根据本发明，在罐管状体上端圆周延伸部的周围轴向地设置易破的桥，以便在某些成角度互相隔开的点上把下裙的上端和密封部的外端连接起来。
根据改进的结构，密封部径向延伸，直至罐管状体上端的周缘在上面覆盖和保护罐，且其外缘在下面通过多个易破的轴向桥结合于防弊部的下裙部为止。
通常安置于罐管状体上端周围的易破桥的新轴向配置，使得所述桥在盖碰撞任何其他元件而使下裙部向上受力时受到压缩力，而不是拉力，从而对所述力的抵抗要好得多，并且避免其过分破裂。

所示实施例的描述
根据所示实施例，该盖可用于金属片制作的罐。该罐包括管状体10，其下端11紧固底壁12，其上端13通过二重卷边14紧固环状上壁15，环状上壁15在内部限定用于密闭安置盖20的座16。
环状上壁15可采取如图4和5所示的结构环形式，或者18升罐之类的大尺寸罐的环形板形式。
如果考虑到把盖20密闭和紧固地配装到罐的上部，则可用不同的方式完成环状上壁15和座16的结构。在图4和5中，按照在巴西和其他国家(美国US 5899352和欧洲EPO 0706486)授予同一申请人的专利申请PI 9408643-5中的说明和权利要求，完成环状上壁15和座16的结构，因此在本公开内容中不再详述。
根据本发明和附图所示，优选地，用透明或不透明的塑料制作盖20。盖20包括适当结构的密封部21，以便使盖20可活动地安置和保持于座16中，所述密封部21具有安置在罐管状体10上端13上的外缘21b。盖20还包括与密封部21成整体的防弊部25。防弊部25具有通常在管状体10上端13的圆周延伸部的周围紧密安置的下裙部25a，更具体地说，下裙25a紧密安置于二重卷边14的周围。防弊部25具有上端25b，该上端25b借助于手动易破的桥26结合于密封部21的外缘21b。在某些成角度隔开的点上，桥26把下裙部25a的上端25b与密封部21的外缘21b连接起来。
根据本发明，桥26在受到一定拉力时破裂，从而在首次打开盖20时使防弊部25与密封部21分开。
防弊部25提供中断部25c，它位于其圆周延伸部中，沿着下裙部25a的至少一部分高度延伸。所述中断部25c在其两侧限定在下裙部25a的相应面对边缘之间的一定圆周空间。
根据本发明，密封部21结合握持环27，它穿过防弊部25的所述中断部25c轴向地向下伸出，例如保持与下裙部25a基本同等高度。
在所示实施例中，握持环27沿着下裙部25a的整个轴向延伸部伸出，但它也可在下面轴向地伸出于下裙部25a的轴向延伸部之外。
根据本发明，防弊部25包括至少一个易破的锁扣28，它把握持环27与下裙部25a连接起来。只有在部分的防弊部25破裂时，例如在每个易破杆28破裂时才能手动操作握持环27。
在所示结构中，下裙部25a结合桥25d的端部，该端部在防弊部25的中断部25c上方和握持环27的上方圆周地延伸。桥25d提供第一端25e，该端通过连接装置25f结合于下裙部25a。当所述第一端25e例如在受到径向向外的拉动而被迫与下裙部25a脱开时所述连接装置25f破裂，从而释出进入握持环27的手动通路。在所示实施例中，桥25d具有其第一端25e，该端被叠置于所述下裙部25a上，并且通过两个圆周互相隔开的连接装置25f与后者相结合。
握持环27通过易破锁扣28在下面结合于桥25d。桥25d呈一个或多个轴向桥形式，这些桥在首次开盖时手动破裂。
设置的握持环27要使密封部21能顺利地脱离其在座16上的固定状态，还能使罐受控地和逐渐地打开，首先能在邻近握持环27的区域打开，随后在座的剩余区域打开，从而防止所贮存的产品被无意地从罐中取出。
根据本发明，握持环27可以是如所示构造中限定标签的整体和至少部分穿孔的结构之一。
不言而喻，握持环27可以是整体的，且由下裙部25a的相关部分构成，完全保持与下裙部相同的高度，并且在其间保持间隙29。
在所示结构中，密封部21的外缘21b结合小圆筒下片(lower flap)21c。该下片21c最好紧密地围绕管状体10上端13的圆周延伸部，且桥26从其垂下，从片21c在下面结合于下裙部25a的上端25b。
