公知的是,传送带由循环的延续带组成,它部分地由设置在带的两个彼此相对端区上的转向辊支承。迄今为止,在带式传输机上为此还在使用单独的导向辊,以防止带侧向偏移。延续的传送带大多由在橡胶和/或者塑料之间带有织物的复合材料组成并包括用于加固的织物、针织物或者钢夹层,以及根据用途具有一个或者多个牵引载体,用于提高出现负荷的方向上的断裂强度。延续带(无端循环带)的产生导致形成带的两个相对末端的至少一个连接部位。
自动扶梯、升降梯或者类似应用的扶手作为用于人员运输的安全部件使用。为此扶手必须使乘客可靠地握住并适应工作期间的动负荷或环境影响,而与此同时不受到损坏。从现有技术中公知的延续循环扶手具有不同的连接可能性并为满足这些要求通常由大量不同的材料构成。可由乘客接触的扶手表面通常由弹性体混合物组成。扶手面层此外还保护处于其下面的部件不受各种环境影响并因此必须在这些影响下具可靠性。为提高扶手横截面的尺寸稳定性,通常使用例如织物、织物线、短纤维加固的混合物等加固衬层,以期望扶手具有尽可能长的使用寿命。
此外,扶手在其横截面上包括用于吸收纵向力的所谓牵引载体,它在接合区内也必须具有确定的最低抗断强度。
最后,所谓的滑动层构成了扶手与扶手导轨或与扶手传动系统的接触面。
公知的还有采用塑料挤压法制造的牵引件。
所有这些部件的共同之处在于具有这种特性,即在弯曲的情况下这些部件承受与中性轴线具有最大距离的特别强的负荷。
如果在此方面从一个具有所提到的C形横截面的开放式型材出发,那么可以看出,主要是外露部位处的织物层承受特别高的负荷。已知的负荷是极其不同频率的交变弯曲,其中,弯曲半径可以是部件高度一位数的数倍。这些弯曲在所施加的轴向应力下产生。此处主要要求的柔性和尺寸稳定性必须处于很小的规定公差范围内,因为部件必须符合严格的安全规定。
部件的最大刚性在前述弯曲半径下不可以导致超出公差或低于公差的情况而造成极端的应力状态,其中,这种3维空间作用的力被传导到复合材料最薄弱的部位上。这些薄弱部位一般在接合/拼接所处的部位-特别是对于织物层-到处可见。
为应对这种状况,公知现有技术中已经提出了复杂的拼接结构以减少可能的损害部位。例如将织物幅的两个末端斜切和在一区域内重叠并在该重叠区内例如通过粘接相互连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于延长带状牵引件的使用寿命。本发明的另一目的还在于,将由于织物连接部位上的断裂而造成牵引件工作时的停机率降低至最低。
本发明的目的各自通过开头所述用于输送装置的延续的带状牵引件得以实现,其中,在连接部位处,在两个末端之间以与牵引件纵向延伸成角度α地设置一个嵌件,其中,所述至少一个加固层的末端与嵌件重叠设置;该目的还通过一种开头所述的输送装置、通过一种用于制造延续的带状牵引件的方法以及上述部件的应用得以实现,其中,为在连接部位上处接好延续带,在加固层的两个末端之间以与牵引件纵向延伸成角度α地插入一个嵌件,其中,至少一个加固层的各末端与嵌件重叠设置并连接。具有优点的是,牵引件的使用寿命得到明显延长,因为连接部位可以承受更高的机械负荷并由此保证很高的工作可靠性。此外具有优点的是,无论是高柔性还是尺寸稳定性均保证处于牵引件的最终规定的公差范围内。
此外具有优点的是,角度α从一下限25°、最好30°、特别是35°和一上限75°、最好70°、特别是65°的范围中选择,特别是为45°,由此在考虑到出现的负荷的情况下提高牵引件的抗断强度。
在一种实施方式中,嵌件的宽度从一下限3cm、最好5cm、特别是10cm和一上限环形无限大、最好2m、特别是50cm的范围中选择,特别是为15cm,由此在牵引件的整个长度上实现牵引件横截面尽可能均匀的厚度并从中产生一种规则表面,从而改善牵引件特别是扶手的触摸感。
在牵引件的进一步结构中,重叠的宽度从一下限3mm、最好5mm、特别是8mm和一上限1m、最好50cm、特别是10cm的范围中选择,特别是为12mm,由此仅在与牵引件的整个长度相比较短的长度上形成一种与嵌件和加固件末端相关的多层牵引件设置,并由此使牵引件的高度仅略有增加。
