Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种带内层的可膨胀和可扩张瓣膜气囊式支架(该支架是可扩张的,并且其内层是可膨胀或可扩张的,气囊是可膨胀的和可收缩的),该支架将置入脉管内以起到瓣膜的作用。
从而所述支架在其较小尺寸时置入,然后扩张,以达到指定脉管的尺寸;然后气囊用适当的物质例如二氧化碳、生理盐水、空气进行膨胀。
除了中心气囊,近侧开口可以是可膨胀的。
在更简单的情况下,罩状结构安装在可扩张式支架上——在一侧具有一较狭窄的开口,而另一侧的罩子(狭窄的部分是可膨胀的)以及一可膨胀的球囊是封闭的。这个球囊起到瓣膜的作用。
图1示出了本发明的概图。
为了该目的,心肺手术中所普遍使用的金属可扩张支架可以改变成这种新形状。在罩内移动的气囊可以由任何可膨胀且非活性的组织例如类似于普通手术中的瓣膜切开术气囊制备。
在这个瓣膜气囊支架的移位过程中,原先损坏的不起作用的瓣膜可以被压扁(将新瓣膜准确地置于旧瓣膜处)。
这个手术通过在导管插入手术室的导管介入术来进行。当其它选择方案是令人担心的时,该手术允许紧急并永久地置换瓣膜。
因此本发明人期望改革现有技术。由于能够通过导管可膨胀瓣膜置换而没有死亡率地实施,所以无疑使得对一些简单以及复杂的心脏机能障碍进行外科校正变得不再需要,或者至少将所述外科校正延缓到能够以更低死亡率进行的时候。
现有技术的状况:
进行外科手术以用他人的、动物的或金属的瓣膜取代不起作用的瓣膜具有其固有的高成本、高风险和问题。通过导管插入术来固定动物源瓣膜(animal origin valve)。
现有技术存在的问题:
对于瓣膜置换,存在外科手术的高成本以及相关风险等问题。
放置后,在对瓣膜的处理中不具有柔韧性。
瓣膜本身成本高。
本发明的新颖处在于:
通过介入导管术获得与外科手术相同的结果。
在放置过程中以及放置之后,在瓣膜维护中具有柔韧性。
避免外科手术的风险和成本。
如何才能利用本发明?
选定一家生产普通血管支架的选定公司,在与发明人达成协议之后,所述公司将其某些支架改进为采用我建议的新设计及内层的支架。
Claims (6)
1.将可膨胀和/或可收缩和/或可控制的内层加在(医疗用或非医疗用)支架上,从而用作瓣膜控制所通过液体或气体流,
a.这包括任何形式的支架,包括但不限于医疗用或非医疗用的金属的、塑料的、完全可膨胀或与之相反的支架,