如图所示，下裙部25a还可结合圆周内伸出部25h。该伸出部25h与密封部21的外缘21b轴向地隔开，且其尺寸设定为在管状体10的上端13处并且围绕管状体10的上端13，被安置和轴向地锁定于二重卷边14的下面。
按照结构形式，密封部21的外缘21b结合上圆周肋25g，该肋25g扇形延续或限定，并伸出到管状体10的上端13上方，从而宽松地和可伸缩地在外部或内部装配到堆叠在所述管状体10上的另一管状体10的下端11上。
如果上圆周肋25g的直径小于管状体10的下端11的直径，则将其装在底壁12上所设圆周凹槽12a内，在内部装配到堆叠在所述管状体10上的另一管状体10的下端11上。
尽管对于只提供一种结构形式的罐实施例描述了本发明，但应当理解，在不背离所附权利要求书中限定的保护范围下可进行一些修改。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于下述类型罐的塑料盖的改进，该罐包括管状体(10)，该管状体(10)具有下端(11)和支承用于密封安置盖(20)的座(16)的上端(13)；
所述盖(20)呈整体形式，包括密封部(21)和防弊部(25)，所述密封部(21)可活动地安置和保持于座(16)中，并且设有一从座(16)向外径向伸出的外缘(21b)；所述防弊部(25)包含被安置在管状体(10)的部分上端(13)周围的下裙部25a，并且通过桥(26)在上面结合到密封部(21b)的外缘(21b)上；
所述防弊部(25)提供沿着下裙部(25a)至少部分高度延伸的中断部(25c)，所述密封部(21)在其外缘(21b)结合穿过防弊部(25)的所述中断部(25c)伸出的握持环(27)，所述桥(26)在受到某种拉力时破裂，从而在首次打开盖(20)时使防弊部(25)和密封部(21)分开；
其特征在于，所述桥(26)轴向设置在管状体(10)上端(13)圆周延伸部的周围，以便在某些成角度隔开的点上把下裙部(25a)的上缘(25b)与密封部(21)的外缘(21b)连接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进，其特征在于，密封部(21)的外端(21b)结合小圆筒下片(21c)，该下片(21c)围绕管状体(10)上端(13)的圆周延伸部，且桥(26)从其垂下。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任何一项所述的改进，其中，所述管状体(10)的上端(13)通过二重卷边(14)固定环状壁(15)，在该环状壁(15)中限定用于安置盖(20)的座(16)；
其特征在于，所述下裙部(25a)结合与密封部(21)外缘(21b)轴向隔开的内圆周伸出部(25h)，其尺寸设定为被安置和轴向锁定在管状体(10)周围二重卷边(14)的下面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进，其特征在于，所述握持环(27)基本上与下裙部(25a)的高度相同，在其间保持间隙(29)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改进，其特征在于，所述防弊部(25)包括至少一个把握持环(27)与下裙部(25a)连接起来的易破锁扣(28)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进，其特征在于，所述下裙部(25a)结合桥(25d)的端部，该桥(25d)的端部在防弊部(25)的中断部(25c)上方和握持环(27)的上方圆周地延伸，桥(25f)的所述端部的第一端(25e)通过在所述第一端(25e)受力离开下裙部(25a)时会破裂的连接装置(25f)被结合到下裙部(25a)上，以便释出进入握持环(27)的手动通路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的改进，其特征在于，所述桥(25d)具有其第一端(25e)，该第一端(25e)被叠置到下裙部(25a)上，并且通过两个圆周隔开的连接装置(25e)结合于其上。
