述凸部件14的突起,其中间具有间隙22。其防止所述扣口12朝着所述本体11的内部的转动运动。该闭合锁定位置是稳定的。
图15表示随着所述操作环23的平移运动(箭头F1)到达所述开锁位置后所述扣口12的闭合的开锁位置。该环23抵制所述第二返回弹簧24的力向下平移并且导致所述锁住件19脱开。
现在可以使得所述扣口12转动(箭头F2)到所述打开位置(图16)。
然后由于所述第二弹簧的释放动作,所述锁住件19随着所述环23平移而移动到所述锁住位置(图17)。
在所述打开的力解除后,所述第一返回弹簧16主动地使可移动扣口12返回到闭合位置(图18)。为了允许该关闭,所述斜面在所述扣口12到达闭合行进的端点之前使所述锁住件19自动地向下转动。
Claims (6)
1.锁扣(10、100),其包括:
固定的C形本体(11),其具有第一端,在该端上设置固定部(14),
扣口(12),其可绕轴(13)在闭合位置和打开位置之间以闭合行程的方式移动,所述轴被布置在靠近所述固定的C形本体(11)的第二端,
第一返回弹簧(16),其通过所述扣口(12)的栓锁部分(15)与所述固定部(14)的啮合将所述扣口(12)偏置到所述闭合位置,
及锁装置(18),其包括可移动锁定部(19),其由柔性装置偏置到锁住位置以自动地将所述扣口(12)锁在闭合位置,
其特征在于所述锁定部(19)被安装成受限制地在所述栓锁部分(15)附近转动,其与操作环(23)联合仅用于打开所述锁扣以将所述扣口(12)旋转到所述打开位置,并且所述固定的C形本体(11)的第一端包括用于在所述扣口到达所述闭合行程的端点之前自动地将所述锁定部(19)开锁的装置,
其中,所述锁定部(19)通过折叠成U形的钢丝装置实现,并且所述钢丝锁定部(19)包括两个在其端部的偏置的半轴(20、21)以形成所述锁定部(19)的柔性返回装置。
