Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于通过环形端子连接的导体的开关设备,该开关设备具有一预先安装的结构组件,该结构组件包括一固定夹(1)和一由该固定夹固定的螺丝及垫圈组件,其与一连接件一起形成一通过环形端子连接导体的夹紧端,该固定夹可以移动于该夹紧端的开启状态和关闭状态之间,并且设置一弹性元件(3),用来当夹紧端被释放时将该固定夹保持在开启状态。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有通过环形端子连接的导体的开关设备,所述开关设备具有一预先安装的结构组件,该结构组件由一固定夹和一由固定夹固定的螺丝及垫圈组件提供,其与一连接件一起形成一通过环形端子连接的导体的夹紧端。
背景技术
DE19614371A1中公开了一种具有一连接夹紧装置的开关设备。此处的连接夹紧装置具有一盖体,其具有多个夹紧螺丝。每一连接夹紧螺丝由一螺丝、一有间隙且可转动安装的L形垫圈和一弹簧片组成。该L形垫圈具有一垫部和一相对于该垫部垂直突伸的导板部。通过所述得导板部引导这些夹紧螺丝,用来关闭和开启一由一连接夹紧条形成的夹紧端。该夹紧端用来通过环形端子来连接导体。在该盖体中每一连接端子螺丝的安装位置处设置一连接爪,该连接爪的尖端使每一连接端子螺丝保持在夹紧端的开启状态。当释放该夹紧端时,为了通过环形端子重新连接一导体,需要通过适当的附加工具将该连接端子螺丝带到一个位置,在该位置上,该连接端子螺丝由该连接爪的尖端保持在开启的状态。该盖体与该连接端子螺丝一起构成一结构组件,该结构组件被卡入该开关设备的外壳中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于如下改善上述的开关设备,从而实现通过环形端子简单而安全地固定连接导体。
该目的通过下述方式实现,该装置可以在夹紧端的开启和关闭状态之间移动,一弹性元件应用于其上以当该固定端被释放时将其保持在开启的状态。在这种情况下,使得不需要使用附加工具就可以在夹紧端被释放时通过环形端子实现导体的重新连接。对于安装有一个显著的优点就是明显地减少了时间以及费用的消耗。
本发明改进的另一优点在于如果结构组件没有提供一盖体,由于在这种情况下夹紧端很容易看见,因此一眼就可知该夹紧端是处于开启状态还是处于关闭状态。
本发明改进的再一优点在于结构组件在安装时通过导槽导向并固定。这样实施不仅保证了安装时安全地导向,而且还保证了较好地固定该结构组件。

具体实施方式
图1示出了处于未安装状态的一固定夹1和一螺丝及垫圈组件2。该固定夹1具有一用于容纳螺丝及垫圈组件2的、与螺丝头相匹配的圆形开口。其配套的安装方向通过箭头a给出。一弹性元件3被沿着图2中箭头b的方向套在一具有卡勾4的下方的突起上。此外该固定夹1具有位于相对侧面上的导槽8,用来将图3所示的预先安装的结构组件5沿箭头c方向推入到具有侧壁7的外壳的一相应构建的连接室中。由此构造了具有导向板14的侧壁7。另外这些导向板14也有利于将结构组件5保持在外壳6中。按图3所示,根据本发明开关设备13的外壳6具有复数个这样的连接室,具有上述外形的结构组件5可以插入到连接室中,用来通过环形端子进行导体连接。包括外壳6和其内插入的结构组件的中的整个单元被称作夹紧装置9(图4)。
图5示出了具有处于安装状态的结构组件5的夹紧装置9的截面图,该结构组件5通过一卡勾10卡入该外壳6中使其无法脱离。在外壳6的底部设置连接件11,其与螺丝及垫圈组件2一起构成一通过环形端子进行导体连接的夹紧端。图5还示出了在夹紧装置被插入开关设备中作为连接模块之前结构组件的位置(替换实施例1)。图6示出了处于开启状态的夹紧端,即给出了装配环形端子的间隙d。
为了将图6所示的螺丝及垫圈组件2在夹紧端保持开启状态,在这种状态可以插入一环形端子,用来电性连接一与该环形端子相连的电导体。该外壳6中提供一窄端12,该弹性元件3被支撑在该窄端12上(替换实施例2)。
图7示出了夹紧装置处于关闭状态,也就是螺丝2旋入了连接件11的螺纹中。
图8示出了贯穿如图5所示的具有卡入的夹紧装置9的开关设备13的截面图,其中弹性元件3被开关设备13压缩。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于通过环形端子连接的导体的开关设备(13),该开关设备(13)具有一预先安装的结构组件(5),该结构组件包括一固定夹(1)和一由该固定夹(1)固定的螺丝及垫圈组件(2),其与一连接件(11)一起形成一通过环形端子连接导体的夹紧端,其特征在于,该固定夹(1)可以移动于该夹紧端的开启状态和关闭状态之间,并且设置一弹性元件(3),用来当夹紧端被释放时将该固定夹保持在开启状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关设备,其特征在于,开关设备,其特征在于,该结构组件(5)不具有盖体
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的开关设备,其特征在于,结构组件(5)在安装时通过导槽(8)导向并固定。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的开关设备,其特征在于,整体的夹紧装置(9)作为一个模块插入开关设备(13)种,该弹性元件(3)在该开关设备(13)中被预先压缩在一窄端上。