此外具有优点的是,重叠区处于织物层和弹性体之间,特别是处于牵引件安装状态下看不见的面上,但最好处于朝向一传动装置的面上,由此可以额外提高抗断强度从而提高牵引件的使用寿命。
加固层可以至少分区地为滑动层或刚性层,由此一方面改善牵引件在传动装置上的连续运动或将牵引件的可变形性保持在限度之内并因此保证尺寸的稳定性。此外的优点是,通过设置滑动层使相对于导向装置的滑动摩擦不致过高,但对传动装置的静摩擦却又足够。
此外具有优点的是,加固层至少分区地由织物和/或针织物构成,由此可以平衡高机械负荷或承受高负荷,并因此提高牵引件的断裂强度却又不影响牵引件的柔性。
在进一步结构中,滑动层至少分区地由例如聚酰胺、聚酯等合成纤维和/或由例如棉花这种天然纤维或者它们的混合物组成的织物构成,由此一方面相对于导向装置的滑动摩擦不致过高,但另一方面对传动装置的静摩擦却又足够。
此外具有优点的是,加固层在一个连续的织物幅的两个末端之间形成,由此可以将连接部位的数量保持在尽可能低的程度上并因此使潜在的断裂部位降到最少。此外的优点是,可以简化牵引件的制造并因此降低成本。
优点还有:加固层与导向装置或者传动装置形成接触,由此一方面可以保证高度尺寸的稳定性,而另一方面无需设置传动装置和加固层之间的附加部件便能带动带状牵引件。
在进一步结构中,织物由经纱和纬纱构成,由此形成的延续的带状牵引件可承受更高负荷。此外在此方面的优点是,例如通过为加固件和嵌件使用相同的织物可以预先确定加固层和嵌件的经纱方向设置。
依据进一步的结构,在嵌件和加固层之间设置至少一个中间层,特别是一个中间板,由此可以在牵引件的两个端部之间设置一个附加的连接件,从而改善连接并且更加坚固耐久。
在另一实施方式中,至少一个加固件的相对的末端带有齿纹,由此改善了在牵引件整个长度上运动能量的力锁合和/或形锁合传递并由此可以提高连接部位的抗断强度。
牵引载体可以是钢绳、钢板或者芳族聚酰胺线或者此类材料,由此可以吸收作用于牵引件上的纵向力。此外可能的是,它们还可以作为用于传动装置的作用点而加固地构造。
优点还有:在牵引件的内部和/或上面设置磁性的或可磁化的部件,因为这样可以使用一种传动装置,其中,其可以去掉牵引件的大部分连接件和大部分机械运动部件。
此外,牵引件至少部分由聚合物材料构成,例如像TPE这种热塑性弹性体,例如TPE-U、TPE-V、TPE-O、TPE-S、TPE-A、TPE-E等,或者由像橡胶、胶乳这种弹性体构成,由此可以低成本制造牵引件,而且这些材料在与本发明的结合下可以延长牵引件的使用寿命。
依据一种进一步的结构,牵引载体和/或至少加固层和/或热塑性弹性体或塑料通过挤压硫化或者通过挤压制造,由此牵引件的形状仅有很小公差。此外,与此同时还可以使牵引件的各组成部分具有良好的稳定性。
在该方法的进一步结构中,嵌件由加固层构成,特别是通过将它的一个端切分下来而制成,这样的结果是,延续的带状牵引件有更高的承受负荷能力,因为加固层和嵌件的经纱同样包括角度α或者由于可以不用加固层的附加构件而简化了牵引件制造的仓库管理工作。
优点还有:加固层的末端与嵌件粘接和/或缝合和/或焊接和/或熔接和/或夹紧,由此提高了牵引件的抗断强度并因此提供一种可与不同实际情况相适配的通用连接方式,从而牵引件可以直接安装在其使用地点上,而且连接部位必要时可卸开。
具有优点的是,上述延续的带状牵引件作为传送带的应用,特别是用于带式输送机,或作为扶手用于自动扶梯或者升降梯,由此提供一种具有很长使用寿命、高度工作可靠性的系统。

具体实施方式
首先确定的是,在所介绍的不同实施方式中,相同的部件具有相同的附图标记或相同的部件名称,其中,全部说明中所包括的公开内容依据意义可以用在具有相同附图标记或相同部件名称的相同部件上。直接描述以及示出的附图涉及到了说明中所选择的位置数据(位置说法),例如像上面、下面、侧面等等,上述数据(说法)在位置变化时依据其意义可用在新的位置上。此外,所示和所述不同实施例中的单个特征或者特征组合本身也可以是独立的、有独创性的或者依据本发明的解决方案。
