Description
本发明涉及一种把安全元素压印于载体材料表面的压印工具的制造方法,以及具有至少一个安全元素的载体材料。
利用安全元素来配备证券、钞票、身份证、包装材料、箔片、皮革、文件等等来阻止文件或者产品的未经授权的复制是一般习惯的做法。举例来说,标记、专门的信息符号或者背景图案通过印刷施加。为此,所有普通的印刷方法被使用,这些方法例如为胶印(offset printing)、凹刷(gravure)、柔性版印刷(flexo printing)、凹版印刷(recess printing)以及复印方法。或者在视觉上,或者用例如紫外线或者光学解码器的专用选择性的方法,可看见安全元素。这样的结构已经从DE 199 00 856 C2中知道。然而,在那里描述的安全元素仅仅通过凸版印刷形成。
证券以及钞票同样设有安全元素,其中该安全元素压印在纸上,或者在造纸时把安全元素嵌入其中。压印阻止了证券的复制,并能通过直观方式轻易地查验。对于更深的压印,例如用于证券的无墨凹凸压印(blindembrossing),触摸查验同样也能进行。然而,这些粗糙/印刷图案没有高防伪性。先进的机械工程可容易制造压印工具。
从用于热塑箔片压痕的压印应用中可得知,利用激光雕刻压花辊,可显示高折射结构。该效果可用于制造从不同视角和/或在光学仪器辅助下看得见的信息。
对于传统的压印工具制造工艺,使用多步骤制造方法。借助于例如照相术或者全息术等复制方法,用于压印图案的模板传递到滚筒。为此,感光层涂敷到滚筒上。于是曝光经由写入仪器直接地发生,或者经由穿过透明膜的曝光而发生。在以下处理步骤期间,滚筒表面在裸露部分用腐蚀剂除去。另外一种复制方法把例如水平全息结构的现存结构经由压印过程传递给压印工具。对于这些操作,通常一些人工活动是必要的,这导致高制造成本,同时为精确复制设置了限制。这同样地应用于只有人工的方法中,例如铜版或者钢版雕刻中,这更具有较长的处理时间。
本发明的目的是提供一种把安全元素压印于载体材料表面的压印工具的制造方法,其中该方法可用于形成具有高清晰度结构的安全元素,而该高清晰度结构不能利用普通机械工具来复制。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的方法来解决。有用的方案作为从属权利要求的主题。具有特殊安全元素的载体材料在权利要求1中限定。
根据本发明,利用把安全元素压印于载体材料表面的压印工具的制造方法,意在最初形成用于安全元素的三维数字化模板,然后把数字数据转换到该压印工具上。在所有的处理步骤期间,模板用计算机形成。借此,就算在多年以后,模板不但不会有老化过程,还能在任何时候修改。根据本发明技术,结构能在几纳米范围雕刻。与例如全息术的普通方法相比,用此方法还能处理更大面积。经由控制,任何几何形状能雕刻成为表面结构。该数字数据能在任何识别度(discretion)下被标定(scaled),这提供了具成本效益的可能性,以令安全元素精确地符合要求。由于具有因数字处理而产生的多个修改可能性,隐藏信息只得用正确的密码来读取。
真伪查验通过专用的解码器来进行,以确保钥匙-锁技术安全。产品上的信息不能在形成锁的安全元素内被检测到。信息只有用适当的钥匙才看得见。如果钥匙和锁彼此分布在产品上,则可能的伪造者必须也制造钥匙。
在有用的设计后,数字数据经由激光束转印在压印工具上,这能使压印工具形成三维结构。数字处理同样允许完美地进行无缝转移。与此相反,利用现有技术工艺,起始点几乎不能隐蔽。激光加工允许形成具有精确几何形状以及锋利边缘的表面结构,起容许高折射。这使得安全元素清楚可见。扫描仅仅导致相当多的质量损耗。因此不能复制该安全元素。利用蚀刻技术,边缘将被修圆。本发明避免了这个缺陷。
转印可在单个步骤的过程中实现。借此,该压印工具可容易和在具成本效益情况下制造,同时该转印能集成到现有工艺中。
因此,该方法同样包括这样的可能性,即把用于深度可变说明或者设计压印的数据转印到压印工具与转引用于安全元素的数据同时进行。这在传统的压印机以及传统印刷机上在一个步骤中是不能出现的。

该压印工具由一对包括凸模(patrice)和凹模(matrice)的滚筒组成。

利用本发明,形成具有至少一个安全元素的载体材料,在这里安全元素包含数字产生的三维细微结构。该载体材料可以是金属或者合成的表面,但它此外还包括皮革以及针织表面,这些表面均是不易印刷。

用作现有技术钥匙的衍射光栅以及衍射元件的制造需要更多工具,而这些工具可用机械制造。激光结构允许压印滚筒例如以凸模和凹模形式制造,用于钥匙的旋转压印。与传统的一个比特一个比特地制造钥匙比较,这产生相当多的经济利益。正如没有安全元素的商品那样,对于相同数量,锁和钥匙可以在几乎相同价格下制造。
不论单独地还是以任何结合方式,在前面描述、在附图以及在权利要求中公开的本发明特性对实现本发明是必需的。
Claims (8)
1.一种把安全元素压印于载体材料表面的压印工具的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
a)形成用于安全元素的三维数字化模板,以及
b)把数字数据转印到压印工具。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为转印经由激光束发生。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为转印在单个步骤过程中进行。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为用于说明或者设计压印的数据与用于安全元素的数据同时转印到压印工具上。
5.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为用于说明或者设计压印的数据以无缝和连续不断的方式转印到压印圆柱上。
6.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征为该压印工具由一对包括凸模(counter)和凹模(matrix)的滚筒组成。
7.具有至少一个安全元素的载体材料,其特征为该安全元素包含数字产生的三维细微结构。
8.根据权利要求6的载体材料,其特征为具有金属或者合成表面。
