技术领域
本发明涉及一种能用作例如压缩机的回转式机器。
背景技术
已知的板型的回转式机器包括有圆柱孔的定子、端壁和用于供液体进、出的通道。以离心方式安装的转子具有径向的槽,板子能在槽内往复移动。板子的外沿在定子的孔中滑动,并因离心力或弹簧或液体的过大压力而把自己压向定子的孔。
向外的板子和沿定子的圆柱孔和端壁的侧边之间的必要的相对速度是现有技术的主要缺点。其导致安装在槽内的平板因摩擦而损失能量并快速损坏。
为排除此缺点,有人试图把各种轴承设在板子的外缘。
这类轴承使定子的设计更复杂。
一种样机是有回转轴衬的回转式压缩机,其包括中间框及侧框,侧框有入口及出口。把转子偏心地设在中间框的自由地回转的轴衬里。转子有滑动闸板。当转子转动,滑动闸板使轴衬转动。此样机的特点是把高度压缩的空气的部分通过通道送到轴衬,以使轴衬自由地且容易地回转。
这些改进降低了板子沿机壳孔滑动的速度,减少摩擦并相应地提高了效率。然而,在轴衬与壳孔之间的滑动摩擦,这个主要缺点仍存在。为减轻此缺点而把压缩的空气送到轴衬,但并不能有效地解决问题,因为轴衬是不平衡的并受各种力影响,因此空气衬层不能有效地解决问题。此外,当该机器作空气压缩机而在转子的较高转速增压空气时,就气流动力学而言,在压缩机的两端的入口及出口的表现不利,特别是对机壳的大轴形而言。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在机器当作超载压缩机而在较高的转速运作时提升机器的效率。
为达上述目的,依据本发明的权利要求1的特点达成上述的目的。本发明提供一种回转式压缩机,其包括:
一个机壳,其有若干入口及出口;
一个自由地回转的轴衬,其有若干纵向的开口,并被设在该机壳里;及
一个转子,其有若干滑动闸板,并偏心地被设在该轴衬里,在该机壳里有轴承来承载该转子,该机壳的入口与该轴衬的转动方向相切。
为解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供的回转式压缩机包括一个机壳,该机壳有入口及出口;在机壳里设有一个自由地回转的轴衬,其有纵向的开口;一个有滑动闸板的转子偏心地设于其上;依本发明,把回转式轴衬设在机壳里在轴承上,在机壳的入口与该轴衬的转动方向相切,且轴衬有纵向的开口。
该问题的另一解决方法是使轴衬的开口沿着机壳的入口方向而扩展。
该问题也可通过使在轴衬上的开口形成螺线形而得到解决。
该问题也可通过螺线形槽的特殊布置而得到解决,该特殊布置是为复杂压缩而设在轴承开口之间的若干螺线形槽,其设在轴衬的外表面上。
该问题的另一解决方法是机壳上的油箱和轴承通过通道相连,允许油从一侧流到另一侧。
把回转式轴衬设在轴承上,就能减少在轴衬的外表面上的负荷,避免滑动闸板的不均衡的负荷,并使在轴衬与机壳之间的空隙在任何方向维持相同。又,使在机壳上的入口与轴衬回转方向相切,就能用气流的动能以增加压缩机运作效率。这是因为在高空气消耗下,空气得到高速气流,且若此气流停在端壁并把其运动方向改成环绕压缩机的轴的圆的方向,这意味着气流动能的浪费。
为维持入口在机壳的周边,在回转式轴衬上的开口应纵向排列。
当在回转式轴衬上的开口沿螺线设置时,就更有效率。在此例中,滑动闸板平顺运作。此外,如此安排在回转式轴衬上的开口,能增加它们的开放流动面积。
把复杂压缩所用的螺线形槽做在与机壳的内孔相接触的轴衬外表面上,就能提升压缩机运作的效率,因为消除了空气从回转式轴衬与机壳的内孔之间的空隙流失。

具体实施方式
回转式压缩机包括机壳1,其有内孔2。以若干轴承3把自由地回转的轴衬4设在内孔2里。有滑动闸板6的转子5偏心地被设在轴衬4里。若干入口7与若干出口8在机壳1上。油箱9在机壳1的底部。回转式轴衬4有若干开口10给气流用。油箱9通过通道11与轴承腔相连。复杂压缩所用的若干沟12在轴衬4的表面上。依已知技术(未示出)来密封轴承腔。
回转式压缩机的运作如下所述。在转子5的强制转动下,滑动闸板6因离心力而把自己压向轴衬4的内面。轴衬4能向机壳1及转子5转动。这是滑动闸板6带动轴衬4的原因。在这些条件下,转子5的偏心的设置与滑动闸板6在机壳里的移动,使空气加压流到出口8。空气通过入口7而流入机壳1。在高速回转时,气流变得重要,这是压缩机的入口7须与轴衬回转相切的原因。若在这种情况下,,则压缩机另外使用空气动态压力,且会使压缩机效率显著增加。因为相同的理由并为滑动闸板6的更平顺的运作,开口10被做成扩展形的,并在轴衬4的外表面上沿螺线设置。如此做成开口10,使在滑动闸板6之间的腔能与入口7及出口8连续地交换空气。
在轴衬4高速回转时,也设置在轴衬4的外表面上的槽12开始工作,进行复杂压缩,因此,具有一些空隙地把轴衬4设在机壳1里,就能大幅地减少摩擦并增加压缩机效率。
这些总结的显著特点允许压缩机在更大空气容积时增加其运作效率。
申请人已完成所有工作,像设计、蓝图发展、雏形建立及测试。

Claims (5)

1.一种回转式压缩机,其特征在于,包括:
一个机壳,其有若干入口及出口;
一个自由地回转的轴衬,其有若干纵向的开口,并被设在该机壳里;及
一个转子,其有若干滑动闸板,并偏心地被设在该轴衬里,在该机壳里有轴承来承载该转子,该机壳的入口与该轴衬的转动方向相切。
2.如权利要求1所述的回转式压缩机,其中,该轴衬的开口沿着该机壳的入口扩展。
3.如权利要求1所述的回转式压缩机,其中,该轴衬的开口形成螺线形。
4.如权利要求1所述的回转式压缩机,其中,该轴衬有若干槽在其表面上,在该轴衬的开口之间,供复杂压缩所用。
5.如权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的回转式压缩机,其中,该机壳有一个油箱及若干轴承腔,通过通道相连而让油流过。
