Abstract

Description

用于制造印版的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造印版的方法,其中,在印版坯以预先给定的成像特性旋转期间和由相同间距的辐射源的阵列在与印版坯的旋转轴线平行的方向上移动期间依据图像控制这些辐射源,其中,在印版坯的表面上以预先给定的分辨率并且通过调节这些辐射源的辐射功率以预先给定的大小产生像点或者非像点。
背景技术
DE 100 31 915 A1公开了,为了制造印版借助由大量可依据图像单个控制的激光二极管组成的阵列在印版坯(Druckformrohling)上产生像点(Bildpunkte)或者非像点。在一种外部滚筒式曝光器或者一种印刷机上的成像装置中,将印版坯或者未被成像的印刷胶片(Druckfolie)张紧在滚筒或者印版滚筒的外表面上并使其旋转。这些激光二极管相同间距地沿一条与滚筒或印版滚筒的旋转轴线平行的直线设置。该激光二极管阵列设置在一个成像头上,该成像头利用丝杠传动装置(Spindeltrieb)以匀速在与旋转轴线平行的方向上移动。它产生一种螺旋状的成像迹道。滚筒或印版滚筒每旋转一圈,成像头的进给量小于激光二极管阵列的总宽度。成像头的移动量大于相邻的可产生的像点的间距。由于激光二极管彼此间的固定间距并且由于成像头的固定地预先给定的进给量,可以精确地达到印刷图像上的分辨率。分辨率在这里是指在成像头的进给方向上每个长度单位可产生的像点的数量。激光二极管功率在此被这样调节,即一个像点的大小使得紧密的成像成为可能。
如果为了印刷图像的成像采用其他分辨率成像是合乎目的的,那么局限在仅一个分辨率上是不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于制造印版的方法,该方法可以使分辨率与印刷图像灵活匹配。
该目的被这样解决,即,提出了一种用于制造印版的方法,其中,在印版坯以预先给定的成像特性旋转期间和由相同间距的辐射源的阵列在与印版坯的旋转轴线平行的方向上移动期间依据图像控制这些辐射源,其中,在印版坯的表面上以预先给定的分辨率并且通过调节这些辐射源的辐射功率以预先给定的大小产生像点或者非像点,其中,由这些沿一条直线设置的辐射源选定一些具有预先给定的相同间距的辐射源,根据所要产生的分辨率确定在两个相邻辐射源的间距上被写的像点的数量;由这些像点的数量和所选定的辐射源的数量导出印版坯每旋转一圈所述阵列的进给量;并且根据所述像点的数量和印版坯的成像特性调节所选定的辐射源的辐射功率。
具有优点的进一步构型由以下说明得出。
依据本发明,在第一步骤中由大量以相同间距沿一条直线设置的辐射源选定一些相互间具有确定距离的辐射源。如果对于一个印刷图像预先给定一个确定的分辨率,那么在下个步骤中确定一些点,这些点被写在与两个相邻辐射源的距离相符的一个间距上。在另一步骤中,计算旋转的印版坯每旋转一圈这些被选定的辐射源的进给量。最后在下个步骤中这样调节这些辐射源的辐射功率,使得在控制辐射源时在印版坯上的一个像点达到与分辨率相应的大小。这些辐射源产生高斯射线,这些高斯射线由于它们的断面在辐射功率变化时显示出像点大小的明显变化。
该方法可以使分辨率与所要产生的印刷图像分级匹配。步距由为成像所选定的辐射源的间距产生。待要调节出的辐射功率取决于印版坯的可以事先通过实验确定的特性。
有利的是,作为辐射源使用激光二极管。

具体实施方式
图1示出具有集成的成像装置的印刷机的印刷装置示意图。在侧壁1、2之间在轴承4、5上可旋转地支承一个印版滚筒3。印版滚筒3上张紧一个印版坯6。为在印版坯6的表面上产生接受印刷油墨的像点,设置了四个成像头7-10。这些成像头7-10设置在一个纵向导轨11上。纵向导轨11与印版滚筒3的旋转轴线12平行。成像头7-10可共同地借助一个丝杠传动装置13在旋转轴线12的方向上定位。丝杠传动装置13可旋转地支承在侧壁1、2上的轴承14、15中。
成像头7-10具有激光二极管阵列16-19,包括光学成像元件。激光二极管阵列16-19包括n=64个可单个控制的激光二极管20,它们沿一条与旋转轴线12平行的线定位。激光二极管20在旋转轴线12方向上的距离d=170μm大于两个所要产生的像点的最小距离。在控制一个激光二极管20时,产生与旋转轴线12垂直的激光束21。
印版滚筒3和丝杠传动装置13分别与电动机22、23和旋转角度传感器24、25相联接。成像头7-10、电动机22、23和旋转角度传感器24、25与一个控制装置26连接。控制装置26包括用于在印刷时和成像时控制印刷机的计算机单元。键盘27使得操作人员可以输入数据。显示器用于显示控制信息。
图2.1和2.2示出在分辨率为2540dpi和2988dpi时在印版坯6上沿x方向并排产生的多个像点29。“dpi”表示每英寸上像点29的数量。位于外部的像点29.1、29.2由两个相邻的激光二极管20写入。
如果这些激光二极管20被选择在最小可能的间距d=170μm上,那么通过在距离d=170μm上写p=17个像点29产生2540dpi的分辨率。在使用64个激光二极管20的情况下,印版滚筒3每旋转一圈成像头7-10的进给量v=640μm。像点29的大小这样调节,使相邻的像点29稍微重叠。对于图2.1所示的情况来说,一个像点29的直径为10μm。为此将激光二极管20的辐射功率调节到90mW。
在2988dpi的分辨率时,20个像点29匹配到距离d=170μm上。成像头7-10的进给量v则在印刷圆筒3每旋转一圈时为544μm。这些像点29应以8.5μm的直径来写,为此将激光二极管20调节到77mW的功率上。
图3示出一个表格,具有四种不同的分辨率和对应的像点29的直径、成像头7-10的进给量和激光二极管20的辐射功率值。在预先给定激光二极管20的间距d=170微米的情况下,分辨率a可以以2540/(d/10)的步距变化。分辨率a由以下公式产生
a = p 17 * 2540
在此,p为两个激光二极管20的间距d上像点29的数量。单个像点29的直径D由以下公式计算得出:

成像头7-10的进给量由此得出
在此,n为在一个激光二极管阵列16-19中的激光二极管20的总数。功率P随着分辨率a的增加而降低。功率P取决于印版坯6的待成像材料的热灵敏性或者感光灵敏性。用于达到确定的像点直径的功率值P由实验确定。

Claims (2)

1.用于制造印版的方法,其中,在印版坯以预先给定的成像特性旋转期间和由相同间距的辐射源的阵列在与印版坯的旋转轴线平行的方向上移动期间依据图像控制这些辐射源,其中,在印版坯的表面上以预先给定的分辨率并且通过调节这些辐射源的辐射功率以预先给定的大小产生像点或者非像点,其特征在于,由这些沿一条直线设置的辐射源(20)选定一些(n)具有预先给定的相同间距(d)的辐射源,根据所要产生的分辨率确定在两个相邻辐射源(20)的间距(d)上被写的像点(29)的数量(p);由这些像点(29)的数量(p)和所选定的辐射源(20)的数量(n)导出印版坯(6)每旋转一圈所述阵列的进给量(v);并且根据所述像点(29)的数量(p)和印版坯(3)的成像特性调节所选定的辐射源(20)的辐射功率。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,作为辐射源使用激光二极管(20)。