图1示出延续的带状牵引件1的一部分,其中,示意出了牵引件1的两个末端之间的连接部位2的详图。
牵引件1由一种弹性体,特别是一种热塑性弹性体组成,在其上面或内部设置至少一个加固层,特别是与该弹性体连接。需要时,为提高可由牵引件1吸收的力,例如像抗断强度,在弹性体上或者最好在弹性体内设置至少一个牵引载体3(图1中未示出)。
通常上述加固层制造为延续带结构并因此具有两个彼此相对的末端,为制造成延续的牵引件1它们必须相互连接。
可由织物构成的加固层的两个相对的末端称为A1段4和A2段5。如果加固层连续地形成,所示加固层的A1段4和A2段5也可以由一个连续的织物幅(织物带料)制成,由此A1段4与A2段5相同,也就是仅存在一个A1段4或者A2段5。
依据本发明,在A1段4和A2段5之间设置一个嵌件6。
上述加固层的各个A1段4和A2段5的长度比可自由选择,也就是说,A1段4可以大于嵌件6或嵌件6可以大于A1段4。这一点同样适用于A2段5。
对此需要说明的是,如上所述,加固层可以多体式构成,从中产生多个连接部位2,而且各段的长度数据与上述多体性相关。
上述加固层至少可以分区形成为滑动层7。
也可以使用针织物、编织物等取代织物加固层。
图1所描述的织物由纵向分布的纬纱9和与其横向分布的经纱8组成,它们最好彼此成直角。也可以设想其他的角度关系,例如像彼此呈菱形的经纱和纬纱8、9,这样,不应将最好直角理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
嵌件6最好也由经纱和纬纱8、9构成的织物组成。依据本发明,该件以相对于牵引件纵向延伸或经纱方向成角度α插入。
在A1段4或A2段5和嵌件6之间,在各自朝向A1段4或A2段5的面上构成一个重叠区10。
A1段4和A2段5与嵌件6之间的重叠区10的宽度可以变化,但最好从一下限3mm、最好5mm、特别是8mm和一上限1m、最好50cm、特别是10cm的范围中选择,特别是可以为12mm。
如图2所示,在A1段4或A2段5之间的重叠区10内可以插入一个中间板11。该中间板11充当嵌件6与A1段4和A2段5之间的附加连接件。中间板11例如可以是一个橡胶层或一个由例如像NR、CR、SBR、T-PES这些任意的弹性体或热塑性材料组成的板。作为可选择的粘结剂,例如也可以使用例如像环氧基、甲基丙烯酸基、聚氨酯基等的其他粘弹性粘结剂。作为对这种粘接类型的附加或者另外的选择,A1段4和A2段5与嵌件6的连接也可以通过缝制接合、焊接、熔接和/或夹紧构成。这种拼接连接方式既可以在传统交联弹性体制成的扶手上使用,也可以在热塑性弹性体制成的扶手上使用。
织物件的纱线既可以由例如像聚酰胺、聚酯等合成纤维和/或也可以由例如像棉花、剑麻、大麻这种天然纤维制造。
在A1段4和A2段5的边缘与嵌件6的边缘之间构成一个角度β。角度β的尺寸可以变化,其中,它最好从一上限小于90°、特别是45°和一下限30°、最好35°、特别是45°的范围中选择。
牵引件纵轴线和嵌件纵轴线之间的角称为角度α。在一种优选的实施方案中角度α为45°,其中,可能会例如由于切割技术这种生产技术上的原因出现微小的偏差。A1段4和A2段5的经纱方向和嵌件6的经纱方向同样相互成角度α。该角度α的数值最好小于90°。
通过依据本发明的连接方法连接的延续的带状牵引件1可以如图3所示作为用于自动扶梯、升降梯和这类装置的扶手使用。对这种扶手,通常使用例如由钢绳/钢带和/或芳族聚酰胺线组成的上述牵引载体3。此外,需要时也可以设置例如像刚性内置层、滑动层7等这种附加的织物层,其中,这些层也可以通过上述的加固层构成。
作为弹性体可以使用聚合物材料,例如像TPE这种热塑性弹性体,例如TPE-U、TPE-V、TPE-O、TPE-S、TPE-A、TPE-E等或者像橡胶、各种各样的胶乳等。
