Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造塑料管的方法和设备,其中,不同的定径套筒(20)可装入到一个定径室(3)中。在这里或可以切断管条(10)并将定径套筒(20)轴向通过管(10)插入到定径室(3)中,或使挤出生产线以低速行程操作并将定径套筒(20)周围嵌接管(10)和插入定径室(3)中,为此定径套筒(20)例如分成一些部分以便围绕管(10)设置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照主要权利要求的前序部分所述的用于制造塑料管的方法并且涉及一种按照权利要求4的前序部分所述的用于制造塑料管的设备。
背景技术
由EP 1 165 550 B1已知一种设置,亦即一种制造塑料管的设备和方法,其具有一个挤出系统在其中在连续的操作中可以改变管直径。通过该挤出生产线的应用提高生产率、降低人员花费和减少生产废物,其还可缩短交货期而无需耗费很大的仓库管理。
在这方面管头的喷嘴和芯棒构成圆锥形的。通过改变芯棒的轴向位置可以精确地校准挤出的管的壁厚和直径。
在一个邻接管头的真空吸取容器内,其中设有测量装置,其根据要求的管外径调整在吸取容器中支配的真空,将管形的熔体条校准到亦即吸取到要求的外径。在这里邻接一个定径室,在其中实现熔体条和已部分地时效硬化的管的外径的精确的定径。将这样定径的管导入一个真空定径浴室中,后者配备一个适合的终端密封件。
发明内容
该已知的装置已在实际中应用,并且本发明的目的在于,简化在定径室内耗费相当大构成的定径笼。按照本发明的第一实施形式,在挤出生产线停工期间切断熔体条并且从此时起用另一具有另一内径的定径套筒取代已存在于定径室内的定径套筒。
在本发明的另一实施形式中,优先考虑使挤出生产线以低速行程操作并且在挤出生产线的操作过程中可以实现在定径室内定径套筒的更换而无需断开和切断已挤出的管。在这种情况下定径套筒周围嵌接管并且为此采用剖分的定径套筒。
实际上的设备的各有利的实施形式说明于从属权利要求4至11中。

具体实施方式
图1可看到一个可调整的管头1,它朝生产方向看连接到一个图中未示出的挤出机上。一个真空吸取容器2邻接可调整的管头1,该真空吸取容器配备有一个真空接头5,在其中设有测量装置,其根据要求的管外径调整在吸取容器中支配的真空,从而将管形的熔体流校准到亦即吸取到要求的外径,其中在真空吸取容器2内已可以实现熔体条的一种预冷却。在真空吸取容器2内结合可调整的管可以调整一个精确的管壁厚,其中可以根据管的外径改变管壁厚。
一个定径室3邻接真空吸取容器2。在其中实现熔体条和已部分地时效硬化的管的外径的精的定径。
然后在一个朝生产方向看与其邻接的真空定径浴室4中,通过喷水实现塑料管的冷却和时效硬化,其中在图中可看出一个进水口6和一个排水口7。此外一个真空接头8连接到真空定径浴室4上并且处于真空定径浴室4中的管10沿托辊11运行,其也可以称为定径辊并且可以调整到要求的管直径。管10的表面是软硬的并且通过一个真空密封件9离开真空定径浴室4,真空密封件9或自动地符合管直径或根据校准的管尺寸进行调整。在真空密封件9中,可以设置一些成型辊,其由液压或通过机械弹簧操纵,其中同时在管通过时可以输入水,以便润滑和密封。
图1中还可看到,实际上的真空定径浴室4与定径室3一起例如可以在一条轨道12上通过配备滚子的立柱14进行移动,从而可以实现挤出生产线在定径室3与真空室2之间的区域内的分离。
一个升降装置15同样可移动地沿滚子支柱16设置并且可以横向于挤出生产线或在其上方调整。该升降装置15具有例如一个横梁17,一个连接件18连接到该横梁上,该连接件配备有一个夹持臂19,后者供可更换的定径套筒的更换之用。
图1中的箭头F1说明横梁17的可能的升降运动。
图2示出一个可能的夹持装置的一个实施例。其中可看到横梁17连同连接件18和夹持臂19。夹持臂19在其自由端支承夹子柱23和24,它们可绕一个铰链27进行调整。
一个定径套筒20具有一个铰链21,与其对置地设置一个关闭机构22,从而可以将该定径套筒20向上翻起继而可以置于管的上方,以便在关闭机构包围管之后,将定径套筒装入到定径室3内。在这种情况下,夹子柱23和24嵌入到定径套筒20的孔25和26中,按箭头F5绕铰链21打开定径套筒20,亦即定径套筒20的两部分绕铰链21转动,在相应地打开关闭机构以后并在定径套筒围绕管设置以后,夹子柱23和24重新关闭定径套筒20并且关闭机构22将定径套筒20锁定在其工作位置上。