扶手的这种结构在EN 115中作为“用于乘客把持的同步带”定义。
上述滑动层7一方面可以在导向装置上运行并由此至少局部与该装置直接接触,而另一方面滑动层7也可与牵引件传动装置接触。
滑动层7在纵向上,也就是在传送方向上,可以具有一定的挠弹性,以改善牵引件1的柔性。滑动层7一方面相对于导向装置具有较小的滑动摩擦系数,而另一方面相对于传动装置却又具有足够高的静摩擦系数,以保证牵引件1的顺利传动。
A1段4和A2段5的末端或嵌件6的边界必须没有平滑的边缘,而是例如可以具有齿纹,由此使A1织物段4和A2织物段5或嵌件6的边缘更好地啮合。
为改善牵引件1和传动装置之间的接触,可在牵引件1内插入磁性的或可磁化的部件。
牵引件1也可以包括一牵引载体3,其用于吸收通过传动装置作用于牵引件1上的纵向力。牵引载体3具有确定的最低抗断强度。做为这种牵引载体3的材料,根据传动装置的情况可能是不同的材料,例如像钢、芳族聚酰胺线、钢带等。牵引载体3可以为一体式或者也可以例如通过至少接近传送方向上彼此平行设置的钢丝件为多体式构成。牵引载体3既可以设置在牵引件1的内部,也可以设置在其上。
也可以大量使用按照现有技术的扶手上用于提高尺寸稳定性的其他加固内置层,如织物线或类似物,从而既不会增大也不会减少横截面。为此以有利的方式既避免了在与导向装置接触时的噪音形成,也避免过量的热形成,从而可以尽可能地防止由此产生的传动问题和最终导致的牵引件1损坏。此外,通过避免增大牵引件1还可以防止个别乘客被牵引件1和引导该牵引件的装置之间产生的间隙夹住。
上述滑动层7至少在牵引件1的大部分上延伸。
为对牵引件1进行动态检测,使用一种在空调室内特意为此开发的装置。检测过程在为具有C形横截面的柔性纵长型材专门开发的具有不同弯曲直径的试验台上进行。试验台上的型材长度约为17m。试验台配有4个轮子,其中,2个轮子的直径为780mm,另两个轮子的直径为550mm,还配有直径为70mm并有一辊弧度(r-450mm;辊直径为70mm)的辊子。检测速度为5m/sec。无论是在正弯曲时还是在负弯曲时,最小弯曲半径均为275mm,弯曲频率为0.2Hz,这也相当于每分钟弯曲12次。测试总计为150万次的弯曲循环,条件为:臭氧浓度20pphm、型材内的预张力2000N、环境温度45℃和相对空气湿度90%。借助于该检验台检测牵引件1的依据本发明的连接部位2能承受多少弯曲循环。在此方面情况表明,依据本发明的连接的弯曲循环数可以远远大于由现有技术所知的牵引件1的数值。利用依据本发明的延续的带状牵引件1,检侧时间超过2000小时,其中尚未发现连接部位2有磨损现象。
嵌件6既可以从下面也可以从上面插入。在一种优选的实施方案中,织物件如图3所示设置在外面,也就是向着导轨或牵引件1的底面12设置。在一种可选择的实施方案中,嵌件6可以设置在与A1段4重叠区10内的内部并设置在与A2段5重叠区10内的外面,或者也可以反过来。不言而喻,也可以设想嵌件6仅设置在内部,也就是向着弹性体设置。
取代织物层也可以设置针织物。为提高针织物的抗拉强度,该针织物例如可以敷设到一细网上面并随后装入牵引件1内或者其上。
上述实施例表明了牵引件1可能的实施方案,其中,在这里应当注意的是,本发明并不局限于所介绍的特定实施方案,而是确切地说各个实施方案彼此间也可以进行各种组合,而且这些变型方案能够由本领域普通技术人员基于本发明所给出的技术手段的教导而得出。因此,通过对所示和所述实施方案的各细节进行组合可能设想得到的全部实施方案都同时包括在保护范围之内,对此不再赘述。
上述实施例表明了牵引件1可能的实施方案,其中,在这里应当注意的是,本发明并不局限于所介绍的特定实施方案,而是确切地说各个实施方案彼此间也可以进行各种组合,而且这些变型方案能够由本领域普通技术人员基于本发明所给出的技术手段的教导而得出。因此,通过对所示和所述实施方案的各细节进行组合可能设想得到的全部实施方案都同时包括在保护范围之内。
最后需要指出的是,为更好地理解牵引件1的结构,这些牵引件或其组成部分局部未按比例和/或放大和/或缩小地示出。

Claims (23)

1.用于输送装置的延续的带状牵引件(1),其带有至少一个连接部位(2),并包括一种弹性体特别是一种交联的和/或热塑性的弹性体、至少一个加固层和需要时包括至少一个牵引载体(3),其中,在所述至少一个连接部位(2)处设置所述至少一个加固层的两个未端,其特征在于,在连接部位(2)处,在所述两个末端之间以与牵引件纵向延伸成角度α地设置一个嵌件(6),其中,所述至少一个加固层的各末端与所述嵌件(6)重叠设置。
2.按权利要求1所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,所述角度α从一下限25°、最好30°、特别是35°和一上限75°、最好70°、特别是65°的范围中选择,特别是为45°。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,嵌件(6)的宽度从一下限3cm、最好5cm、特别是10cm和一上限为无限大,最好2m、特别是50cm的范围中选择,特别是为15cm。

8.按权利要求1-7之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,滑动层(7)至少分区地具有由例如聚酰胺、聚酯等合成纤维和/或由例如棉花这种天然纤维或者它们的混合物组成的织物。
9.按权利要求1-8之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,加固层在一个连续的织物幅的两个末端之间形成。
10.按权利要求1-9之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,加固层与一导向装置或者传动装置形成接触。
11.按权利要求1-10之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,所述织物由经纱和纬纱(8、9)构成。
12.按权利要求1-11之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,在嵌件(6)和加固层之间设置至少一个中间层,特别是一个中间板(11)。

16.按权利要求1-15之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,该牵引件至少部分由聚合物材料构成,例如像TPE这种热塑性弹性体,例如TPE-U、TPE-V、TPE-O、TPE-S、TPE-A、TPE-E等,或者由像橡胶、胶乳这种弹性体构成。
17.按权利要求1-16之一所述的延续的带状牵引件(1),其特征在于,牵引载体(3)和/或至少加固层和/或热塑性弹性体/塑料通过挤压硫化或者通过挤压制造。
18.输送装置,其带有一循环的延续的带状牵引件(1)和一与牵引件(1)作用连接的传动装置,其特征在于,所述延续的带状牵引件(1)是按权利要求1-17之一构造的。
19.用于制造延续的带状牵引件(1)的方法,其中,用一种弹性体制造牵引件型材,在该牵引件型材的上面或内部设置一个加固层并将它们随后通过热处理相互连接,其特征在于,为在连接部位(2)处形成延续带,在加固层的两个末端之间以与牵引件纵向延伸成角度α地插入一个嵌件(6),其中,至少一个加固层的各末端与嵌件(6)重叠设置并连接。
20.按权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,嵌件(6)由加固层构成,特别是通过将它的一个端件切分下来而构成。
21.按权利要求19或20所述的方法,其特征在于,加固层的末端与嵌件(6)粘接和/或缝合和/或焊接和/或熔接和/或夹紧。
22.延续的带状牵引件(1)作为传送带的应用,特别是用于带式输送机。