在这里定径套筒可以如同在现有技术中例如根据WO 96/36475那样构成,亦即构成定径套筒的各部分可以进行微小的调整,从而在定径套筒内形成一个光滑的管内表面并且定径套筒20的该管内表面的内径可以调到微小的壁厚。
图2中箭头F1说明原来的横梁17的可能的升降运动,箭头F2说明连接件18在横梁17上的运动,箭头F3说明夹持臂19绕其纵轴线的转动运动,箭头F4说明连接件18绕横梁17的可能的转动运动,从而借此可达到全部的位置,以便从定径室3中取出处于定径室3内的定径套筒20,将该套筒存放于一个仓库内,以便从那里取出一新的定径套筒20并将其重新围绕管10设置和插入到定径室3中。
当实际上的管要在真空室2与定径室3之间的区域内实现分离时,自然也可以应用作为实施例描述的设备。如果要切断管10,自然必须停止挤出生产线,而在上述实施例中,其中周围嵌接管10地装入定径套筒,可以使挤出生产线以低速行程继续进行。此时于是在必要时需要附加的冷却装置,它冷却在真空室2与定径室3之间的区域内暴露的管10并从而防止管的过大的下垂。
Claims (13)
1.用于制造塑料管的方法,包括一台挤出机、一个沿生产方向邻接挤出机的管头(1)和一个定径室(3),在定径室中,定径模具贴靠到管的外壁上,其中,在生产阶段中,可调整管头(1)的物料间隙并且一个作用到尚未时效硬化的管(10)的外面上的真空吸取容器(2)邻接管头(1)的出口,通过该真空吸取容器可以控制地改变物料条直径,同时在邻接真空吸取容器(2)的定径室中可调整不同的管直径并且在一个邻接定径室(3)的真空定径浴室(4)中对管(10)进行冷却和时效硬化;其特征在于,在定径室(3)中可装入不同的定径套筒(20)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在挤出生产线停工期间,切断管(10),以便将定径套筒(20)装入到定径室(3)中。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,在挤出生产线以低速行程的操作过程中,将一个定径套筒(20)以周围嵌接管(10)的方式装入到定径室(3)中。
4.实施按照权利要求1至3所述方法的用于制造塑料管的设备,包括一台挤出机、一个沿生产方向邻接挤出机的管头(1)和一个定径室(3),在定径室中,定径模具贴靠到管的外壁上,其中,在生产阶段中,可调整管头(1)的物料间隙并且一个作用到尚未时效硬化的管(10)的外面上的真空吸取容器(2)邻接管头(1)的出口,通过该真空吸取容器可以控制地改变物料条直径,同时在邻接真空吸取容器(2)的定径室(3)中可调整不同的管直径;其特征在于,具有不同的内径的定径套筒(10)可装入到定径室(3)中。
5.按照权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,包括一个夹持臂(19),它具有可调间距的夹持柱(23、24),所述夹持柱可嵌入到一个定径套筒(20)的孔(25、26)中,此时可将定径套筒(20)绕一个铰链(21)向上翻起。
6.按照权利要求4或5所述的设备,其特征在于,定径套筒(20)的可翻起的部分用一个关闭机构(22)可锁定在其工作位置上。
7.按照上述权利要求4至6之一项或多项所述的设备,其特征在于,由一个升降装置(15)借助于一个连接件(18)支承夹持臂(19)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,连接件(18)在升降装置上可沿平行于挤出生产线的纵轴线移动。
9.按照权利要求4至8之一项或多项所述的设备,其特征在于,升降装置可横向于挤出生产线的纵轴线移动。
10.按照权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,为了接近定径室(3)以便装入一个定径套筒(20),可移动地支承定径室和一个邻接的真空定径浴室(4)。
11.按照上述权利要求4至10之一项或多项所述的设备,其特征在于,连接件(18)可绕升降装置(15)的横梁(17)的轴线转动(F4)。
12.按照上述权利要求4至11之一项或多项所述的设备,其特征在于,夹持臂(19)可绕其纵轴线转动(F3)。
13.按照上述权利要求4至12之一项或多项所述的设备,其特征在于,为每一种管尺寸设置一个待更换的定径套筒(20),但借其还可调整管的壁厚。
